| 8 | Ils sont moqueurs et parlent méchamment d'opprimer; ils parlent avec hauteur. | They scoff, and in wickedness utter oppression: They speak loftily. | Essi scherniscono e tremano perfidamente di opprimere, e parlano con arroganza. |

| 12 | Voici, ceux-là sont des méchants, et, toujours heureux, ils amassent des richesses. | Behold, these are the wicked; And, being alway at ease, they increase in riches. | Ecco, costoro sono empi, eppure essi sono sempre tranquilli ed accrescono le loro ricchezze. |
| 13 | Certainement c'est en vain que j'ai purifié mon cœur, et que j'ai lavé mes mains dans l'innocence. | Surely in vain have I cleansed my heart, And washed my hands in innocency; | Invano dunque ho purificato il mio cuore e ho lavato le mie mani nell'innocenza. |
| 14 | Car je suis frappé tous les jours, et mon châtiment revient chaque matin. | For all the day long have I been plagued, And chastened every morning. | Poiché sono colpito tutto il giorno e castigato ogni mattina. |

| 20 | Tel un songe quand on s'éveille, ainsi, Seigneur, à ton réveil tu mets en mépris leur vaine apparence. | As a dream when one awaketh, So, O Lord, when thou awakest, thou wilt despise their image. | Come un sogno al risveglio, così tu, o Signore, quando ti risveglierai, disprezzerai la loro vana apparenza. |
