| 18 | He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many with me. | Egli riscatterà la mia vita e la metterà al sicuro dalla guerra mossa contro di me, perché sono in molti contro di me. |
| 19 | God shall hear, and afflict them, even he that abideth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God. | DIO mi ascolterà e li umilierà, egli che siede sovrano da sempre, perché essi non cambiano e non temono DIO. (Sela) |

| 23 | But thou, O God, shalt bring them down into the pit of destruction: bloody and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; but I will trust in thee. | Ma tu, o DIO, farai scendere costoro nel pozzo della perdizione; gli uomini sanguinari e fraudolenti non giungeranno alla metà dei loro giorni; ma io confiderò in te. |
