| 19 | Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit. | Tu lâches ta bouche au mal, et par ta langue tu trames la fraude; | Abbandoni la tua bocca al male, e la tua lingua ordisce inganni. |
| 20 | Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother's son. | Tu t'assieds et parles contre ton frère, et tu couvres d'opprobre le fils de ta mère. | Tu siedi, parli contro il tuo fratello e diffami il figlio di tua madre. |
| 21 | These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes. | Tu as fait ces choses-là, et je m'en suis tu; et tu as estimé que véritablement je fusse comme toi; mais je t'en reprendrai, et je déduirai le tout par ordre en ta présence | Tu hai fatto queste cose, e io ho taciuto, tu hai pensato che io fossi del tutto simile a te.
