| 3 | The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit: he hath left off to be wise, and to do good. | Les paroles de sa bouche ne sont qu'injustice et que fraude, il se garde d'être attentif à bien faire. |
| 4 | He deviseth mischief upon his bed; he setteth himself in a way that is not good; he abhorreth not evil. | Il machine sur son lit les moyens de nuire; il s'arrête au chemin qui n'est pas bon; il n'a point en horreur le mal. |
| 5 | Thy mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds. | Eternel, ta gratuité atteint jusqu'aux cieux, ta fidélité jusqu'aux nues. |
| 6 | Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O LORD, thou preservest man and beast. | Ta justice est comme de hautes montagnes, tes jugements sont un grand abîme. Eternel, tu conserves les hommes et les bêtes. |

| 9 | For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light. | Car la source de la vie est par-devers toi, et par ta clarté nous voyons clair. |
| 10 | O continue thy lovingkindness unto them that know thee; and thy righteousness to the upright in heart. | Continue ta gratuité sur ceux qui te connaissent, et ta justice sur ceux qui sont droits de coeur. |
| 11 | Let not the foot of pride come against me, and let not the hand of the wicked remove me. | Que le pied de l'orgueilleux ne s'avance point sur moi, et que la main des méchants ne m'ébranle point. |
