| 2 | Mon Dieu, en toi j'ai mis ma confiance; que je ne sois pas confus, que mes ennemis ne triomphent pas de moi. | O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me. |
| 3 | Non, aucun de ceux qui s'attendent à toi ne sera confus; ceux-là seront confus qui agissent perfidement sans cause. | Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause. |
| 4 | Fais-moi connaître tes voies, ô Éternel! enseigne-moi tes sentiers. | Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths. |
| 5 | Fais-moi marcher dans ta vérité, et enseigne-moi, car tu es le Dieu de mon salut; c'est à toi que je m'attends tout le jour. | Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day. |
| 6 | Souviens-toi de ta miséricorde, ô Éternel, et de ta bonté; car elles sont de tout temps. | Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old. |
| 7 | Ne te souviens pas des péchés de ma jeunesse ni de mes transgressions; selon ta gratuité souviens-toi de moi à cause de ta bonté, ô Éternel. | Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness' sake, O LORD. |
| 8 | L'Éternel est bon et droit; c'est pourquoi il enseignera le chemin aux pécheurs. | Good and upright is the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way. |
| 9 | Il fera marcher dans le droit chemin les débonnaires, et il enseignera sa voie aux débonnaires. | The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way. |
| 10 | Tous les sentiers de l'Éternel sont gratuité et vérité, pour ceux qui gardent son alliance et ses témoignages. | All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies. |
| 11 | A cause de ton nom, ô Éternel! tu me pardonneras mon iniquité; car elle est grande. | For thy name's sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great. |
| 12 | Qui est l'homme qui craint l'Éternel? Il lui enseignera le chemin qu'il doit choisir. | What man is he that feareth the LORD? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose. |
| 13 | Son âme habitera au milieu du bien, et sa semence possédera la terre. | His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth. |
| 14 | Le secret de l'Éternel est pour ceux qui le craignent, pour leur faire connaître son alliance. | The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant. |
| 15 | Mes yeux sont continuellement sur l'Éternel; car c'est lui qui fera sortir mes pieds du filet. | Mine eyes are ever toward the LORD; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net. |
| 16 | Tourne-toi vers moi et use de grâce envers moi, car je suis seul et affligé. | Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted. |
| 17 | Les détresses de mon coeur se sont agrandies; fais-moi sortir de mes angoisses. | The troubles of my heart are enlarged: O bring thou me out of my distresses. |
| 18 | Regarde mon affliction et mes peines, et pardonne tous mes péchés. | Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins. |
| 19 | Regarde mes ennemis, car ils sont nombreux, et ils me haïssent d'une haine violente. | Consider mine enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with cruel hatred. |
| 20 | Garde mon âme, et délivre-moi; que je ne sois pas confus, car je me suis confié en toi. | O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee. |
| 21 | Que l'intégrité et la droiture me gardent, car je me suis attendu à toi. | Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee. |
| 22 | O Dieu! rachète Israël de toutes ses détresses. | Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles. |
