| 13 | Celui qui va médisant, révèle le secret; mais celui qui a un coeur loyal, le cache. | He that goeth about as a tale-bearer revealeth secrets; But he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth a matter. | Chi va in giro sparlando svela i segreti, ma chi ha lo spirito leale cela la cosa. |

| 16 | La femme gracieuse obtient de l'honneur, et les hommes violents obtiennent des richesses. | A gracious woman obtaineth honor; And violent men obtain riches. | La donna graziosa ottiene la gloria, e gli uomini violenti ottengono ricchezze. |

| 20 | Ceux qui ont le coeur dépravé, sont en abomination à l'Éternel; mais ceux qui marchent en intégrité, lui sont agréables. | They that are perverse in heart are an abomination to Jehovah; But such as are perfect in [their] way are his delight. | I perversi di cuore sono un abominio per l'Eterno, ma quelli che sono integri nella loro condotta gli sono graditi. |
| 21 | Tôt ou tard, le méchant ne demeurera point impuni; mais la race des justes sera délivrée. | [Though] hand [join] in hand, the evil man shall not be unpunished; But the seed of the righteous shall be delivered. | Anche se stringe la mano ad un altro per un'alleanza, il malvagio non rimarrà impunito, ma la progenie dei giusti scamperà. |

| 24 | Tel répand son bien, qui l'augmentera encore davantage; et tel le resserre plus qu'il ne faut, qui sera dans la disette. | There is that scattereth, and increaseth yet more; And there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but [it tendeth] only to want. | C'è chi spande generosamente e diventa più ricco, e c'è chi risparmia più del necessario e diventa sempre più povero. |
