| 1 | Et l'Éternel me dit: Va encore, aime une femme aimée d'un ami, et adultère, selon l'amour de l'Éternel pour le fils d'Israël, tandis qu'eux se tournent vers d'autres dieux et aiment les gâteaux de raisins. | Then said the LORD unto me, Go yet, love a woman beloved of her friend, yet an adulteress, according to the love of the LORD toward the children of Israel, who look to other gods, and love flagons of wine. | Après cela l'Eternel me dit: Va encore aimer une femme aimée d'un ami, et néanmoins adultère, selon l'amour de l'Eternel envers les enfants d'Israël, qui toutefois regardent à d'autres dieux, et aiment les flacons de vin. |

| 3 | Et je lui dis: Durant beaucoup de jours tu m'attendras, tu ne te prostitueras pas, et tu ne seras à aucun homme; et moi je ferai de même à ton égard. | And I said unto her, Thou shalt abide for me many days; thou shalt not play the harlot, and thou shalt not be for another man: so will I also be for thee. | Et je lui dis: Tu demeureras avec moi pendant plusieurs jours; tu ne t'abandonneras plus, et tu ne seras à aucun mari; et aussi je te serai fidèle. |
| 4 | Car les fils d'Israël resteront beaucoup de jours sans roi, et sans prince, et sans sacrifice, et sans statue, et sans éphod ni théraphim. | For the children of Israel shall abide many days without a king, and without a prince, and without a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without teraphim: | Car les enfants d'Israël demeureront plusieurs jours sans Roi et sans Gouverneur, sans sacrifice, et sans statue, sans Ephod et sans Théraphim. |
| 5 | Ensuite, les fils d'Israël retourneront et rechercheront l'Éternel, leur Dieu, et David, leur roi, et se tourneront avec crainte vers l'Éternel et vers sa bonté, à la fin des jours. | Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the LORD their God, and David their king; and shall fear the LORD and his goodness in the latter days. | Mais après cela les enfants d'Israël se repentiront, et rechercheront l'Eternel leur Dieu, et David leur Roi, ils révéreront l'Eternel et sa bonté aux derniers jours. |
