| 5 | Et il parla à Coré et à tous ceux qui étaient assemblés avec lui, en disant: Demain matin, l'Éternel fera connaître qui est à lui, et qui est consacré, et il le fera approcher de lui; il fera approcher de lui celui qu'il aura choisi. | and he spake unto Korah and unto all his company, saying, In the morning Jehovah will show who are his, and who is holy, and will cause him to come near unto him: even him whom he shall choose will he cause to come near unto him. | poi parlò a Kore e a tutta la sua gente, dicendo: Domani mattina l'Eterno mostrerà chi è suo e chi è santo, e lo farà avvicinare a sé; farà avvicinare a sé colui che egli ha scelto. |

| 7 | Et demain mettez-y du feu, et déposez-y du parfum devant l'Éternel; et l'homme que l'Éternel choisira, c'est celui-là qui lui est consacré. Que cela vous suffise, enfants de Lévi! | and put fire in them, and put incense upon them before Jehovah to-morrow: and it shall be that the man whom Jehovah doth choose, he [shall be] holy: ye take too much upon you, ye sons of Levi. | domani mettetevi dentro del fuoco e ponetevi sopra dell'incenso davanti all'Eterno; e colui che l'Eterno avrà scelto sarà santo. | 9 | Est-ce trop peu pour vous, que le Dieu d'Israël vous ait séparés de l'assemblée d'Israël, pour vous faire approcher de lui, afin de faire le service du Tabernacle de l'Éternel, et pour assister devant l'assemblée, afin de la servir; | [seemeth it but] a small thing unto you, that the God of Israel hath separated you from the congregation of Israel, to bring you near to himself, to do the service of the tabernacle of Jehovah, and to stand before the congregation to minister unto them; | E forse poca cosa per voi che il DIO d'Israele vi abbia appartati dall'assemblea d'Israele e vi abbia fatto avvicinare a sé per compiere il servizio del tabernacolo dell'Eterno e per stare davanti all'assemblea e servire loro? |
| 10 | Et qu'il t'ait fait approcher, ainsi que tous tes frères, les enfants de Lévi avec toi, que vous recherchiez encore le sacerdoce? | and that he hath brought thee near, and all thy brethren the sons of Levi with thee? and seek ye the priesthood also? | Egli ha fatto avvicinare a sé te e tutti i tuoi fratelli, figli di Levi con te. Ma ora vorreste avere anche il sacerdozio? |
| 11 | C'est pourquoi, toi et tous ceux qui sont assemblés avec toi, vous vous êtes assemblés contre l'Éternel! Car qui est Aaron, que vous murmuriez contre lui? | Therefore thou and all thy company are gathered together against Jehovah: and Aaron, what is he that ye murmur against him? | Per questo tu e tutta la tua gente vi siete radunati contro l'Eterno. E chi è Aaronne perché mormoriate contro di lui?. |
| 12 | Et Moïse envoya appeler Dathan et Abiram, fils d'Éliab; mais ils répondirent: Nous ne monterons pas. | And Moses sent to call Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab; and they said, We will not come up: | Allora Mosè mandò a chiamare Dathan e Abiram, figli di Eliab; ma essi dissero: Noi non saliremo. |
| 13 | Est-ce peu de chose que tu nous aies fait monter hors d'un pays où coulent le lait et le miel, pour nous faire mourir dans le désert, que tu veuilles aussi dominer sur nous? | is it a small thing that thou hast brought us up out of a land flowing with milk and honey, to kill us in the wilderness, but thou must needs make thyself also a prince over us? | forse poca cosa l'averci fatto uscire da un paese dove scorre latte e miele, per farci morire nel deserto, perché tu voglia dominare su di noi? |
| 14 | Certes, tu ne nous as pas fait venir dans un pays où coulent le lait et le miel! Et tu ne nous as pas donné un héritage de champs ni de vignes! Veux-tu crever les yeux de ces gens? Nous ne monterons pas. | Moreover thou hast not brought us into a land flowing with milk and honey, nor given us inheritance of fields and vineyards: wilt thou put out the eyes of these men? we will not come up. | Inoltre non ci hai condotti in un paese dove scorre latte e miele e non ci hai dato in eredità campi e vigne! Vuoi tu cavare gli occhi a questa gente? Noi non saliremo. |
| 15 | Et Moïse fut fort irrité, et il dit à l'Éternel: Ne regarde point à leur offrande; je n'ai pas pris d'eux un seul âne, et je n'ai point fait de mal à un seul d'entre eux. | And Moses was very wroth, and said unto Jehovah, Respect not thou their offering: I have not taken one ass from them, neither have I hurt one of them. | Allora Mosè si adirò forte e disse all'Eterno: Non accettare la loro oblazione; io non ho preso da costoro neppure un asino e non ho fatto torto ad alcuno di loro. |
| 16 | Puis Moïse dit à Coré: Toi et tous ceux qui sont assemblés avec toi, trouvez-vous demain devant l'Éternel, toi et eux, avec Aaron. | And Moses said unto Korah, Be thou and all thy company before Jehovah, thou, and they, and Aaron, to-morrow: | Poi Mosè disse a Kore: Tu e tutta la tua gente trovatevi domani davanti all'Eterno, tu e loro con Aaronne; |
| 17 | Et prenez chacun votre encensoir, mettez-y du parfum, et présentez devant l'Éternel chacun votre encensoir, deux cent cinquante encensoirs; toi et Aaron, ayez aussi chacun votre encensoir. | and take ye every man his censer, and put incense upon them, and bring ye before Jehovah every man his censer, two hundred and fifty censers; thou also, and Aaron, each his censer. | e ciascuno di voi prenda il suo turibolo, vi metta dentro dell'incenso e porti ciascuno il suo turibolo davanti all'Eterno; saranno duecentocinquanta turiboli. Anche tu ed Aaronne porterete ciascuno il vostro turibolo. |
| 18 | Ils prirent donc chacun leur encensoir, ils y mirent du feu, et y déposèrent du parfum, et ils se tinrent à l'entrée du tabernacle d'assignation, ainsi que Moïse et Aaron. | And they took every man his censer, and put fire in them, and laid incense thereon, and stood at the door of the tent of meeting with Moses and Aaron. | Essi dunque presero ciascuno il suo turibolo, vi misero dentro del fuoco, vi posero sopra dell'incenso e si fermarono all'ingresso della tenda di convegno con Mosè e Aaronne. |
| 19 | Et Coré réunit contre eux toute l'assemblée, à l'entrée du tabernacle d'assignation, et la gloire de l'Éternel apparut à toute l'assemblée. | And Korah assembled all the congregation against them unto the door of the tent of meeting: and the glory of Jehovah appeared unto all the congregation. | Kore convocò tutta l'assemblea contro di loro all'ingresso della tenda di convegno; e la gloria dell'Eterno apparve a tutta l'assemblea. |
| 20 | Puis l'Éternel parla à Moïse et à Aaron, en disant: | And Jehovah spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, | Allora l'Eterno parlò a Mosè e ad Aaronne, dicendo: |
| 21 | Séparez-vous du milieu de cette assemblée, et je les consumerai en un moment. | Separate yourselves from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment. | Separatevi da questa assemblea e io li consumerò in un attimo. |
| 22 | Et ils se jetèrent sur leur visage, et dirent: O Dieu, Dieu des esprits de toute chair, un seul homme a péché, et tu t'indignerais contre toute l'assemblée! | And they fell upon their faces, and said, O God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin, and wilt thou be wroth with all the congregation? | Ma essi si prostrarono con la faccia a terra e dissero: O Dio, DIO degli spiriti di ogni carne! Poiché un sol uomo ha peccato, dovresti tu adirarti contro tutta l'assemblea?. |
| 23 | Et l'Éternel parla à Moïse, en disant: | And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying, | Allora l'Eterno parlò a Mosè, dicendo: |
| 24 | Parle à l'assemblée, et dis-lui: Retirez-vous d'autour de la demeure de Coré, de Dathan et d'Abiram. | Speak unto the congregation, saying, Get you up from about the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram. | Parla all'assemblea e di': "Allontanatevi dalle vicinanze della dimora di Kore, di Dathan e di Abiram". |
| 25 | Et Moïse se leva et alla vers Dathan et Abiram; et les anciens d'Israël le suivirent. | And Moses rose up and went unto Dathan and Abiram; and the elders of Israel followed him. | Mosè quindi si levò e andò da Dathan e da Abiram; e gli anziani d'Israele lo seguirono. |
| 26 | Et il parla à l'assemblée, en disant: Éloignez-vous maintenant des tentes de ces hommes méchants, et ne touchez à rien qui leur appartienne, de peur que vous ne périssiez pour tous leurs péchés. | And he spake unto the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins. | Egli quindi parlò all'assemblea, dicendo: Allontanatevi dalle tende di questi uomini malvagi e non toccate nulla di ciò che loro appartiene per non essere consumati in tutti i loro peccati. |
| 27 | Ils se retirèrent donc d'autour de la demeure de Coré, de Dathan et d'Abiram. Et Dathan et Abiram sortirent, et se tinrent debout à l'entrée de leurs tentes, avec leurs femmes, leurs fils et leurs petits enfants. | So they gat them up from the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, on every side: and Dathan and Abiram came out, and stood at the door of their tents, and their wives, and their sons, and their little ones. | Così essi si allontanarono dalle vicinanze della dimora di Kore, di Dathan di Abiram. Dathan e Abiram uscirono e si fermarono all'ingresso delle loro tende con le loro mogli, i loro figli e i loro piccoli. |
| 28 | Et Moïse dit: A ceci vous connaîtrez que l'Éternel m'a envoyé pour faire toutes ces choses, et que je n'ai rien fait de moi-même: | And Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that Jehovah hath sent me to do all these works; for [I have] not [done them] of mine own mind. | Allora Mosè disse: Da questo conoscerete che l'Eterno mi ha mandato per fare tutte queste opere e che non ho agito di mio arbitrio. |
| 29 | Si ces gens-là meurent comme tous les hommes meurent, et s'ils sont punis comme tous les hommes le sont, l'Éternel ne m'a point envoyé; | If these men die the common death of all men, or if they be visited after the visitation of all men; then Jehovah hath not sent me. | Se questa gente muore come muoiono tutti gli uomini, se la loro sorte è la sorte comune a tutti gli uomini, l'Eterno non mi ha mandato; |
| 30 | Mais si l'Éternel crée une chose toute nouvelle, et que la terre ouvre sa bouche, et les engloutisse avec tout ce qui leur appartient, et qu'ils descendent vivants au Sépulcre, vous saurez que ces hommes ont méprisé l'Éternel. | But if Jehovah make a new thing, and the ground open its mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain unto them, and they go down alive into Sheol; then ye shall understand that these men have despised Jehovah. | ma se l'Eterno fa una cosa nuova, se la terra apre la sua bocca e li ingoia con tutto ciò che loro appartiene, ed essi scendono vivi nello Sceol', allora riconoscerete che questi uomini hanno disprezzato l'Eterno. |
| 31 | Et dès qu'il eut achevé de prononcer toutes ces paroles, le sol qui était sous eux, se fendit; | And it came to pass, as he made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder that was under them; | Or, avvenne che, appena ebbe finito di proferire tutte queste parole, il suolo si spaccò sotto di loro, |
| 32 | Et la terre ouvrit sa bouche, et les engloutit avec leurs familles, et tous les hommes qui étaient à Coré, et tout leur bien. | and the earth opened its mouth, and swallowed them up, and their households, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods. | la terra spalancò la sua bocca e li inghiottì con le loro Famiglie, con tutta la gente che parteggiava per Kore, con tutte le loro sostanze. |
| 33 | Ils descendirent, eux et tout ce qui leur appartenait, vivants au Sépulcre, et la terre les couvrit; et ils périrent du milieu de l'assemblée. | So they, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into Sheol: and the earth closed upon them, and they perished from among the assembly. | Così scesero vivi nello Sceol; la terra si richiuse su loro ed essi scomparvero di mezzo all'assemblea. |
| 34 | Et tout Israël, qui était autour d'eux, s'enfuit à leur cri; car ils disaient: Prenons garde que la terre ne nous engloutisse! | And all Israel that were round about them fled at the cry of them; for they said, Lest the earth swallow us up. | Tutto Israele che si trovava intorno a loro, alle loro grida fuggì, perché dicevano: Che la terra non inghiottisca anche noi!. |
| 35 | Et un feu sortit, de la part de l'Éternel, et dévora les deux cent cinquante hommes qui offraient le parfum. | And fire came forth from Jehovah, and devoured the two hundred and fifty men that offered the incense. | E un fuoco uscì dalla presenza dell'Eterno e divorò i duecentocinquanta uomini che offrivano l'incenso. |
| 36 | Puis l'Éternel parla à Moïse, en disant: | And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying, | Poi l'Eterno parlò a Mosè, dicendo: |
| 37 | Dis à Éléazar, fils d'Aaron, le sacrificateur, qu'il ramasse les encensoirs du milieu de l'embrasement, et répands-en le feu au loin; car ils ont été consacrés. | Speak unto Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, that he take up the censers out of the burning, and scatter thou the fire yonder; for they are holy, | Di' a Eleazar, figlio del sacerdote Aaronne, di tirar fuori i turiboli dall'incendio, perché sono sacri, e di buttare il fuoco lontano; |
| 38 | Quant aux encensoirs de ceux qui ont péché contre leurs âmes, qu'on en fasse de larges plaques pour couvrir l'autel. Puisqu'ils les ont présentés devant l'Éternel, ils ont été consacrés; et ils serviront de signe aux enfants d'Israël. | even the censers of these sinners against their own lives; and let them be made beaten plates for a covering of the altar: for they offered them before Jehovah; therefore they are holy; and they shall be a sign unto the children of Israel. | e dei turiboli di costoro che hanno peccato a prezzo della loro vita si facciano tante lamine battute per rivestirne l'altare perché li hanno presentati davanti all'Eterno e perciò sono sacri, ed essi saranno un segno di monito per i figli d'Israele. |
| 39 | Éléazar, le sacrificateur, prit donc les encensoirs d'airain qu'avaient présentés ceux qui avaient été brûlés, et l'on en fit des plaques pour couvrir l'autel, | And Eleazar the priest took the brazen censers, which they that were burnt had offered; and they beat them out for a covering of the altar, | Così il sacerdote Eleazar prese i turiboli di bronzo presentati da coloro che erano stati arsi, e li ridusse in lamine per ricoprire l'altare, |
| 40 | En mémorial aux enfants d'Israël, afin qu'un étranger, qui n'est point de la race d'Aaron, ne s'approche point pour faire fumer le parfum devant l'Éternel, et qu'il ne soit comme Coré et comme ceux qui s'assemblèrent avec lui, ainsi que l'Éternel le lui avait dit par Moïse. | to be a memorial unto the children of Israel, to the end that no stranger, that is not of the seed of Aaron, come near to burn incense before Jehovah; that he be not as Korah, and as his company: as Jehovah spake unto him by Moses. | affinché servissero di ricordo ai figli d'Israele, e nessun estraneo che non è della progenie di Aaronne si avvicinasse ad offrire incenso davanti all'Eterno e non subisse la sorte di Kore e della sua gente, come l'Eterno gli aveva detto per mezzo di Mosè. |
| 41 | Or le lendemain, toute l'assemblée des enfants d'Israël murmura contre Moïse et contre Aaron, en disant: Vous avez fait mourir le peuple de l'Éternel. | But on the morrow all the congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron, saying, Ye have killed the people of Jehovah. | Il giorno seguente, tutta l'assemblea dei figli d'Israele mormorò contro Mosè ed Aaronne, dicendo: Voi avete fatto morire il popolo dell'Eterno. |
| 42 | Et il arriva, comme l'assemblée se formait contre Moïse et contre Aaron, qu'ils regardèrent vers le tabernacle d'assignation, et voici, la nuée le couvrit, et la gloire de l'Éternel apparut. | And it came to pass, when the congregation was assembled against Moses and against Aaron, that they looked toward the tent of meeting: and, behold, the cloud covered it, and the glory of Jehovah appeared. | Or avvenne che, mentre l'assemblea si radunava contro Mosè e contro Aaronne, essi si volsero verso la tenda di convegno; ed ecco, la nuvola la ricopriva e apparve la gloria dell'Eterno. |
| 43 | Et Moïse et Aaron vinrent devant le tabernacle d'assignation. | And Moses and Aaron came to the front of the tent of meeting. | Allora Mosè e Aaronne si portarono davanti alla tenda di convegno. |
| 44 | Et l'Éternel parla à Moïse, en disant: | And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying, | E l'Eterno parlò a Mosè, dicendo: |
| 45 | Otez-vous du milieu de cette assemblée, et je les consumerai en un moment. Mais ils tombèrent sur leurs visages, | Get you up from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment. And they fell upon their faces. | Allontanatevi da questa assemblea e io li consumerò in un attimo. Ed essi si prostrarono con la faccia a terra. |
| 46 | Et Moïse dit à Aaron: Prends l'encensoir, mets-y du feu de dessus l'autel et déposes-y du parfum, et va promptement vers l'assemblée, et fais l'expiation pour eux; car l'indignation est sortie de devant l'Éternel; la plaie a commencé. | And Moses said unto Aaron, Take they censer, and put fire therein from off the altar, and lay incense thereon, and carry it quickly unto the congregation, and make atonement for them: for there is wrath gone out from Jehovah; the plague is begun. | Così Mosè disse ad Aaronne: Prendi il turibolo, mettivi dentro del fuoco preso dall'altare, poni sopra dell'incenso e portalo presto in mezzo all'assemblea, e fa' l'espiazione per essi, Poiché è scoppiata l'ira che viene dall'Eterno, la piaga è già cominciata. |
| 47 | Et Aaron prit l'encensoir, comme Moïse le lui avait dit, et il courut au milieu de l'assemblée; et voici, la plaie avait déjà commencé parmi le peuple. Alors il mit le parfum, et fit l'expiation pour le peuple. | And Aaron took as Moses spake, and ran into the midst of the assembly; and, behold, the plague was begun among the people: and he put on the incense, and made atonement for the people. | Allora Aaronne prese il turibolo, come Mosè aveva detto, e corse in mezzo all'assemblea; ed ecco, la calamità era già cominciata fra il popolo; così mise l'incenso nel turibolo e fece l'espiazione per il popolo. |
| 48 | Et il se tint entre les morts et les vivants, et la plaie fut arrêtée. | And he stood between the dead and the living; and the plague was stayed. | E si fermò tra i morti e i vivi, e la calamità si arrestò. |
| 49 | Et il y en eut quatorze mille sept cents qui moururent de la plaie, outre ceux qui étaient morts à cause de Coré. | Now they that died by the plague were fourteen thousand and seven hundred, besides them that died about the matter of Korah. | Or quelli che morirono per la calamità furono quattordicimilasettecento, oltre quelli che erano morti per il fatto di Kore. |
| 50 | Puis Aaron retourna vers Moïse, à l'entrée du tabernacle d'assignation, et la plaie fut arrêtée. | And Aaron returned unto Moses unto the door of the tent of meeting: and the plague was stayed. | Così Aaronne tornò da Mosè all'ingresso della tenda di convegno, perché la calamità si era arrestata. |
