| 3 | And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed. | Et Jésus étendant la main, le toucha, en disant: je le veux, sois net; et incontinent sa lèpre fut guérie. | Gesù, distesa la mano, lo toccò dicendo: Sì, io lo voglio, sii mondato. E in quell'istante egli fu guarito dalla sua lebbra. |
| 4 | And Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them. | Puis Jésus lui dit: prends garde de ne le dire à personne; mais va, et te montre au Sacrificateur, et offre le don que Moïse a ordonné, afin que cela leur serve de témoignage. | Allora Gesù gli disse: Guardati dal dirlo ad alcuno; ma va mostrati al sacerdote, e presenta l'offerta prescritta da Mosè, affinché questo serva loro di testimonianza. |

| 6 | And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. | Et disant: Seigneur, mon serviteur est paralytique dans ma maison, et il souffre extrêmement. | e dicendo: Signore, il mio servo giace in casa paralizzato e soffre grandemente. |
| 7 | And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him. | Jésus lui dit: j'irai, et je le guérirai. | E Gesù gli disse: Io verrò e lo guarirò. |
| 8 | The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. | Mais le Centenier lui répondit: Seigneur, je ne suis pas digne que tu entres sous mon toit; mais dis seulement la parole, et mon serviteur sera guéri. | Il centurione, rispondendo, disse: Signore, io non son degno che tu entri sotto il mio tetto; ma di' soltanto una parola, e il mio servo sarà guarito. |
| 9 | For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it. | Car moi-même qui suis un homme constitué sous la puissance d'autrui, j'ai sous moi des gens de guerre, et je dis à l'un: va, et il va; et à un autre: viens, et il vient; et à mon serviteur: fais cela, et il le fait. | Perché io sono un uomo sotto l'autorità di altri e ho sotto di me dei soldati; e se dico all'uno: "Va'" egli va; e se dico all'altro: "Vieni" egli viene; e se dico al mio servo: "Fa' questo" egli lo fa. |
| 10 | When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel. | Ce que Jésus ayant entendu, il s'en étonna, et dit à ceux qui le suivaient: en vérité, je vous dis que je n'ai pas trouvé, même en Israël, une si grande foi. | E Gesù, avendo udite queste cose, si meravigliò, e disse a coloro che lo seguivano: In verità vi dico, che neppure in Israele ho trovata una così grande fede. |
| 11 | And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven. | Mais je vous dis que plusieurs viendront d'Orient et d'Occident, et seront à table dans le Royaume des cieux, avec Abraham, Isaac et Jacob. | Or io vi dico, che molti verranno da levante e da ponente e sederanno a tavola con Abrahamo, con Isacco e con Giacobbe, nel regno dei cieli. |
| 12 | But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. | Et les enfants du Royaume seront jetés dans les ténèbres de dehors, où il y aura des pleurs et des grincements de dents. | Ma i figli del regno saranno gettati nelle tenebre di fuori. | 13 | And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour. | Alors Jésus dit au Centenier: va, et qu'il te soit fait selon que tu as cru. Et à l'heure même son serviteur fut guéri. | E Gesù disse al centurione: Va' e ti sia fatto come hai creduto!. E il suo servo fu guarito in quell'istante. |
| 14 | And when Jesus was come into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother laid, and sick of a fever. | Puis Jésus étant venu dans la maison de Pierre, vit la belle-mère de Pierre qui était au lit, et qui avait la fièvre. | Poi Gesù, entrato nella casa di Pietro, vide che la suocera di lui era a letto con la febbre. |
| 15 | And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and ministered unto them. | Et lui ayant touché la main, la fièvre la quitta; puis elle se leva, et les servit. | Ed egli le toccò la mano e la febbre la lasciò, ed ella si alzò e prese a servirli. |
| 16 | When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick: | Et le soir étant venu, on lui présenta plusieurs démoniaques, desquels il chassa par sa parole les esprits malins, et guérit tous ceux qui se portaient mal. | Ora, fattosi sera, gli furono presentati molti indemoniati; ed egli, con la parola, scacciò gli spiriti e guarì tutti i malati, |
| 17 | That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses. | Afin que fût accompli ce dont il avait été parlé par Esaïe le Prophète, en disant: il a pris nos langueurs, et a porté nos maladies. | affinché si adempisse ciò che fu detto dal profeta Isaia, quando disse: Egli ha preso le nostre infermità e ha portato le nostre malattie. |
| 18 | Now when Jesus saw great multitudes about him, he gave commandment to depart unto the other side. | Or Jésus voyant autour de lui de grandes troupes, commanda de passer à l'autre rivage. | Ora Gesù, vedendo intorno a sé grandi folle, comandò che si passasse all'altra riva, |
| 19 | And a certain scribe came, and said unto him, Master, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest. | Et un Scribe s'approchant, lui dit: Maître, je te suivrai partout où tu iras. | Allora uno scriba, accostatosi, gli disse: Maestro, io ti seguirò dovunque tu andrai. |
| 20 | And Jesus saith unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head. | Et Jésus lui dit: les renards ont des tanières, et les oiseaux du ciel ont des nids; mais le Fils de l'homme n'a pas où il puisse reposer sa tête. | E Gesù gli disse: Le volpi hanno delle tane, e gli uccelli del cielo dei nidi, ma il Figlio dell'uomo non ha neppure dove posare il capo. |
| 21 | And another of his disciples said unto him, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father. | Puis un autre de ses Disciples lui dit: Seigneur, permets-moi d'aller premièrement ensevelir mon père. | Poi un altro dei suoi discepoli gli disse: Signore, permettimi di andare prima a seppellire mio padre. |
| 22 | But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead. | Et Jésus lui dit: suis-moi, et laisse les morts ensevelir leurs morts. | Ma Gesù gli disse: Seguimi, e lascia che i morti seppelliscano i loro morti. |
| 23 | And when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him. | Et quand il fut entré dans la nacelle, ses Disciples le suivirent. | Ed essendo egli salito nella barca, i suoi discepoli lo seguirono. |
| 24 | And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep. | Et voici, il s'éleva sur la mer une si grande tempête que la nacelle était couverte de flots; et Jésus dormait. | Ed ecco sollevarsi in mare una tempesta così violenta, che la barca era coperta dalle onde. Or egli dormiva. |
| 25 | And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish. | Et ses Disciples vinrent, et l'éveillèrent, en lui disant: Seigneur, sauve-nous, nous périssons! | E i suoi discepoli, accostatisi, lo svegliarono dicendo: Signore salvaci, noi periamo!. |
| 26 | And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm. | Et il leur dit: pourquoi avez-vous peur, gens de petite foi? Alors s'étant levé il parla fortement aux vents et à la mer, et il se fit un grand calme. | Ma egli disse loro: Perché avete paura, uomini di poca fede?. E, alzatosi, sgridò i venti e il mare, e si fece gran bonaccia. |
| 27 | But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him! | Et les gens qui étaient là s'en étonnèrent, et dirent: qui est celui-ci que les vents même et la mer lui obéissent? | Allora gli uomini si meravigliarono, e dicevano: Chi è costui, al quale anche il mare e i venti ubbidiscono?. |
| 28 | And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way. | Et quand il fut passé à l'autre côté, dans le pays des Gergéséniens, deux démoniaques étant sortis des sépulcres le vinrent rencontrer, et ils étaient si dangereux que personne ne pouvait passer par ce chemin-là. | E quando giunse all'altra riva, nella regione dei Ghergheseni, gli si fecero incontro due indemoniati, usciti dai sepolcri, tanto furiosi che nessuno poteva passare per quella via. |
| 29 | And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time? | Et voici, ils s'écrièrent, en disant: qu'y a-t-il entre nous et toi, Jésus Fils de Dieu? Es-tu venu ici nous tourmenter avant le temps? | Ed ecco, essi si misero a gridare, dicendo: Che vi è tra noi e te, o Gesù, Figlio di Dio? Sei tu venuto qui, per tormentarci prima del tempo?. |
| 30 | And there was a good way off from them an herd of many swine feeding. | Or il y avait un peu loin d'eux un grand troupeau de pourceaux qui paissait. | Non lontano da loro, vi era un grande branco di porci che pascolava. |
| 31 | So the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine. | Et les démons le priaient, en disant: si tu nous jettes dehors, permets-nous de nous en aller dans ce troupeau de pourceaux. | E i demoni lo pregavano, dicendo: Se tu ci scacci, permettici di andare in quel branco di porci. |
| 32 | And he said unto them, Go. And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters. | Et il leur dit: allez. Et eux étant sortis s'en allèrent dans le troupeau de pourceaux; et voilà, tout ce troupeau de pourceaux se précipita dans la mer, et ils moururent dans les eaux. | Ed egli disse loro: Andate!. Così essi, usciti, se ne andarono in quel branco di porci, ed ecco tutto quel branco di porci si precipitò dal dirupo nel mare, e morirono nelle acque. |
| 33 | And they that kept them fled, and went their ways into the city, and told every thing, and what was befallen to the possessed of the devils. | Et ceux qui les gardaient s'enfuirent; et étant venus dans la ville, ils racontèrent toutes ces choses, et ce qui était arrivé aux démoniaques. | Coloro che li custodivano fuggirono e, andati nella città, raccontarono tutte queste cose, incluso il fatto degli indemoniati. |
| 34 | And, behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus: and when they saw him, they besought him that he would depart out of their coasts. | Et voilà, toute la ville alla au-devant de Jésus, et l'ayant vu, ils le prièrent de se retirer de leur pays. | Ed ecco tutta la città uscì incontro a Gesù; e, come lo videro, lo pregarono di allontanarsi dal loro territorio. |
