| 4 | And said unto them; Go ye also into the vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will give you. | 6 | And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and saith unto them, Why stand ye here all the day idle? | Et étant sorti sur les onze heures, il en trouva d'autres qui étaient sans rien faire, auxquels il dit: pourquoi vous tenez-vous ici tout le jour sans rien faire? | Uscito ancora verso l'undicesima ora, ne trovò altri che se ne stavano disoccupati e disse loro: "Perché ve ne state qui tutto il giorno senza far nulla?" |
| 7 | They say unto him, Because no man hath hired us. He saith unto them, Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, that shall ye receive. | Ils lui répondirent: parce que personne ne nous a loués. | 10 | But when the first came, they supposed that they should have received more; and they likewise received every man a penny. | Or quand les premiers furent venus ils croyaient recevoir davantage, mais ils reçurent aussi chacun un denier. | Quando vennero i primi, pensavano di ricevere di più, ma ricevettero anch'essi un denaro per uno. |
| 11 | And when they had received it, they murmured against the goodman of the house, | Et l'ayant reçu, ils murmuraient contre le père de famille, | Nel riceverlo, mormoravano contro il padrone di casa, |
| 12 | Saying, These last have wrought but one hour, and thou hast made them equal unto us, which have borne the burden and heat of the day. | En disant: ces derniers n'ont travaillé qu'une heure, et tu les as faits égaux à nous, qui avons porté le faix du jour, et la chaleur. | dicendo: "Questi ultimi hanno lavorato solo un'ora, e tu li hai trattati come noi che abbiamo sopportato il peso e il caldo della giornata". |
| 13 | But he answered one of them, and said, Friend, I do thee no wrong: didst not thou agree with me for a penny? | Et il répondit à l'un d'eux, et lui dit: mon ami, je ne te fais point de tort, n'as-tu pas accordé avec moi à un denier? | Ma egli, rispondendo, disse a uno di loro: "amico, io non ti faccio alcun torto; non ti sei accordato con me per un denaro? |
| 14 | Take that thine is, and go thy way: I will give unto this last, even as unto thee. | Prends ce qui est à toi, et t'en va; mais si je veux donner à ce dernier autant qu'à toi, | Prendi ciò che è tuo e vattene; ma io voglio dare a quest'ultimo quanto a te. |
| 15 | Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? | 16 | So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen. | Ainsi les derniers seront les premiers, et les premiers seront les derniers, car il y a beaucoup d'appelés, mais peu d'élus. | Così gli ultimi saranno primi e i primi ultimi, perché molti sono chiamati, ma pochi eletti. |

| 18 | Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be betrayed unto the chief priests and unto the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death, | Voici, nous montons à Jérusalem, et le Fils de l'homme sera livré aux principaux Sacrificateurs et aux Scribes, et ils le condamneront à la mort. | Ecco, noi saliamo a Gerusalemme e il Figlio dell'uomo sarà dato in mano dei capi dei sacerdoti e degli scribi, ed essi lo condanneranno a morte. |
| 19 | And shall deliver him to the Gentiles to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify him: and the third day he shall rise again. | Ils le livreront aux Gentils pour s'en moquer, le fouetter, et le crucifier; mais le troisième jour il ressuscitera. | Lo consegneranno poi nelle mani dei gentili perché sia schernito, flagellato e crocifisso; ma il terzo giorno egli risusciterà. |
| 20 | Then came to him the mother of Zebedees children with her sons, worshipping him, and desiring a certain thing of him. | Alors la mère des fils de Zébédée vint à lui avec ses fils, se prosternant, et lui demandant une grâce. | Allora la madre dei figli di Zebedeo si accostò a lui con i suoi figli, si prostrò e gli chiese qualche cosa. |
| 21 | And he said unto her, What wilt thou? She saith unto him, Grant that these my two sons may sit, the one on thy right hand, and the other on the left, in thy kingdom. | Et il lui dit: que veux-tu? Elle lui dit: ordonne que mes deux fils, qui sont ici, soient assis l'un à ta main droite, et l'autre à ta gauche dans ton Royaume. | Ed egli le disse: Che vuoi?. Ella rispose: Ordina che questi miei due figli siedano l'uno alla tua destra e l'altro alla sinistra nel tuo regno. |
| 22 | But Jesus answered and said, Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They say unto him, We are able. | Et Jésus répondit et dit: vous ne savez ce que vous demandez, pouvez-vous boire la coupe que je dois boire, et être baptisés du baptême dont je dois être baptisé; ils lui répondirent: nous le pouvons. | E Gesù, rispondendo, disse: Voi non sapete ciò che domandate, potete voi bere il calice che io sto per bere, ed essere battezzati del battesimo di cui io sarò battezzato?. | 23 | And he saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father. | Et il leur dit: il est vrai que vous boirez ma coupe, et que vous serez baptisés du baptême dont je serai baptisé; mais d'être assis à ma droite ou à ma gauche, ce n'est point à moi de le donner, mais il sera donné à ceux à qui cela est destiné par mon Père. | Allora egli disse loro: Voi certo berrete il mio calice e sarete battezzati del battesimo di cui io sarò battezzato; ma sedere alla mia destra o alla mia sinistra non sta a me concederlo, ma è riservato a coloro per i quali è stato preparato dal Padre mio. |
| 24 | And when the ten heard it, they were moved with indignation against the two brethren. | Les dix autres Disciples ayant ouï cela, furent indignés contre les deux frères. | All'udire ciò, gli altri dieci si indignarono contro i due fratelli. |
| 25 | But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them. | Mais Jésus les ayant appelés, leur dit: vous savez que les Princes des nations les maîtrisent, et que les Grands usent d'autorité sur elles. | E Gesù, chiamatili a sé, disse: Voi sapete che i sovrani delle nazioni le signoreggiano e che i grandi esercitano il potere su di esse, |
| 26 | But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; | Mais il n'en sera pas ainsi entre vous: au contraire, quiconque voudra être grand entre vous, qu'il soit votre serviteur. | ma tra di voi non sarà così; anzi chiunque tra di voi vorrà diventare grande sia vostro servo; |
| 27 | And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant: | Et quiconque voudra être le premier entre vous, qu'il soit votre serviteur. | e chiunque tra di voi vorrà essere primo a sia vostro schiavo. |
| 28 | Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. | De même que le Fils de l'homme n'est pas venu pour être servi, mais pour servir, et afin de donner sa vie en rançon pour plusieurs. | Poiché anche il Figlio dell'uomo non è venuto per essere servito, ma per servire e per dare la sua vita come prezzo di riscatto per molti. |
| 29 | And as they departed from Jericho, a great multitude followed him. | Et comme ils partaient de Jéricho, une grande troupe le suivit. | Mentre essi uscivano da Gerico, una grande folla li seguì. |
| 30 | And, behold, two blind men sitting by the way side, when they heard that Jesus passed by, cried out, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou son of David. | Et voici, deux aveugles qui étaient assis au bord du chemin, ayant ouï que Jésus passait, crièrent, en disant: Seigneur, Fils de David! aie pitié de nous! | Ed ecco, due ciechi che sedevano lungo la strada, avendo udito che Gesù passava, si misero a gridare dicendo: Abbi pietà di noi, Signore, Figlio di Davide. |
| 31 | And the multitude rebuked them, because they should hold their peace: but they cried the more, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou son of David. | Et la troupe les reprit, afin qu'ils se tussent; mais ils criaient encore plus fort: Seigneur, Fils de David! aie pitié de nous! | Ma la folla li sgridava perché tacessero; essi però gridavano ancora più forte dicendo: Abbi pietà di noi, Signore, Figlio di Davide!. |
| 32 | And Jesus stood still, and called them, and said, What will ye that I shall do unto you? | Et Jésus s'arrêtant, les appela, et leur dit: que voulez-vous que je vous fasse? | Allora Gesù, fermatosi, li chiamò e disse: Che volete che io vi faccia?. |
| 33 | They say unto him, Lord, that our eyes may be opened. | Ils lui dirent: Seigneur, que nos yeux soient ouverts. | Essi gli dissero: Signore, che i nostri occhi si aprano!. |
| 34 | So Jesus had compassion on them, and touched their eyes: and immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed him. | Et Jésus étant ému de compassion, toucha leurs yeux, et incontinent leurs yeux recouvrèrent la vue; et ils le suivirent. | E Gesù, mosso a pietà, toccò i loro occhi; e all'istante i loro occhi recuperarono la vista e lo seguirono. |
