| 17 | Et Jésus leur dit: suivez-moi, et je vous ferai pêcheurs d'hommes. | And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men. | E Gesù disse loro: Seguitemi, e io vi farò diventare pescatori di uomini. |
| 18 | Et ayant aussitôt quitté leurs filets, ils le suivirent. | And straightway they left the nets, and followed him. | Ed essi, lasciate subito le loro reti, lo seguirono. |
| 19 | Puis passant de là un peu plus avant, il vit Jacques fils de Zébédée, et Jean son frère, qui raccommodaient leurs filets dans la nacelle. | And going on a little further, he saw James the [son] of Zebedee, and John his brother, who also were in the boat mending the nets. | Poi, andando un po' oltre, vide Giacomo, figlio di Zebedeo, e Giovanni suo fratello, i quali riparavano le loro reti nella barca. |
| 20 | Et aussitôt il les appela, et eux laissant leur père Zébédée dans la nacelle, avec les ouvriers, le suivirent. | And straightway he called them: and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired servants, and went after him. | E subito li chiamò; ed essi, lasciato Zebedeo loro padre nella barca con gli operai, lo seguirono. |
| 21 | Puis ils entrèrent dans Capernaüm; et aussitôt après, au jour du Sabbat, étant entré dans la Synagogue, il enseignait. | And they go into Capernaum; and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue and taught. | Poi entrarono in Capernaum, e subito, in giorno di sabato, egli entrò nella sinagoga e insegnava. |
| 22 | Et ils s'étonnaient de sa doctrine; car il les enseignait comme ayant autorité, et non pas comme les Scribes. | And they were astonished at his teaching: For he taught them as having authority, and not as the scribes. | E la gente stupiva della sua dottrina perché egli li ammaestrava come uno che ha autorità e non come gli scribi, |
| 23 | Or il se trouva dans leur Synagogue un homme qui avait un esprit immonde, qui s'écria, | And straightway there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out, | Ora nella loro sinagoga vi era un uomo posseduto da uno spirito immondo, il quale si mise a gridare, |
| 24 | En disant: Ha! qu'y a-t-il entre toi et nous, Jésus Nazarien? es-tu venu pour nous détruire? Je sais qui tu es: tu es le Saint de Dieu. | saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus thou Nazarene? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God. | dicendo: Che vi è fra noi e te, Gesù Nazareno? Sei tu venuto per distruggerci? Io so chi tu sei: Il Santo di Dio. |
| 25 | Mais Jésus lui parla fortement, et lui dit: tais-toi, et sors de cet homme. | And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. | Ma Gesù lo sgridò, dicendo: Ammutolisci ed esci da costui!. |
| 26 | Alors l'esprit immonde le tourmentant, et criant à haute voix, sortit de cet homme. | And the unclean spirit, tearing him and crying with a loud voice, came out of him. | E lo spirito immondo, straziandolo e mandando un gran grido, uscì da lui. |
| 27 | Et tous en furent étonnés, de sorte qu'ils se demandaient les uns aux autres, et disaient: qu'est ceci? quelle doctrine nouvelle est celle-ci? il commande avec autorité, même aux esprits immondes, et ils lui obéissent. | And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What is this? a new teaching! with authority he commandeth even the unclean spirits, and they obey him. | E tutti furono sbalorditi, tanto che si domandavano fra loro dicendo: Che è mai questo? Quale nuova dottrina è mai questa? Egli comanda con autorità persino agli spiriti immondi, ed essi gli ubbidiscono. |
| 28 | Et sa renommée se répandit incessamment dans tout le pays des environs de la Galilée. | And the report of him went out straightway everywhere into all the region of Galilee round about. | E la sua fama si diffuse subito per tutta la regione intorno alla Galilea. |
| 29 | Et aussitôt après étant sortis de la Synagogue, ils allèrent avec Jacques et Jean dans la maison de Simon et d'André. | And straightway, when they were come out of the synagogue, they came into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John. | Appena furono usciti dalla sinagoga, vennero nella casa di Simone e di Andrea, con Giacomo e Giovanni. |
| 30 | Or la belle-mère de Simon était au lit, malade de la fièvre; et d'abord ils lui parlèrent d'elle. | Now Simon`s wife`s mother lay sick of a fever; and straightway they tell him of her: | Or la suocera di Simone giaceva a letto con la febbre ed essi subito gli parlarono di lei. |
| 31 | Et s'étant approché, il la releva, en la prenant par la main; et à l'instant la fièvre la quitta; et elle les servit. | and he came and took her by the hand, and raised her up; and the fever left her, and she ministered unto them. | Allora egli si avvicinò, la prese per la mano e l'alzò, e immediatamente la febbre la lasciò ed essa si mise a servirli. |
| 32 | Or le soir étant venu, comme le soleil se couchait, on lui apporta tous les malades, et les démoniaques, | And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were sick, and them that were possessed with demons. | Poi, fattosi sera, dopo il tramonto del sole, gli portarono tutti i malati e gli indemoniati. |
| 33 | Et toute la ville était assemblée devant la porte. | And all the city was gathered together at the door. | E tutta la città era affollata davanti alla porta. |
| 34 | Et il guérit plusieurs malades qui avaient de différentes maladies; et chassa plusieurs démons hors des possédés, et il ne permit point que les démons dissent qu'ils le connussent. | And he healed many that were sick with divers diseases, and cast out many demons; and he suffered not the demons to speak, because they knew him. | Egli ne guarì molti, colpiti da varie malattie, e scacciò molti demoni, e non permetteva ai demoni di parlare perché sapevano chi egli fosse. |
| 35 | Puis au matin, comme il était encore fort nuit, s'étant levé, il sortit, et s'en alla en un lieu désert, et il priait là. | And in the morning, a great while before day, he rose up and went out, and departed into a desert place, and there prayed. | Poi il mattino seguente, essendo ancora molto buio, Gesù si alzò, uscì e se ne andò in un luogo solitario e là pregava. |
| 36 | Et Simon, et ceux qui étaient avec lui, le suivirent. | And Simon and they that were with him followed after him; | E Simone e quelli che erano con lui lo cercarono. |
| 37 | Et l'ayant trouvé, ils lui dirent: tous te cherchent. | and they found him, and say unto him, All are seeking thee. | E, trovatolo, gli dissero: Tutti ti cercano!. |
| 38 | Et il leur dit: allons aux bourgades voisines, afin que j'y prêche aussi; car je suis venu pour cela. | And he saith unto them, Let us go elsewhere into the next towns, that I may preach there also; for to this end came I forth. | Ed egli disse loro: Andiamo nei villaggi vicini affinché io predichi anche là, perché è per questo che io sono venuto. |
| 39 | Il prêchait donc dans leurs Synagogues par toute la Galilée, et chassait les démons hors des possédés. | And he went into their synagogues throughout all Galilee, preaching and casting out demons. | Ed egli andò predicando nelle loro sinagoghe per tutta la Galilea e scacciando demoni. |
| 40 | Et un lépreux vint à lui, le priant et se mettant à genoux devant lui, et lui disant: si tu veux, tu peux me rendre net. | And there cometh to him a leper, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. | E venne da lui un lebbroso il quale, supplicandolo, cadde in ginocchio davanti a lui, e gli disse: Se vuoi, tu puoi mondarmi. |
| 41 | Et Jésus étant ému de compassion étendit sa main, et le toucha, en lui disant: je le veux, sois net. | And being moved with compassion, he stretched forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou made clean. | E Gesù, mosso a pietà, stese la mano, lo toccò e gli disse: Sì, lo voglio, sii mondato!. |
| 42 | Et quand il eut dit cela, la lèpre se retira aussitôt de cet homme, et il fut net. | And straightway the leprosy departed from him, and he was made clean. | E, come ebbe detto questo, subito la lebbra lo lasciò e fu guarito. |
| 43 | Puis l'ayant menacé, il le renvoya incessamment, | And he strictly charged him, and straightway sent him out, | Poi, dopo averlo severamente ammonito, lo mandò via subito, |
| 44 | Et lui dit: prends garde de n'en rien dire à personne; mais va, et te montre au Sacrificateur, et présente pour ta purification les choses que Moïse a commandées, pour leur servir de témoignage. | and saith unto him, See thou say nothing to any man: but go show thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing the things which Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them. | dicendogli: Guardati dal farne parola ad alcuno, ma va mostrati al sacerdote e offri per la tua purificazione quanto ha prescritto Mosè, come testimonianza per loro. |
| 45 | Mais lui étant parti, commença à publier plusieurs choses, et à divulguer ce qui s'était passé; de sorte que Jésus ne pouvait plus entrer ouvertement dans la ville, mais il se tenait dehors en des lieux déserts; et de toutes parts on venait à lui. | But he went out, and began to publish it much, and to spread abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into a city, but was without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter. | Ma egli, andandosene, cominciò a proclamare e a divulgare grandemente il fatto, al punto che Gesù non poteva più entrare pubblicamente in città, ma se ne stava fuori in luoghi solitari; e da ogni parte venivano a lui. |
