| 4 | And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God. | Et Jésus lui répondit: Il est écrit: L'homme ne vivra pas seulement de pain, mais de toute parole de Dieu. | Ma Gesù gli rispose, dicendo: Sta scritto: "L'uomo non vivrà soltanto di pane, ma di ogni parola di Dio. |
| 5 | And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. | Ensuite le diable le mena sur une haute montagne, et lui fit voir en un moment tous les royaumes du monde; | Poi il diavolo lo condusse su di un alto monte e gli mostrò in un attimo tutti i regni del mondo. |
| 6 | And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. | Et le diable lui dit: Je te donnerai toute cette puissance et la gloire de ces royaumes; car elle m'a été donnée, et je la donne à qui je veux. | E il diavolo gli disse: Io ti darò tutto il potere di questi regni e la loro gloria, perché essa mi è stata data nelle mani e io la do a chi voglio. |
| 7 | If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine. | Si donc tu te prosternes devant moi, toutes choses seront à toi. | Se dunque tu prostrandoti mi adori, sarà tutta tua. |
| 8 | And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. | Mais Jésus lui répondit: Arrière de moi, Satan; car il est écrit: Tu adoreras le Seigneur ton Dieu, et tu le serviras lui seul. | Ma Gesù, rispondendo, gli disse: Vattene via da me, Satana. | 9 | And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence: | Il le mena aussi à Jérusalem, et il le mit sur le haut du temple, et lui dit: Si tu es le Fils de Dieu, jette-toi d'ici en bas; | Poi lo condusse a Gerusalemme lo pose sull'orlo del tempio e gli disse: "Se tu sei il Figlio di Dio, gettati giù di qui; |
| 10 | For it is written, He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee: | Car il est écrit, qu'il ordonnera à ses anges d'avoir soin de toi, pour te garder; | perché sta scritto: "Egli comanderà ai suoi angeli attorno a te di custodirti. |
| 11 | And in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. | Et qu'ils te porteront dans leurs mains, de peur que ton pied ne heurte contre quelque pierre. | Ed essi ti sosterranno con le loro mani, affinché il tuo piede non urti contro alcuna pietra". |
| 12 | And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. | Mais Jésus lui répondit: Il est dit: Tu ne tenteras pas le Seigneur ton Dieu. | E Gesù, rispondendo, gli disse: E' stato detto: "Non tentare il Signore Dio tuo".. |
| 13 | And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season. | Et le diable ayant achevé toute la tentation, se retira de lui pour un temps. | E, quando il diavolo ebbe finito ogni tentazione, si allontanò da lui, fino ad un certo tempo. |
| 14 | And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about. | Et Jésus s'en retourna en Galilée, par le mouvement de l'Esprit, et sa réputation courut par tout le pays d'alentour. | E Gesù, nella potenza dello Spirito se ne ritornò in Galilea e la sua fama si sparse per tutta la regione all'intorno. |
| 15 | And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all. | Car il enseignait dans leurs synagogues, et il était honoré de tout le monde. | Ed egli insegnava nelle loro sinagoghe, essendo onorato da tutti. |
| 16 | And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. | Et Jésus vint à Nazareth, où il avait été élevé, et il entra, selon sa coutume, le jour du sabbat, dans la synagogue, et il se leva pour lire. | Poi venne a Nazaret, dove era cresciuto e, com'era solito fare in giorno di sabato, entrò nella sinagoga e si alzò per leggere. |

| 18 | The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, | L'Esprit du Seigneur est sur moi, c'est pourquoi il m'a oint pour annoncer l'Évangile aux pauvres; il m'a envoyé pour guérir ceux qui ont le coeur brisé; | Lo Spirito del Signore è sopra di me, perché mi ha unto per evangelizzare i poveri; mi ha mandato per guarire quelli che hanno il cuore rotto, per proclamare la liberazione ai prigionieri e il recupero della vista ai ciechi, per rimettere in libertà gli oppressi, |
| 19 | To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. | Pour publier la liberté aux captifs, et le recouvrement de la vue aux aveugles; pour renvoyer libres ceux qui sont dans l'oppression, et pour publier l'année favorable du Seigneur. | e per predicare l'anno accettevole del Signore. |
| 20 | And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. | Et ayant replié le livre, et l'ayant rendu au ministre, il s'assit; et les yeux de tous, dans la synagogue, étaient arrêtés sur lui. | Poi, chiuso il libro e resolo all'inserviente, si pose a sedere; e gli occhi di tutti nella sinagoga erano fissi su di lui. |
| 21 | And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears. | Alors il commença à leur dire: Cette parole de l'Écriture est accomplie aujourd'hui, et vous l'entendez. | Allora cominciò a dir loro: Oggi questa Scrittura si è adempiuta nei vostri orecchi. |
| 22 | And all bare him witness, and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth. And they said, Is not this Joseph's son? | Tous lui rendaient témoignage, et admiraient les paroles de grâce qui sortaient de sa bouche, et ils disaient: N'est-ce pas le fils de Joseph? | E tutti gli rendevano testimonianza e si meravigliavano delle parole di grazia che uscivano dalla sua bocca, e dicevano: Non è costui il figlio di Giuseppe?. |
| 23 | And he said unto them, Ye will surely say unto me this proverb, Physician, heal thyself: whatsoever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in thy country. | Et il leur dit: Vous me direz sans doute ce proverbe: Médecin, guéris-toi toi-même; fais aussi ici, dans ta patrie, tout ce que nous avons entendu dire que tu as fait à Capernaüm. | Ed egli disse loro: Certamente voi mi citerete questo proverbio: "Medico, cura te stesso" tutto ciò che abbiamo udito essere avvenuto a Capernaum, fallo anche qui nella tua patria. |
| 24 | And he said, Verily I say unto you, No prophet is accepted in his own country. | Mais il dit: Je vous dis en vérité que nul prophète n'est reçu dans sa patrie. | Ma egli disse: In verità vi dico che nessun profeta è ben accetto nella sua patria, |
| 25 | But I tell you of a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elias, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land; | Je vous dis en vérité: Il y avait plusieurs veuves en Israël au temps d'Élie, lorsque le ciel fut fermé trois ans et six mois, tellement qu'il y eut une grande famine par tout le pays. | Vi dico in verità che al tempo di Elia, quando il cielo fu serrato tre anni e sei mesi e vi fu una grande fame in tutto il paese, vi erano molte vedove in Israele; |
| 26 | But unto none of them was Elias sent, save unto Sarepta, a city of Sidon, unto a woman that was a widow. | Néanmoins Élie ne fut envoyé chez aucune d'elles; si ce n'est chez une femme veuve de Sarepta, en Sidon. | eppure a nessuna di loro fu mandato Elia, se non a una donna vedova in Sarepta di Sidone. |
| 27 | And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Eliseus the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, saving Naaman the Syrian. | Il y avait aussi plusieurs lépreux en Israël au temps d'Élisée le prophète; toutefois aucun d'eux ne fut guéri; si ce n'est Naaman, le Syrien. | E al tempo del profeta Eliseo vi erano molti lebbrosi in Israele; eppure nessuno di loro fu mondato, eccetto Naaman il Siro. |
| 28 | And all they in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath, | Et ils furent tous remplis de colère, dans la synagogue, en entendant ces choses. | Nell'udire queste cose, tutti nella sinagoga furono presi dall'ira. |
| 29 | And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong. | Et s'étant levés ils le chassèrent de la ville, et le menèrent jusqu'au sommet escarpé de la montagne sur laquelle leur ville était bâtie, pour le précipiter. | E, levatisi, lo cacciarono dalla città e lo condussero fino al ciglio della sommità del monte, su cui la loro città era edificata, per precipitarlo giù. |

| 31 | And came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and taught them on the sabbath days. | Et il descendit chez les gens de Capernaüm, ville de Galilée, et il les enseignait les jours de sabbat. | Poi discese a Capernaum, città della Galilea, e nei giorni di sabato insegnava alla gente. |
| 32 | And they were astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with power. | Et ils étaient étonnés de sa doctrine; car il parlait avec autorité. | Ed essi stupivano del suo insegnamento, perché la sua parola era con autorità. |
| 33 | And in the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice, | Or, il y avait dans la synagogue un homme possédé d'un esprit immonde, qui s'écria à voix haute: | Or nella sinagoga c'era un uomo posseduto da uno spirito di un demone immondo, che si mise a gridare a gran voce, |
| 34 | Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art; the Holy One of God. | Ah! qu'y a-t-il entre nous et toi, Jésus de Nazareth? Es-tu venu pour nous perdre? Je sais qui tu es: le Saint de Dieu. | dicendo: Ah, che vi è fra noi e te, o Gesù Nazareno? Sei tu venuto per distruggerci? Io so chi tu sei: Il Santo di Dio!. |
| 35 | And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the devil had thrown him in the midst, he came out of him, and hurt him not. | Et Jésus, le menaçant, lui dit: Tais-toi, et sors de cet homme. Et le démon, après l'avoir renversé au milieu de l'assemblée, sortit de lui, sans lui faire aucun mal. | Ma Gesù lo sgridò, dicendo: Ammutolisci ed esci da costui!. E il demone, dopo averlo gettato in mezzo a loro uscì da lui senza fargli alcun male. |
| 36 | And they were all amazed, and spake among themselves, saying, What a word is this! for with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they come out. | Et ils en furent tous épouvantés, et ils disaient entre eux: Qu'est-ce que ceci? Il commande avec autorité et avec puissance aux esprits immondes, et ils sortent! | Allora tutti furono presi da stupore e si dicevano l'un l'altro: Che parola è mai questa? Egli comanda con autorità e potenza agli spiriti immondi, e questi escono. |
| 37 | And the fame of him went out into every place of the country round about. | Et sa réputation se répandit dans tous les quartiers du pays d'alentour. | E la fama di lui si diffondeva in ogni luogo della regione all'intorno. |
| 38 | And he arose out of the synagogue, and entered into Simon's house. And Simon's wife's mother was taken with a great fever; and they besought him for her. | Jésus, étant sorti de la synagogue, entra dans la maison de Simon. Or, la belle-mère de Simon avait une fièvre violente; et ils le prièrent en sa faveur. | Uscito poi dalla sinagoga, Gesù entrò in casa di Simone. Or la suocera di Simone era stata colpita da una grande febbre; e gli fecero richiesta per lei. |
| 39 | And he stood over her, and rebuked the fever; and it left her: and immediately she arose and ministered unto them. | S'étant donc penché sur elle, il commanda à la fièvre, et la fièvre la quitta; et aussitôt elle se leva et les servit. | Ed egli, chinatosi su di lei, sgridò la febbre e questa la lasciò; ed ella, alzatasi prontamente, si mise a servirli. |
| 40 | Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them. | Quand le soleil fut couché, tous ceux qui avaient des malades atteints de diverses maladies, les lui amenèrent; et il les guérit en imposant les mains à chacun d'eux. | Al tramontar del sole, tutti coloro che avevano degli infermi colpiti da varie malattie li condussero da lui; ed egli, imposte le mani su ciascuno di loro, li guarì. |
| 41 | And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking them suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ. | Les démons sortaient aussi de plusieurs, criant et disant: Tu es le Christ, le Fils de Dieu; mais il les censurait, et ne leur permettait pas de dire qu'ils sussent qu'il était le Christ. | Da molti uscivano i demoni, gridando e dicendo: Tu sei il Cristo, il Figlio di Dio. Ma egli li sgridava e non permetteva loro di parlare, perché sapevano che egli era il Cristo. |
| 42 | And when it was day, he departed and went into a desert place: and the people sought him, and came unto him, and stayed him, that he should not depart from them. | Et dès que le jour parut, il sortit et alla dans un lieu désert, et une multitude de gens qui le cherchaient, vinrent jusqu'à lui et ils voulaient le retenir, afin qu'il ne les quittât pas. | Poi, fattosi giorno, egli uscì e andò in un luogo deserto. Ma le folle lo cercavano e lo raggiunsero; e lo trattenevano perché non andasse via da loro. |
| 43 | And he said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent. | Mais il leur dit: Il faut que j'annonce aussi le royaume de Dieu aux autres villes; car c'est pour cela que j'ai été envoyé. | Ma egli disse loro: Bisogna che io annunzi la buona novella del regno di Dio anche alle altre città, perché sono stato mandato per questo. |
| 44 | And he preached in the synagogues of Galilee. | Et il prêchait dans les synagogues de la Galilée. | E andava predicando nelle sinagoghe della Galilea. |
