| 14 | And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day. | Mais le chef de la synagogue, indigné de ce que Jésus avait fait une guérison un jour de sabbat, prit la parole et dit au peuple: Il y a six jours pour travailler; venez donc ces jours-là pour être guéris, et non pas le jour du sabbat. | Ma il capo della sinagoga, indignato che Gesù avesse guarito in giorno di sabato, si rivolse alla folla e disse: Vi sono sei giorni in cui si deve lavorare; venite dunque in quelli a farvi guarire e non in giorno di sabato. |
| 15 | The Lord then answered him, and said, Thou hypocrite, doth not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him away to watering? | Mais le Seigneur lui répondit: Hypocrite, chacun de vous ne détache-t-il pas son boeuf ou son âne de la crèche, le jour du sabbat, et ne le mène-t-il pas à l'abreuvoir? | Allora il Signore gli rispose e disse: Ipocriti! Ciascun di voi non slega forse di sabato dalla mangiatoia, il suo bue o il suo asino per condurlo a bere? |
| 16 | And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day? | Et ne fallait-il point, en un jour de sabbat, détacher de cette chaîne cette fille d'Abraham, que Satan tenait liée depuis dix-huit ans? | Non doveva quindi essere sciolta da questo legame, in giorno di sabato, costei che è figlia di Abrahamo e che Satana aveva tenuta legata per ben diciotto anni?. |
| 17 | And when he had said these things, all his adversaries were ashamed: and all the people rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by him. | Comme il parlait ainsi, tous ses adversaires étaient confus, et tout le peuple se réjouissait de toutes les choses glorieuses qu'il faisait. | E mentre egli diceva queste cose, tutti i suoi avversari erano svergognati, tutta la folla invece si rallegrava di tutte le opere gloriose da lui compiute. |

| 19 | It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it. | Il est semblable à une graine de moutarde, qu'un homme prend et met dans son jardin; et elle croît et devient un grand arbre, de sorte que les oiseaux du ciel habitent dans ses branches. | E' simile a un granel di senape che un uomo ha preso e gettato nel suo orto, poi è cresciuto ed è diventato un grande albero, e gli uccelli del cielo sono venuti a cercar riparo tra i suoi rami. |
| 20 | And again he said, Whereunto shall I liken the kingdom of God? | Il dit encore: A quoi comparerai-je le royaume de Dieu? | Poi disse di nuovo: A che paragonerò il regno di Dio? |
| 21 | It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. | Il est semblable au levain qu'une femme prend, et qu'elle met dans trois mesures de farine, jusqu'à ce que la pâte soit toute levée. | Esso è simile al lievito che una donna prende e ripone in tre stai di farina, finché sia tutta lievitata. |

| 23 | Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, | Et quelqu'un lui dit: Seigneur, n'y a-t-il que peu de gens qui soient sauvés? | Or un tale gli chiese: Signore, sono pochi coloro che si salvano?. Egli disse loro: |
| 24 | Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. | Et il leur dit: Efforcez-vous d'entrer par la porte étroite; car je vous dis que plusieurs chercheront à y entrer, et qu'ils ne le pourront. | Sforzatevi di entrare per la porta stretta, perché vi dico che molti cercheranno di entrare e non potranno. |
| 25 | When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are: | Quand le père de famille sera entré, et qu'il aura fermé la porte, et que, vous étant dehors, vous vous mettrez à heurter et à dire: Seigneur, Seigneur, ouvre-nous; il vous répondra: Je ne sais d'où vous êtes. | Una volta che il padrone di casa si è alzato ed ha chiuso la porta, voi allora, stando di fuori, comincerete a bussare alla porta dicendo: Signore, Signore, aprici ma egli, rispondendo, vi dirà: "Io non so da dove venite". |
| 26 | Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets. | Alors vous direz: Nous avons mangé et bu en ta présence, et tu as enseigné dans nos places publiques. | Allora comincerete a dire: "Noi abbiamo mangiato e bevuto in tua presenza, e tu hai insegnato nelle nostre piazze". |
| 27 | But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity. | Et il répondra: Je vous dis que je ne sais d'où vous êtes; retirez-vous de moi, vous tous qui faites métier de l'iniquité. | Ma egli dirà: "Io vi dico che non so da dove venite, via da me voi tutti operatori d'iniquità |
| 28 | There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out. | Là seront les pleurs et les grincements de dents, quand vous verrez Abraham, Isaac, et Jacob et tous les prophètes dans le royaume de Dieu, et que vous serez jetés dehors. | Lì sarà pianto e stridor di denti, quando vedrete Abrahamo, Isacco, Giacobbe e tutti i profeti nel regno di Dio, mentre voi ne sarete cacciati fuori. |
| 29 | And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God. | Et il en viendra d'orient et d'occident, du septentrion et du midi, qui seront à table dans le royaume de Dieu. | Ne verranno da oriente e da occidente, da settentrione e da mezzogiorno, e sederanno a tavola nel regno di Dio. |
| 30 | And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last. | Et voici, il en est des derniers qui seront les premiers, et des premiers qui seront les derniers. | Ed ecco, vi sono alcuni fra gli ultimi che saranno i primi, e alcuni fra i primi che saranno gli ultimi. |
| 31 | The same day there came certain of the Pharisees, saying unto him, Get thee out, and depart hence: for Herod will kill thee. | Ce même jour, quelques pharisiens vinrent lui dire: Retire-toi d'ici, et t'en va; car Hérode veut te faire mourir. | In quello stesso giorno alcuni farisei, vennero a dirgli: Parti e vattene da qui perché Erode vuole ucciderti. |
| 32 | And he said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and to morrow, and the third day I shall be perfected. | Et il leur dit: Allez et dites à ce renard: Voici, je chasse les démons et j'achève de faire des guérisons, aujourd'hui et demain, et le troisième jour je finis. | Ed egli disse loro: Andate a dire a quella volpe: "Ecco, oggi e domani io scaccio i demoni e compio guarigioni, e il terzo giorno giungo al termine della mia corsa". |
| 33 | Nevertheless I must walk to day, and to morrow, and the day following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem. | Cependant, il me faut marcher aujourd'hui, demain et le jour suivant, parce qu'il n'arrive point qu'un prophète meure hors de Jérusalem. | Ma oggi, domani e dopodomani devo camminare, perché non può essere che un profeta muoia fuori di Gerusalemme. |
| 34 | O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not! | Jérusalem, Jérusalem, qui tues les prophètes, et qui lapides ceux qui te sont envoyés, combien de fois j'ai voulu rassembler tes enfants, comme la poule rassemble sa couvée sous ses ailes, et vous ne l'avez pas voulu! | Gerusalemme, Gerusalemme, che uccidi i profeti e lapidi coloro che ti sono mandati! Quante volte ho voluto a raccogliere i tuoi figli come la gallina raccoglie i suoi pulcini sotto le ali, ma voi non avete voluto! |
| 35 | Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. | Voici, votre habitation va vous rester déserte, et je vous dis en vérité, que vous ne me verrez plus jusqu'à ce que vous disiez: Béni soit celui qui vient au nom du Seigneur. | Ecco, la vostra casa vi è lasciata deserta. Or io vi dico che non mi vedrete più finché venga il tempo in cui direte: "Benedetto colui che viene nel nome del Signore". |
