| 1 | Et les fils d'Aaron, Nadab et Abihu, prirent chacun leur encensoir, et y mirent du feu, et placèrent de l'encens dessus, et présentèrent devant l'Éternel un feu étranger, ce qu'il ne leur avait pas commandé. | And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took each of them his censer, and put fire therein, and laid incense thereon, and offered strange fire before Jehovah, which he had not commanded them. | Poi Nadab e Abihu, figli di Aaronne, presero ciascuno il proprio turibolo, vi misero dentro del fuoco, vi posero sopra l'incenso e offrirono davanti all'Eterno un fuoco illecito, che egli non aveva loro comandato. |
| 2 | Et le feu sortit de devant l'Éternel, et les dévora, et ils moururent devant l'Éternel. | And there came forth fire from before Jehovah, and devoured them, and they died before Jehovah. | Allora un fuoco uscì dalla presenza dell'Eterno e li divorò; e morirono davanti all'Eterno. |
| 3 | Et Moïse dit à Aaron: C'est là ce que l'Éternel prononça, en disant: Je serai sanctifié en ceux qui s'approchent de moi, et devant tout le peuple je serai glorifié. Et Aaron se tut. | Then Moses said unto Aaron, This is it that Jehovah spake, saying, I will be sanctified in them that come nigh me, and before all the people I will be glorified. And Aaron held his peace. | Perciò Mosè disse ad Aaronne: Questo è ciò di cui l'Eterno parlò, dicendo: "Io sarò santificato da coloro che si avvicinano a me, e sarò glorificato davanti a tutto il popolo". E Aaronne tacque. |
| 4 | Et Moïse appela Mishaël et Eltsaphan, fils d'Uziel, oncle d'Aaron, et leur dit: Approchez-vous, emportez vos frères de devant le lieu saint, hors du camp. | And Moses called Mishael and Elzaphan, the sons of Uzziel the uncle of Aaron, and said unto them, Draw near, carry your brethren from before the sanctuary out of the camp. | Mosè quindi chiamò Mishael ed Eltsafan, figli di Uzziel, zio di Aaronne, e disse loro: Avvicinatevi e portate via i vostri fratelli dal davanti del santuario, fuori del campo. |
| 5 | Et ils s'approchèrent, et les emportèrent dans leurs tuniques hors du camp, comme Moïse avait dit. | So they drew near, and carried them in their coats out of the camp, as Moses had said. | Così essi si avvicinarono e li portarono via nelle loro tuniche, fuori del campo, come Mosè aveva detto. |
| 6 | Et Moïse dit à Aaron, et à Éléazar et à Ithamar, ses fils: Ne découvrez pas vos têtes et ne déchirez pas vos vêtements, afin que vous ne mouriez pas, et qu'il n'y ait pas de la colère contre toute l'assemblée; mais vos frères, toute la maison d'Israël, pleureront l'embrasement que l'Éternel a allumé. | And Moses said unto Aaron, and unto Eleazar and unto Ithamar, his sons, Let not the hair of your heads go loose, neither rend your clothes; that ye die not, and that he be not wroth with all the congregation: but let your brethren, the whole house of Israel, bewail the burning which Jehovah hath kindled. | Poi Mosè disse ad Aaronne, a Eleazar e Ithamar, suoi figli: Non scoprite il vostro capo e non stracciate le vostre vesti, per non morire, e perché l'Eterno non si adiri contro tutta l'assemblea; ma i vostri fratelli, l'intera casa d'Israele, facciano lutto per il fuoco che l'Eterno ha acceso. |
| 7 | Et ne sortez pas de l'entrée de la tente d'assignation, de peur que vous ne mouriez, car l'huile de l'onction de l'Éternel est sur vous. Et ils firent selon la parole de Moïse. | And ye shall not go out from the door of the tent of meeting, lest ye die; for the anointing oil of Jehovah is upon you. And they did according to the word of Moses. | Non allontanatevi dall'ingresso della tenda di convegno, perché non abbiate a morire, poiché l'olio dell'unzione dell'Eterno è su di voi. Ed essi fecero come Mosè aveva detto. |
| 8 | Et l'Éternel parla à Aaron, disant: | And Jehovah spake unto Aaron, saying, | L'Eterno parlò ancora ad Aaronne, dicendo: |
| 9 | Vous ne boirez point de vin ni de boisson forte, toi et tes fils avec toi, quand vous entrerez dans la tente d'assignation, afin que vous ne mouriez pas. C'est un statut perpétuel, en vos générations, | Drink no wine nor strong drink, thou, nor thy sons with thee, when ye go into the tent of meeting, that ye die not: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations: | Non bevete vino né bevande inebrianti, né tu né i tuoi figli, quando entrerete nella tenda di convegno, affinché non abbiate a morire; sarà una legge perpetua per tutte le vostre generazioni, |
| 10 | afin que vous discerniez entre ce qui est saint et ce qui est profane, et entre ce qui est impur et ce qui est pur, | and that ye may make a distinction between the holy and the common, and between the unclean and the clean; | perché possiate distinguere tra il santo e il profano, tra l'impuro e il puro, |
| 11 | et afin que vous enseigniez aux fils d'Israël tous les statuts que l'Éternel leur a dits par Moïse. | and that ye may teach the children of Israel all the statutes which Jehovah hath spoken unto them by Moses. | e possiate insegnare ai figli d'Israele tutte le leggi, che l'Eterno ha dato loro per mezzo di Mosè. |
| 12 | Et Moïse dit à Aaron, et à Éléazar et à Ithamar, ses fils qui restaient: Prenez l'offrande de gâteau, ce qui reste des sacrifices de l'Éternel faits par feu, et mangez-la en pains sans levain, à côté de l'autel; car c'est une chose très-sainte. | And Moses spake unto Aaron, and unto Eleazar and unto Ithamar, his sons that were left, Take the meal-offering that remaineth of the offerings of Jehovah made by fire, and eat it without leaven beside the altar; for it is most holy; | Poi Mosè disse ad Aaronne, e a Eleazar e Ithamar, i figli che restavano ad Aaronne: Prendete l'oblazione di cibo che rimane dei sacrifici fatti col fuoco all'Eterno e mangiatela senza lievito vicino all'altare, perché è cosa santissima. |
| 13 | Et vous la mangerez dans un lieu saint, parce que c'est là ta part et la part de tes fils dans les sacrifices de l'Éternel faits par feu; car il m'a été ainsi commandé. | and ye shall eat it in a holy place, because it is thy portion, and thy sons` portion, of the offerings of Jehovah made by fire: for so I am commanded. | La mangerete in luogo santo, perché è la parte che spetta a te e ai tuoi figli, dei sacrifici fatti col fuoco all'Eterno, poiché così mi è stato comandato. |
| 14 | Et vous mangerez la poitrine tournoyée et l'épaule élevée, dans un lieu pur, toi et tes fils et tes filles avec toi; car elles vous sont données comme ta part et la part de tes fils dans les sacrifices de prospérités des fils d'Israël. | And the wave-breast and the heave-thigh shall ye eat in a clean place, thou, and thy sons, and thy daughters with thee: for they are given as thy portion, and thy sons` portion, out of the sacrifices of the peace-offerings of the children of Israel. | Il petto dell'offerta agitata e la coscia dell'offerta elevata li mangerete tu, e i tuoi figli e le tue figlie con te, in luogo puro, perché sono la parte che spetta a te e ai tuoi figli, data a voi dai sacrifici di ringraziamento dei figli d'Israele. |
| 15 | Ils apporteront l'épaule élevée et la poitrine tournoyée (avec les sacrifices par feu, qui sont les graisses), pour les tournoyer comme offrande tournoyée devant l'Éternel; et cela t'appartiendra, et à tes fils avec toi, par statut perpétuel, comme l'Éternel l'a commandé. | The heave-thigh and the wave-breast shall they bring with the offerings made by fire of the fat, to wave it for a wave-offering before Jehovah: and it shall be thine, and thy sons` with thee, as a portion for ever; as Jehovah hath commanded. | Assieme alle offerte di grasso fatte col fuoco, si porteranno la coscia dell'offerta elevata e il petto dell'offerta agitata, per offrirli come offerta agitata davanti all'Eterno; anche questo apparterrà a te e ai tuoi figli con te, come uno statuto perpetuo, secondo quanto l'Eterno ha comandato. |
| 16 | Et Moïse chercha diligemment le bouc du sacrifice pour le péché; mais voici, il avait été brûlé; et Moïse se mit en colère contre Éléazar et Ithamar, les fils d'Aaron qui restaient, et il leur dit: | And Moses diligently sought the goat of the sin-offering, and, behold, it was burnt: and he was angry with Eleazar and with Ithamar, the sons of Aaron that were left, saying, | Poi Mosè indagò accuratamente circa il capro del sacrificio per il peccato; ed ecco, era stato bruciato; per cui si adirò contro Eleazar e contro Ithamar, i figli di Aaronne che erano rimasti, dicendo: |
| 17 | Pourquoi n'avez-vous pas mangé le sacrifice pour le péché dans un lieu saint? car c'est une chose très-sainte; et Il vous l'a donné pour porter l'iniquité de l'assemblée, pour faire propitiation pour eux devant l'Éternel: | Wherefore have ye not eaten the sin-offering in the place of the sanctuary, seeing it is most holy, and he hath given it you to bear the iniquity of the congregation, to make atonement for them before Jehovah? | Perché non avete mangiato il sacrificio per il peccato in luogo santo, poiché è cosa santissima, e l'Eterno ve l'ha dato affinché portiate l'iniquità dell'assemblea, perché facciate l'espiazione per loro davanti all'Eterno? |
| 18 | voici, son sang n'a pas été porté dans l'intérieur du lieu saint; vous devez de toute manière le manger dans le lieu saint, comme je l'ai commandé. | Behold, the blood of it was not brought into the sanctuary within: ye should certainly have eaten it in the sanctuary, as I commanded. | Ecco, il sangue della vittima non è stato portato dentro il luogo santo; voi avreste dovuto mangiarla in luogo santo, come avevo comandato. |
| 19 | Et Aaron dit à Moïse: Voici, ils ont présenté aujourd'hui leur sacrifice pour le péché et leur holocauste devant l'Éternel, et ces choses me sont arrivées; et si j'eusse mangé aujourd'hui le sacrifice pour le péché, cela eût-il été bon aux yeux de l'Éternel? | And Aaron spake unto Moses, Behold, this day have they offered their sin-offering and their burnt-offering before Jehovah; and there have befallen me such things as these: and if I had eaten the sin-offering to-day, would it have been well-pleasing in the sight of Jehovah? | Aaronne disse quindi a Mosè: Ecco, oggi essi hanno offerto il loro sacrificio per il peccato e il loro olocausto davanti all'Eterno, e mi sono accadute simili cose; se oggi avessi mangiato la vittima del sacrificio per il peccato sarebbe ciò piaciuto agli occhi dell'Eterno?. |
| 20 | Et Moïse l'entendit, et cela fut bon à ses yeux. | And when Moses heard [that], it was well-pleasing in his sight. | Quando Mosè udì questo, rimase soddisfatto. |
