Let brotherly love continue.Let love of the brethren continue.Continuate nell'amore fraterno.
Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.Forget not to show love unto strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; them that are illtreated, as being yourselves also in the body.
Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.[Let] marriage [be] had in honor among all, and [let] the bed [be] undefiled: for fornicators and adulterers God will judge.
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.Be ye free from the love of money; content with such things as ye have: for himself hath said, I will in no wise fail thee, neither will I in any wise forsake thee.
So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.So that with good courage we say, The Lord is my helper; I will not fear: What shall man do unto me?Così possiamo dire con fiducia: Il Signore è il mio aiuto, e io non temerò. Che cosa mi potrà fare l'uomo?.
Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.Remember them that had the rule over you, men that spake unto you the word of God; and considering the issue of their life, imitate their faith.
Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.Jesus Christ [is] the same yesterday and to-day, [yea] and for ever.Gesù Cristo è lo stesso ieri, oggi e in eterno.
Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.Be not carried away by divers and strange teachings: for it is good that the heart be established by grace; not by meats, wherein they that occupied themselves were not profited.
We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle. We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat that serve the tabernacle.
For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp. For the bodies of those beasts whose blood is brought into the holy place by the high priest [as an offering] for sin, are burned without the camp.
Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people through his own blood, suffered without the gate.
Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.Let us therefore go forth unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.
For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come. For we have not here an abiding city, but we seek after [the city] which is to come.
By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.Through him then let us offer up a sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips which make confession to his name.
But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased. But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.E non dimenticate la beneficenza e di far parte dei vostri beni agli altri, perché Dio si compiace di tali sacrifici.
Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit [to them]: for they watch in behalf of your souls, as they that shall give account; that they may do this with joy, and not with grief: for this [were] unprofitable for you.
Pray for us: for we trust we have a good conscience, in all things willing to live honestly.Pray for us: for we are persuaded that we have a good conscience, desiring to live honorably in all things.
But I beseech you the rather to do this, that I may be restored to you the sooner. And I exhort [you] the more exceedingly to do this, that I may be restored to you the sooner.
Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,Now the God of peace, who brought again from the dead the great shepherd of the sheep with the blood of an eternal covenant, [even] our Lord Jesus,Ora il Dio della pace, che in virtù del sangue del patto eterno ha fatto risalire dai morti il Signor nostro Gesù Cristo, il grande Pastore delle pecore,
Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.make you perfect in every good thing to do his will, working in us that which is well-pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom [be] the glory for ever and ever. Amen.
And I beseech you, brethren, suffer the word of exhortation: for I have written a letter unto you in few words. But I exhort you, brethren, bear with the word of exhortation, for I have written unto you in few words.Ora vi prego, fratelli, ritenete questa parola di esortazione, perché vi ho scritto brevemente.
Know ye that our brother Timothy is set at liberty; with whom, if he come shortly, I will see you.Know ye that our brother Timothy hath been set at liberty; with whom, if he come shortly, I will see you.
Salute all them that have the rule over you, and all the saints. They of Italy salute you.Salute all them that have the rule over you, and all the saints. They of Italy salute you.Salutate tutti i vostri conduttori e tutti i santi. Quelli d'Italia vi salutano.
Grace be with you all. Amen.Grace be with you all. Amen.La grazia sia con tutti voi. Amen.
