| 1 | And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters asswaged; | Or, Dieu se souvint de Noé, et de tous les animaux et de tout le bétail qui étaient avec lui dans l'arche. | 2 | The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained; | Et les sources de l'abîme et les canopées des cieux se fermèrent; et la pluie fut retenue des cieux. | Le fonti dell'abisso e le cateratte del cielo furono chiuse e la pioggia dal cielo cessò. |
| 3 | And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated. | Et les eaux se retirèrent de dessus la terre; elles allèrent se retirant; et les eaux diminuèrent au bout de cent cinquante jours. | E le acque andarono del continuo ritirandosi dalla terra; e alla fine di centocinquanta giorni erano diminuite. |
| 4 | And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat. | Et au septième mois, au dix-septième jour du mois, l'arche s'arrêta sur les montagnes d'Ararat. | Nel settimo mese, il diciassettesimo giorno del mese, l'arca si fermò sulle montagne di Ararat. |
| 5 | And the waters decreased continually until the tenth month: in the tenth month, on the first day of the month, were the tops of the mountains seen. | Et les eaux allèrent diminuant, jusqu'au dixième mois. Au dixième mois, au premier jour du mois, apparurent les sommets des montagnes. | E le acque andarono diminuendo fino al decimo mese. | 6 | And it came to pass at the end of forty days, that Noah opened the window of the ark which he had made: | Et il arriva qu'au bout de quarante jours Noé ouvrit la fenêtre qu'il avait faite à l'arche. | Così, in capo a quaranta giorni, avvenne che Noè aperse la finestra che aveva fatto nell'arca, |
| 7 | And he sent forth a raven, which went forth to and fro, until the waters were dried up from off the earth. | Et il lâcha le corbeau, qui sortit, allant et revenant, jusqu'à ce que les eaux eussent séché de dessus la terre. | e mandò fuori il corvo, che continuò ad andare avanti e indietro, finché le acque furono asciugate sulla terra. |
| 8 | Also he sent forth a dove from him, to see if the waters were abated from off the face of the ground; | Puis il lâcha la colombe d'avec lui, pour voir si les eaux avaient fort diminué à la surface de la terre. | Poi mandò fuori la colomba, per vedere se le acque fossero diminuite sulla superficie della terra. |
| 9 | But the dove found no rest for the sole of her foot, and she returned unto him into the ark, for the waters were on the face of the whole earth: then he put forth his hand, and took her, and pulled her in unto him into the ark. | Mais la colombe ne trouva pas où poser la plante de son pied, et elle retourna vers lui dans l'arche; car il y avait de l'eau à la surface de toute la terre. Et Noé avança sa main, la prit, et la ramena vers lui dans l'arche. | Ma la colomba non trovò dove posare la pianta del suo piede, e tornò a lui nell'arca, perché c'erano ancora acque sulla superficie di tutta la terra; ed egli stese la mano, la prese e la trasse a sé nell'arca. |
| 10 | And he stayed yet other seven days; and again he sent forth the dove out of the ark; | Et il attendit encore sept autres jours, puis il lâcha de nouveau la colombe hors de l'arche. | Aspettò così altri sette giorni, poi mandò di nuovo la colomba fuori dell'arca. |
| 11 | And the dove came in to him in the evening; and, lo, in her mouth was an olive leaf pluckt off: so Noah knew that the waters were abated from off the earth. | Et la colombe revint à lui vers le soir; et voici, une branche d'olivier fraîche était à son bec; et Noé comprit que les eaux avaient fort diminué sur la terre. | E la colomba tornò a lui verso sera; ed ecco, essa aveva nel becco una foglia d'ulivo strappata di fresco; così Noè comprese che le acque si erano ritirate dalla terra. |
| 12 | And he stayed yet other seven days; and sent forth the dove; which returned not again unto him any more. | Et il attendit encore sept autres jours; puis il lâcha la colombe; mais elle ne retourna plus à lui. | Allora aspettò altri sette giorni, poi mandò fuori la colomba; ma essa non ritornò più da lui. |
| 13 | And it came to pass in the six hundredth and first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were dried up from off the earth: and Noah removed the covering of the ark, and looked, and, behold, the face of the ground was dry. | Et il arriva en l'an six cent un de la vie de Noé, au premier mois, au premier jour du mois, que les eaux avaient séché sur la terre; et Noé ôta la couverture de l'arche, et regarda; et voici, la surface du sol avait séché. | Nell'anno seicentouno di Noè, nel primo mese, nel primo giorno del mese, le acque si erano prosciugate sulla terra; e Noè scoperchiò l'arca, guardò, ed ecco che la superficie del suolo era asciutta. |
| 14 | And in the second month, on the seven and twentieth day of the month, was the earth dried. | Au second mois, au vingt-septième jour du mois, la terre fut sèche. | Così nel secondo mese nel ventisettesimo giorno del mese, la terra era asciutta. |
| 15 | And God spake unto Noah, saying, | Alors Dieu parla à Noé, en disant: | Allora DIO parlò a Noè, dicendo: |
| 16 | Go forth of the ark, thou, and thy wife, and thy sons, and thy sons' wives with thee. | Sors de l'arche, toi, ta femme, tes fils, et les femmes de tes fils avec toi. | Esci dall'arca tu, tua moglie, i tuoi figli e le mogli dei tuoi figli con te. |
| 17 | Bring forth with thee every living thing that is with thee, of all flesh, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth; that they may breed abundantly in the earth, and be fruitful, and multiply upon the earth. | Fais sortir avec toi tous les animaux qui sont avec toi, de toute chair, tant des oiseaux que des bêtes, et de tous les reptiles qui rampent sur la terre; et qu'ils peuplent en abondance la terre, et qu'ils croissent et multiplient sur la terre. | Fa' uscire con te tutti gli animali che sono con te, di ogni carne: uccelli, bestiame e tutti i rettili che strisciano sulla terra, perché crescano grandemente sulla terra, e siano fecondi e si moltiplichino sulla terra. |
| 18 | And Noah went forth, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons' wives with him: | Et Noé sortit, et ses fils, sa femme, et les femmes de ses fils avec lui. | Così Noè usci con i suoi figli, con sua moglie e con le mogli dei suoi figli. |
| 19 | Every beast, every creeping thing, and every fowl, and whatsoever creepeth upon the earth, after their kinds, went forth out of the ark. | Tous les animaux, tous les reptiles et tous les oiseaux, tout ce qui rampe sur la terre, selon leurs familles, sortirent de l'arche. | Tutti gli animali, tutti i rettili, tutti gli uccelli, tutto quello che si muove sulla terra, secondo le loro famiglie, uscirono dall'arca. |
| 20 | And Noah builded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar. | Et Noé bâtit un autel à l'Éternel; et il prit de toute bête pure, et de tout oiseau pur, et il offrit des holocaustes sur l'autel. | Allora Noè edificò un altare all'Eterno, e prese di ogni specie di animali puri e di ogni specie di uccelli puri e offrì olocausti sull'altare. |
| 21 | And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done. | Et l'Éternel respira l'agréable odeur, et l'Éternel dit en son coeur: Je ne maudirai plus la terre, à cause de l'homme; car la nature du coeur de l'homme est mauvaise dès sa jeunesse; et je ne frapperai plus tout ce qui vit, comme je l'ai fait. | E l'Eterno sentì un odore soave; così l'Eterno disse in cuor suo: Io non maledirò più la terra a motivo dell'uomo, perché i disegni del cuore dell'uomo sono malvagi fin dalla sua fanciullezza; e non colpirò più ogni cosa vivente, come ho fatto. |
| 22 | While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease. | Tant que la terre durera, les semailles et la moisson, le froid et le chaud, l'été et l'hiver, et le jour et la nuit, ne cesseront point. | Finché la terra durerà, semina e raccolta, freddo e caldo, estate e inverno, giorno e notte non cesseranno mai. |
