And Isaac called Jacob, and blessed him, and charged him, and said unto him, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan. And Isaac called Jacob, and blessed him, and charged him, and said unto him, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan.
Arise, go to Padanaram, to the house of Bethuel thy mother's father; and take thee a wife from thence of the daughers of Laban thy mother's brother.Lève-toi, va à Paddan-Aram, à la maison de Béthuël, père de ta mère, et prends-toi une femme de là, parmi les filles de Laban, frère de ta mère. Arise, go to Paddan-aram, to the house of Bethuel thy mother`s father. And take thee a wife from thence of the daughters of Laban thy mother`s brother.
And God Almighty bless thee, and make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, that thou mayest be a multitude of people;Et que le Dieu Tout-Puissant te bénisse, te fasse croître, et te multiplie, et que tu deviennes une assemblée de peuples!And God Almighty bless thee, and make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, that thou mayest be a company of peoples.
And give thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to thy seed with thee; that thou mayest inherit the land wherein thou art a stranger, which God gave unto Abraham. And give thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to thy seed with thee. That thou mayest inherit the land of thy sojournings, which God gave unto Abraham.e ti dia la benedizione di Abrahamo, a te e alla tua discendenza con te, affinché tu possegga il paese dove vivi come uno straniero e che DIO donò ad Abrahamo.
And Isaac sent away Jacob: and he went to Padanaram unto Laban, son of Bethuel the Syrian, the brother of Rebekah, Jacob's and Esau's mother. And Isaac sent away Jacob. And he went to Paddan-aram unto Laban, son of Bethuel the Syrian, the brother of Rebekah, Jacob`s and Esau`s mother.
When Esau saw that Isaac had blessed Jacob, and sent him away to Padanaram, to take him a wife from thence; and that as he blessed him he gave him a charge, saying, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughers of Canaan;Et Ésaü vit qu'Isaac avait béni Jacob, et l'avait envoyé à Paddan-Aram pour y prendre une femme, en le bénissant, et qu'il lui avait commandé, et dit: Tu ne prendras point une femme parmi les filles de Canaan;Now Esau saw that Isaac had blessed Jacob and sent him away to Paddan-aram, to take him a wife from thence. And that as he blessed him he gave him a charge, saying, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan.Or Esaù vide che Isacco aveva benedetto Giacobbe e lo aveva mandato in Paddan-Aram per prendersi di là una moglie e, nel benedirlo, gli aveva dato quest'ordine dicendo: Non prender moglie tra le figlie di Canaan;
And that Jacob obeyed his father and his mother, and was gone to Padanaram;Et que Jacob avait obéi à son père et à sa mère, et s'en était allé à Paddan-Aram.And that Jacob obeyed his father and his mother, and was gone to Paddan-aram.e Giacobbe aveva ubbidito a suo padre e a sua madre e se ne era andato in Paddan-Aram.
And Esau seeing that the daughters of Canaan pleased not Isaac his father;Ésaü, voyant donc que les filles de Canaan déplaisaient à Isaac, son père, And Esau saw that the daughters of Canaan pleased not Isaac his father.
Then went Esau unto Ishmael, and took unto the wives which he had Mahalath the daughter of Ishmael Abraham's son, the sister of Nebajoth, to be his wife.S'en alla vers Ismaël, et prit pour femme (outre les femmes qu'il avait) Mahalath, fille d'Ismaël, fils d'Abraham, soeur de Nébajoth.And Esau went unto Ishmael, and took, besides the wives that he had, Mahalath the daughter of Ishmael Abraham`s son, the sister of Nebaioth, to be his wife.andò da Ismaele e prese Mahalath, figlia di Ismaele, figlio di Abrahamo, sorella di Nebajoth, perché fosse sua moglie oltre le mogli che già aveva.
And Jacob went out from Beersheba, and went toward Haran. And Jacob went out from Beer-sheba, and went toward Haran.
And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep. And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set. And he took one of the stones of the place, and put it under his head, and lay down in that place to sleep.
And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it.Alors il eut un songe; et voici, une échelle était dressée sur la terre, et son sommet touchait aux cieux; et voici les anges de Dieu montaient et descendaient par elle. And he dreamed. And behold, a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven. And behold, the angels of God ascending and descending on it.E sognò di vedere una scala appoggiata sulla terra, la cui cima toccava il cielo; ed ecco, gli angeli di DIO salivano e scendevano su di essa.
And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed;Et voici, l'Éternel se tenait au-dessus d'elle, et il dit: JE SUIS l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Abraham, ton père, et le Dieu d'Isaac; la terre sur laquelle tu es couché, je la donnerai à toi et à ta postérité. And, behold, Jehovah stood above it, and said, I am Jehovah, the God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac. The land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed.Ed ecco l'Eterno stava in cima ad essa e gli disse: Io sono l'Eterno, il DIO di Abrahamo tuo padre e il DIO di Isacco; la terra sulla quale tu sei coricato la darò a te e alla tua discendenza;
And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed. And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south. And in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.e la tua discendenza sarà come la polvere della terra, e tu ti estenderai a ovest e a est a nord e a sud; e tutte le famiglie della terra saranno benedette in te e nella tua discendenza.
And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.Et voici, je suis avec toi, et je te garderai partout où tu iras; et je te ramènerai en ce pays; car je ne t'abandonnerai point, que je n'aie fait ce que je t'ai dit.And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee, whithersoever thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land. For I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.Ed ecco, io sono con te e ti proteggerò dovunque andrai, e ti ricondurrò in questo paese; poiché non ti abbandonerò prima di aver fatto quello che ti ho detto.
And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew it not. And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely Jehovah is in this place. And I knew it not.
And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven. And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.
And Jacob rose up early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put for his pillows, and set it up for a pillar, and poured oil upon the top of it.Et Jacob se leva de bon matin, et prit la pierre dont il avait fait son chevet, et la dressa en monument, et il versa de l'huile sur son sommet.And Jacob rose up early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put under his head, and set it up for a pillar, and poured oil upon the top of it.Così Giacobbe si alzò al mattino presto prese la pietra che aveva posta sotto la sua testa, la eresse come stele e versò dell'olio sulla sua sommità.
And he called the name of that place Bethel: but the name of that city was called Luz at the first.Et il appela ce lieu-là Béthel (maison de Dieu), tandis qu'auparavant la ville s'appelait Luz.And he called the name of that place Beth-el. But the name of the city was Luz at the first.E chiamò quel luogo Bethel, mentre prima il nome della città era Luz.
And Jacob vowed a vow, saying, If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and raiment to put on,Et Jacob fit un voeu, en disant: Si Dieu est avec moi, et me garde dans ce voyage que je fais, et me donne du pain pour manger, et des habits pour me vêtir, And Jacob vowed a vow, saying, If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and raiment to put on,Poi Giacobbe fece un voto dicendo: Se DIO sarà con me e mi proteggerà durante questo viaggio che faccio, se mi darà pane da mangiare e vesti da coprirmi,
So that I come again to my father's house in peace; then shall the LORD be my God:Et que je retourne en paix à la maison de mon père, l'Éternel sera mon Dieu; so that I come again to my father`s house in peace, and Jehovah will be my God,e ritornerò alla casa di mio padre in pace, allora l'Eterno sarà il mio DIO;
And this stone, which I have set for a pillar, shall be God's house: and of all that thou shalt give me I will surely give the tenth unto thee. I have set up for a pillar, shall be God`s house. And of all that thou shalt give me I will surely give the tenth unto thee.e questa pietra che ho eretta come stele, sarà la casa di DIO; e di tutto quello che tu mi darai io ti darò la decima.
