| 18 | And Abraham said unto God, O that Ishmael might live before thee! | And Abraham said unto God, Oh that Ishmael might live before thee! | Quindi Abrahamo disse a DIO: Deh, possa Ismaele vivere davanti a te!. |
| 19 | And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him. | And God said, Nay, but Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant for his seed after him. | Ma DIO rispose: No, ma Sara tua moglie ti partorirà un figlio, e tu lo chiamerai Isacco; e io stabilirò il mio patto con lui, come un patto eterno con la sua discendenza dopo di lui. |
