| 1 | L'esprit m'enleva, et me transporta à la porte orientale de la maison de l'Éternel, à celle qui regarde l'orient. Et voici, à l'entrée de la porte, il y avait vingt-cinq hommes ; et je vis au milieu d'eux Jaazania, fils d'Azzur, et Pelathia, fils de Benaja, chefs du peuple. | Moreover the Spirit lifted me up, and brought me unto the east gate of Jehovah`s house, which looketh eastward: and behold, at the door of the gate five and twenty men; and I saw in the midst of them Jaazaniah the son of Azzur, and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people. | Poi lo Spirito mi sollevò e mi trasportò alla porta orientale della casa dell'Eterno che guarda a est; ed ecco, all'Ingresso della porta c'Erano venticinque uomini, tra i quali vidi Jaazaniah, figlio di Azzur, e Pelatiah, figlio di Benaiah, capi del popolo. |
| 2 | Et l'Éternel me dit : Fils de l'homme, ce sont les hommes qui méditent l'iniquité, et qui donnent de mauvais conseils dans cette ville. | And he said unto me, Son of man, these are the men that devise iniquity, and that give wicked counsel in this city; | Egli mi disse: figlio d'uomo, questi sono gli uomini che tramano il male e danno cattivi consigli in questa città. |
| 3 | Ils disent : Ce n'est pas le moment ! Bâtissons des maisons ! La ville est la chaudière, et nous sommes la viande. | that say, [The time] is not near to build houses: this [city] is the caldron, and we are the flesh. | Essi dicono: "Il tempo non è vicino. Edifichiamo case! Questa città è la pentola e noi siamo la carne". |
| 4 | C'est pourquoi prophétise contre eux, prophétise, fils de l'homme ! | Therefore prophesy against them, prophesy, O son of man. | Perciò profetizza contro di loro, profetizza, figlio d'uomo. |
| 5 | Alors l'esprit de l'Éternel tomba sur moi. Et il me dit : Dis : Ainsi parle l'Éternel : Vous parlez de la sorte, maison d'Israël ! Et ce qui vous monte à la pensée, je le sais. | And the Spirit of Jehovah fell upon me, and he said unto me, Speak, Thus saith Jehovah: Thus have ye said, O house of Israel; for I know the things that come into your mind. | Quindi lo Spirito dell'Eterno cadde su di me e mi disse: Di Così dice l'Eterno: Voi dite così, o casa d'Israele, e io conosco le cose che vi passano per la mente. |

| 7 | C'est pourquoi ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel : Vos morts que vous avez étendus au milieu d'elle, C'est la viande, et elle, c'est la chaudière ; Mais vous, on vous en fera sortir. | Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Your slain whom ye have laid in the midst of it, they are the flesh, and this [city] is the caldron; but ye shall be brought forth out of the midst of it. | Perciò così dice il Signore, l'Eterno: I vostri uccisi che avete ammucchiato in mezzo ad essa sono la carne e questa città è la pentola, ma io vi farò uscire dal suo mezzo. |

| 10 | Vous tomberez par l'épée, Je vous jugerai sur la frontière d'Israël, Et vous saurez que je suis l'Éternel. | Ye shall fall by the sword; I will judge you in the border of Israel; and ye shall know that I am Jehovah. | Voi cadrete di spada, vi giudicherò sui confini d'Israele; allora riconoscerete, che io sono l'Eterno. |
| 11 | La ville ne sera pas pour vous une chaudière, Et vous ne serez pas la viande au milieu d'elle : C'est sur la frontière d'Israël que je vous jugerai. | This [city] shall not be your caldron, neither shall ye be the flesh in the midst thereof; I will judge you in the border of Israel; | Questa città non sarà per voi una pentola e voi non sarete la carne nel suo mezzo; io vi giudicherò sui confini d'Israele. |
| 12 | Et vous saurez que je suis l'Éternel, Dont vous n'avez pas suivi les ordonnances Et pratiqué les lois ; Mais vous avez agi selon les lois des nations qui vous entourent. | and ye shall know that I am Jehovah: for ye have not walked in my statutes, neither have ye executed mine ordinances, but have done after the ordinances of the nations that are round about you. | Allora riconoscerete che io sono l'Eterno, perché non avete camminato nei miei statuti né avete eseguito le mie leggi, ma avete agito secondo le leggi delle nazioni che vi circondano. |
| 13 | Comme je prophétisais, Pelathia, fils de Benaja, mourut. Je tombai sur ma face, et je m'écriai à haute voix : Ah ! Seigneur Éternel, anéantiras-tu ce qui reste d'Israël ? | And it came to pass, when I prophesied, that Pelatiah the son of Benaiah died. Then fell I down upon my face, and cried with a loud voice, and said, Ah Lord Jehovah! wilt thou make a full end of the remnant of Israel? | Or avvenne che, mentre io profetizzavo, Pelatiah, figlio di Benaiah, morì. Allora mi gettai con la faccia a terra e gridai ad alta voce, dicendo: Ah, Signore, Eterno, vuoi distruggere completamente il residuo d'Israele?. |
| 14 | Et la parole de l'Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots : | And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying, | Allora la parola dell'Eterno mi fu rivolta, dicendo: |
| 15 | Fils de l'homme, ce sont tes frères, tes frères, Ceux de ta parenté, et la maison d'Israël tout entière, A qui les habitants de Jérusalem disent : Restez loin de l'Éternel, Le pays nous a été donné en propriété. | Son of man, thy brethren, even thy brethren, the men of thy kindred, and all the house of Israel, all of them, [are they] unto whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, Get you far from Jehovah; unto us is this land given for a possession. | Figlio d'uomo, i tuoi fratelli, i tuoi stessi parenti, quelli con te redenti e tutta la casa d'Israele sono coloro ai quali gli abitanti di Gerusalemme hanno detto: Allontanatevi pure dall'Eterno; questo paese ci è stato dato in eredità. |
| 16 | C'est pourquoi tu diras : Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel : Si je les tiens éloignés parmi les nations, Si je les ai dispersés en divers pays, Je serai pour eux quelque temps un asile Dans les pays où ils sont venus. | Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Whereas I have removed them far off among the nations, and whereas I have scattered them among the countries, yet will I be to them a sanctuary for a little while in the countries where they are come. | Perciò di Così dice il Signore, l'Eterno: Benché io li abbia allontanati fra le nazioni e li abbia dispersi in paesi stranieri, io sarò per loro per un po' di tempo un santuario nei paesi dove sono andati. |
| 17 | C'est pourquoi tu diras : Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel : Je vous rassemblerai du milieu des peuples, Je vous recueillerai des pays où vous êtes dispersés, Et je vous donnerai la terre d'Israël. | Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will gather you from the peoples, and assemble you out of the countries where ye have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel. | Perciò di Così dice il Signore, l'Eterno: Vi raccoglierò fra i popoli, vi radunerò dai paesi in cui siete stati dispersi e vi darò la terra d'Israele. |
| 18 | C'est là qu'ils iront, Et ils en ôteront toutes les idoles et toutes les abominations. | And they shall come thither, and they shall take away all the detestable things thereof and all the abominations thereof from thence. | Essi vi ritorneranno e toglieranno via tutte le sue cose esecrande e tutte le sue abominazioni. |
| 19 | Je leur donnerai un même coeur, Et je mettrai en vous un esprit nouveau ; J'ôterai de leur corps le coeur de pierre, Et je leur donnerai un coeur de chair, | And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them a heart of flesh; | E io darò loro un altro cuore e metterò dentro di loro un nuovo spirito toglierò via dalla loro carne il cuore di pietra e darò loro un cuore di carne, |
| 20 | Afin qu'ils suivent mes ordonnances, Et qu'ils observent et pratiquent mes lois ; Et ils seront mon peuple, et je serai leur Dieu. | that they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God. | perché camminino nei miei statuti e osservino le mie leggi e le mettano in pratica; allora essi saranno il mio popolo e io sarò il loro DIO. |
| 21 | Mais pour ceux dont le coeur se plaît à leurs idoles et à leurs abominations, Je ferai retomber leurs oeuvres sur leur tête, Dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel. | But as for them whose heart walketh after the heart of their detestable things and their abominations, I will bring their way upon their own heads, saith the Lord Jehovah. | Ma quanto a quelli il cui cuore esegue le loro cose esecrande e le loro abominazioni, farò ricadere sul loro capo la loro condotta, dice il Signore, l'Eterno. |

| 24 | L'esprit m'enleva, et me transporta en Chaldée auprès des captifs, en vision par l'esprit de Dieu ; et la vision que j'avais eue disparut au-dessus de moi. | And the Spirit lifted me up, and brought me in the vision by the Spirit of God into Chaldea, to them of the captivity.
