| 3 | Voici, la main de l'Éternel sera sur ton bétail qui est aux champs, sur les chevaux, sur les ânes, sur les chameaux, sur les boeufs et sur les brebis: il y aura une très grande mortalité. | behold, the hand of Jehovah is upon thy cattle which are in the field, upon the horses, upon the asses, upon the camels, upon the herds, and upon the flocks: [there shall be] a very grievous murrain. | ecco, la mano dell'Eterno sarà sul tuo bestiame che è nei campi, sui cavalli, sugli asini, sui cammelli, sulle mandrie e sulle greggi, vi sarà una grande calamità. |
| 4 | Et l'Éternel distinguera entre le bétail d'Israël et le bétail des Égyptiens, et rien de tout ce qui est aux enfants d'Israël ne mourra. | And Jehovah shall make a distinction between the cattle of Israel and the cattle of Egypt; and there shall nothing die of all that belongeth to the children of Israel. | Ma l'Eterno farà una distinzione fra il bestiame d'Israele ed il bestiame d'Egitto; così nulla morirà di tutto quello che appartiene ai figli d'Israele". |
| 5 | Et l'Éternel fixa le terme, en disant: Demain l'Éternel fera cela dans le pays. | And Jehovah appointed a set time, saying, To-morrow Jehovah shall do this thing in the land. | Quindi l'Eterno fissò un tempo, dicendo: Domani l'Eterno farà questo nel paese. |
| 6 | L'Éternel fit donc cela dès le lendemain, et tout le bétail des Égyptiens mourut; mais du bétail des enfants d'Israël il ne mourut pas une seule bête. | And Jehovah did that thing on the morrow; and all the cattle of Egypt died; but of the cattle of the children of Israel died not one. | E l'Eterno fece questo il giorno seguente, e tutto il bestiame d'Egitto morì; ma del bestiame dei figli d'Israele non ne morì neppure un capo. |
| 7 | Et Pharaon envoya voir, et voici, il n'était pas mort une seule bête du bétail d'Israël. Mais le coeur de Pharaon s'appesantit, et il ne laissa point aller le peuple. | And Pharaoh sent, and, behold, there was not so much as one of the cattle of the Israelites dead. But the heart of Pharaoh was stubborn, and he did not let the people go. | Il Faraone mandò a vedere, ed ecco che neppure un capo del bestiame degli Israeliti era morto, Ma il cuore del Faraone si indurì, ed egli non lasciò andare il popolo. |
| 8 | Alors l'Éternel dit à Moïse et à Aaron: Prenez plein vos mains de cendre de fournaise, et que Moïse la répande vers les cieux, sous les yeux de Pharaon. | And Jehovah said unto Moses and unto Aaron, Take to you handfuls of ashes of the furnace, and let Moses sprinkle it toward heaven in the sight of Pharaoh. | Poi l'Eterno disse a Mosè e ad Aaronne: Prendete delle manciate di cenere di fornace, e la sparga Mosè verso il cielo sotto gli occhi del Faraone. |
| 9 | Et elle deviendra de la poussière sur tout le pays d'Égypte, et elle deviendra, sur les hommes et sur les bêtes, des ulcères bourgeonnant en pustules, dans tout le pays d'Égypte. | And it shall become small dust over all the land of Egypt, and shall be a boil breaking forth with blains upon man and upon beast, throughout all the land of Egypt. | Essa diventerà una polvere minuta su tutto il paese d'Egitto, e causerà delle ulceri che produrranno pustole sulle persone e sugli animali per tutto il paese d'Egitto. |
| 10 | Ils prirent donc de la cendre de fournaise, et se tinrent devant Pharaon; et Moïse la répandit vers les cieux, et elle devint, sur les hommes et sur les bêtes, des ulcères bourgeonnant en pustules. | And they took ashes of the furnace, and stood before Pharaoh; and Moses sprinkled it up toward heaven; and it became a boil breaking forth with blains upon man and upon beast. | Allora essi presero della cenere di fornace e si presentarono davanti al Faraone; e Mosè la sparse verso il cielo, ed essa causò delle ulceri che produssero pustole sulle persone e sugli animali. |
| 11 | Et les magiciens ne purent se tenir devant Moïse, à cause des ulcères; car les ulcères étaient sur les magiciens comme sur tous les Égyptiens. | And the magicians could not stand before Moses because of the boils; for the boils were upon the magicians, and upon all the Egyptians. | E i maghi non poterono stare davanti a Mosè a motivo delle ulceri, perché i maghi e tutti gli Egiziani erano stati colpiti da ulceri. |
| 12 | Et l'Éternel endurcit le coeur de Pharaon, et il ne les écouta point, comme l'Éternel l'avait dit à Moïse. | And Jehovah hardened the heart of Pharaoh, and he hearkened not unto them, as Jehovah had spoken unto Moses. | Ma l'Eterno indurì il cuore del Faraone, ed egli non diede loro ascolto, come l'Eterno aveva detto a Mosè. |
| 13 | Puis, l'Éternel dit à Moïse: Lève-toi de bon matin, présente-toi devant Pharaon, et dis-lui: Ainsi a dit l'Éternel, le Dieu des Hébreux: Laisse aller mon peuple, afin qu'il me serve; | And Jehovah said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith Jehovah, the God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me. | Poi l'Eterno disse a Mosè: Levati al mattino presto, presentati davanti al Faraone e digli: "Così dice l'Eterno, il DIO degli Ebrei: Lascia andare il mio popolo, perché mi possa servire. |
| 14 | Car cette fois, je vais envoyer toutes mes plaies contre ton coeur, et sur tes serviteurs et sur ton peuple, afin que tu saches que nul n'est semblable à moi sur toute la terre. | For I will this time send all my plagues upon thy heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people; that thou mayest know that there is none like me in all the earth. | Poiché questa volta manderò tutte le mie piaghe proprio su di te, sui tuoi servi e sul tuo popolo, affinché tu conosca che non e'è nessuno simile a me su tutta la terra. |
| 15 | Car maintenant, si j'avais étendu ma main, et si je t'avais frappé par la mortalité, toi et ton peuple, tu serais effacé de la terre. | For now I had put forth my hand, and smitten thee and thy people with pestilence, and thou hadst been cut off from the earth: | Infatti se io ora avessi steso la mia mano e avessi percosso di peste te e il tuo popolo, tu saresti stato cancellato dalla terra. |
| 16 | Mais voici pourquoi je t'ai fait subsister: c'est afin que tu fasses voir ma puissance, et pour que mon nom soit célébré par toute la terre. | but in very deed for this cause have I made thee to stand, to show thee my power, and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth. | Ma, proprio per questa ragione, ti ho risparmiato, per mostrarti la mia potenza e perché il mio nome sia proclamato su tutta la terra. |
| 17 | Si tu t'élèves encore contre mon peuple, pour ne point le laisser aller, | As yet exaltest thou thyself against my people, that thou wilt not let them go? | E tu ti opponi ancora al mio popolo per non lasciarlo andare? |
| 18 | Voici je vais faire pleuvoir demain, à cette heure, une si forte grêle, qu'il n'y en a point eu de semblable en Égypte, depuis le jour où elle fut fondée jusqu'à présent. | Behold, to-morrow about this time I will cause it to rain a very grievous hail, such as hath not been in Egypt since the day it was founded even until now. | Ecco, domani verso quest'ora, io farò cadere una grandine così forte, quale non ce fu in Egitto dal giorno della sua fondazione fino ad ora. |
| 19 | Maintenant donc, envoie mettre en sûreté ton bétail, et tout ce que tu as aux champs. La grêle tombera sur tous les hommes et les bêtes qui se trouveront aux champs, et qui ne se retireront pas dans les maisons, et ils mourront. | Now therefore send, hasten in thy cattle and all that thou hast in the field; [for] every man and beast that shall be found in the field, and shall not be brought home, the hail shall come down upon them, and they shall die. | E adesso manda a far mettere al sicuro il tuo bestiame e tutto quello che hai per i campi. Perché tutti gli uomini ed animali, che si trovano nei campi e non sono stati portati in casa, saranno colpiti dalla grandine e moriranno". |
| 20 | Celui des serviteurs de Pharaon qui craignit la parole de l'Éternel, fit promptement retirer dans les maisons ses serviteurs et son bétail. | He that feared the word of Jehovah among the servants of Pharaoh made his servants and his cattle flee into the houses. | Fra i servi del Faraone, coloro che temettero la parola dell'Eterno fecero rifugiare nelle case i loro servi e il loro bestiame; |
| 21 | Mais celui qui ne fit point attention à la parole de l'Éternel, laissa ses serviteurs et son bétail aux champs. | And he that regarded not the word of Jehovah left his servants and his cattle in the field. | ma coloro che non fecero conto della parola dell'Eterno lasciarono i loro servi e il loro bestiame nei campi. |
| 22 | Alors l'Éternel dit à Moïse: Étends ta main vers les cieux, et qu'il y ait de la grêle sur tout le pays d'Égypte, sur les hommes, et sur les bêtes, et sur toute herbe des champs dans le pays d'Égypte. | And Jehovah said unto Moses, Stretch forth thy hand toward heaven, that there may be hail in all the land of Egypt, upon man, and upon beast, and upon every herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt. | Allora l'Eterno disse a Mosè: Stendi la tua mano verso il cielo, perché cada grandine in tutto il paese d'Egitto, sulla gente, sugli animali e sopra ogni sorte di vegetazione dei campi nel paese d'Egitto. |
| 23 | Moïse étendit donc sa verge vers les cieux, et l'Éternel fit tonner et grêler, et le feu se promenait sur la terre. Et l'Éternel fit pleuvoir de la grêle sur le pays d'Égypte. | And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and Jehovah sent thunder and hail, and fire ran down unto the earth; and Jehovah rained hail upon the land of Egypt. | E Mosè stese il suo bastone verso il cielo; e l'Eterno mandò tuoni e grandine, e il fuoco cadde saettando sulla terra; e l'Eterno fece piovere grandine sul paese d'Egitto. |
| 24 | Et il y eut de la grêle, et un feu continu au milieu de la grêle, qui était si prodigieuse, qu'il n'y en avait point eu de semblable dans tout le pays d'Égypte, depuis qu'il était devenu une nation. | So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as had not been in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation. | Così ci fu grandine e fuoco guizzante misto a grandine; e fu così forte, quale non ce n'era stata in tutto il paese d'Egitto, da quando era diventato nazione. |
| 25 | Et la grêle frappa dans tout le pays d'Égypte tout ce qui était aux champs, depuis les hommes jusqu'aux bêtes. La grêle frappa aussi toutes les herbes des champs et brisa tous les arbres des champs. | And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field, and brake every tree of the field. | E la grandine percosse in tutto il paese d'Egitto tutto quello che era nei campi, tanto uomini che animali; e la grandine percosse ogni sorta di vegetazione dei campi e fece a pezzi ogni albero della campagna. |
| 26 | Le pays de Gossen, où étaient les enfants d'Israël, fut le seul où il n'y eut point de grêle. | Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail. | Solamente nel paese di Goscen, dov'erano i figli d'Israele non cadde grandine. |
| 27 | Alors Pharaon envoya appeler Moïse et Aaron, et leur dit: J'ai péché cette fois; l'Éternel est le juste, et moi et mon peuple nous sommes les coupables. | And Pharaoh sent, and called for Moses and Aaron, and said unto them, I have sinned this time: Jehovah is righteous, and I and my people are wicked. | Allora il Faraone mandò a chiamare Mosè ed Aaronne e disse loro: Questa volta io ho peccato; l'Eterno è giusto, mentre io e il mio popolo siamo malvagi. |
| 28 | Intercédez auprès de l'Éternel; et qu'il n'y ait plus de tonnerres ni de grêle; et je vous laisserai aller, et vous ne resterez pas plus longtemps. | Entreat Jehovah; for there hath been enough of [these] mighty thunderings and hail; and I will let you go, and ye shall stay no longer. | Pregate l'Eterno perché cessino i tuoni di DIO e la grandine; io vi lascerò andare e non dovrete più rimanere. |
| 29 | Alors Moïse lui dit: Dès que je serai sorti de la ville, j'étendrai mes mains vers l'Éternel, les tonnerres cesseront, et il n'y aura plus de grêle, afin que tu saches que la terre est à l'Éternel. | And Moses said unto him, As soon as I am gone out of the city, I will spread abroad my hands unto Jehovah; the thunders shall cease, neither shall there be any more hail; that thou mayest know that the earth is Jehovah`s. | Mosè gli disse: Come sarò uscito dalla città, protenderò le mie mani all'Eterno; i tuoni cesseranno e non ci sarà più grandine, affinché tu sappia che la terra appartiene all'Eterno. |
| 30 | Mais, pour toi et tes serviteurs, je sais que vous ne craindrez pas encore l'Éternel Dieu. | But as for thee and thy servants, I know that ye will not yet fear Jehovah God. | Ma quanto a te e ai tuoi servi, io so che non temerete ancora l'Eterno DIO. |
| 31 | Or, le lin et l'orge furent frappés; car l'orge était en épis, et le lin en fleur. | And the flax and the barley were smitten: for the barley was in the ear, and the flax was in bloom. | Ora il lino e l'orzo furono colpiti, perché l'orzo era in spiga e il lino in fiore; |
| 32 | Mais le blé et l'épeautre ne furent point frappés, parce qu'ils sont tardifs. | But the wheat and the spelt were not smitten: for they were not grown up. | ma il grano e il farro non furono colpiti, perché sono tardivi. |
| 33 | Moïse quitta donc Pharaon, sortit de la ville, et étendit ses mains vers l'Éternel; et les tonnerres et la grêle cessèrent, et la pluie ne se répandit plus sur la terre. | And Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and spread abroad his hands unto Jehovah: and the thunders and hail ceased, and the rain was not poured upon the earth. | Mosè dunque, lasciato i Faraone, uscì dalla città e protese le mani all'Eterno; allora i tuoni e la grandine cessarono e non cadde più pioggia sulla terra. |
| 34 | Et Pharaon, voyant que la pluie, la grêle et les tonnerres avaient cessé, continua encore de pécher; et il appesantit son coeur, lui et ses serviteurs. | And when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunders were ceased, he sinned yet more, and hardened his heart, he and his servants. | Quando il Faraone vide che la pioggia, la grandine e i tuoni erano cessati, continuò a peccare e indurì il suo cuore, lui e i suoi servi. |
| 35 | Le coeur de Pharaon s'endurcit donc, et il ne laissa point aller les enfants d'Israël, comme l'Éternel l'avait dit par l'organe de Moïse. | And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the children of Israel go, as Jehovah had spoken by Moses. | Così il cuore del Faraone s'indurì ed egli non lasciò andare i figli d'Israele, come l'Eterno aveva detto per mezzo di Mosè. |
