| 1 | And thou shalt make the altar of acacia wood, five cubits long, and five cubits broad; the altar shall be foursquare: and the height thereof shall be three cubits. | Farai anche un altare di legno di acacia, lungo cinque cubiti e largo cinque cubiti; l'altare sarà quadrato e avrà tre cubiti di altezza. |
| 2 | And thou shalt make the horns of it upon the four corners thereof; the horns thereof shall be of one piece with it: and thou shalt overlay it with brass. | Farai ai suoi quattro angoli dei corni, che formeranno un tutt'uno con esso; e lo rivestirai di bronzo. |
| 3 | And thou shalt make its pots to take away its ashes, and its shovels, and its basins, and its flesh-hooks, and its firepans: all the vessels thereof thou shalt make of brass. | Farai pure i suoi vasi per raccogliere le ceneri, le sue palette, i suoi catini, i suoi forchettoni e i suoi bracieri; tutti i suoi utensili li farai di bronzo. |
| 4 | And thou shalt make for it a grating of network of brass: and upon the net shalt thou make four brazen rings in the four corners thereof. | Gli farai pure una griglia di bronzo in forma di rete e sulla rete, ai suoi quattro angoli, farai quattro anelli di bronzo; |
| 5 | And thou shalt put it under the ledge round the altar beneath, that the net may reach halfway up the altar. | e la porrai sotto la cornice dell'altare nella parte inferiore, in modo che la rete si trovi a metà dell'altezza dell'altare. |
| 6 | And thou shalt make staves for the altar, staves of acacia wood, and overlay them with brass. | Farai anche delle stanghe per l'altare, stanghe di legno di acacia, e le rivestirai di bronzo. |
| 7 | And the staves thereof shall be put into the rings, and the staves shall be upon the two sides of the altar, in bearing it. | Le stanghe si faranno passare per gli anelli; e le stanghe saranno ai due lati dell'altare, quando lo si dovrà portare. |
| 8 | Hollow with planks shalt thou make it: as it hath been showed thee in the mount, so shall they make it. | Lo farai di tavole e vuoto internamente; dovrà essere fatto, come ti è stato mostrato sul monte. |
| 9 | And thou shalt make the court of the tabernacle: for the south side southward there shall be hangings for the court of fine twined linen a hundred cubits long for one side: | Farai anche il cortile del tabernacolo; dal lato sud, il cortile avrà dei tendaggi di lino fino ritorto di cento cubiti di lunghezza per un lato, |
| 10 | and the pillars thereof shall be twenty, and their sockets twenty, of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets [shall be] of silver. | e venti colonne con le loro venti basi di bronzo; gli uncini delle colonne e le loro aste saranno d'argento. |
| 11 | And likewise for the north side in length there shall be hangings a hundred cubits long, and the pillars thereof twenty, and their sockets twenty, of brass; the hooks of the pillars, and their fillets, of silver. | Così pure per la lunghezza del lato nord, ci saranno dei tendaggi di cento cubiti di lunghezza, con venti colonne e le foro venti basi di bronzo; gli uncini delle colonne saranno d'argento. |
| 12 | And for the breadth of the court on the west side shall be hangings of fifty cubits; their pillars ten, and their sockets ten. | E per la larghezza del cortile sul lato ovest ci saranno cinquanta cubiti di tendaggi con le loro dieci colonne e le loro dieci basi. |
| 13 | And the breadth of the court on the east side eastward shall be fifty cubits. | La larghezza del cortile, sul lato est, sarà pure di cinquanta cubiti. |
| 14 | The hangings for the one side [of the gate] shall be fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three. | Da un lato della porta d'ingresso ci saranno quindici cubiti di tendaggi, con le loro tre colonne e le loro tre basi; |
| 15 | And for the other side shall be hangings of fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three. | e dall'altro lato ci saranno pure quindici cubiti di tendaggi con le loro tre colonne e le loro tre basi. |
| 16 | And for the gate of the court shall be a screen of twenty cubits, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, the work of the embroiderer; their pillars four, and their sockets four. | per la porta d'ingresso del cortile ci sarà una cortina di venti cubiti, di filo violaceo, porporino, scarlatto e di lino fino ritorto, il lavoro di un ricamatore, con le loro quattro colonne e le loro quattro basi. |
| 17 | All the pillars of the court round about shall be filleted with silver; their hooks of silver, and their sockets of brass. | Tutte le colonne intorno al cortile saranno congiunte con delle aste d'argento; i loro uncini saranno d'argento e le loro basi di bronzo. |
| 18 | The length of the court shall be a hundred cubits, and the breadth fifty every where, and the height five cubits, of fine twined linen, and their sockets of brass. | La lunghezza del cortile sarà di cento cubiti, la larghezza di cinquanta e l'altezza di cinque cubiti, con tendaggi di lino fino ritorto e con le basi di bronzo. |
| 19 | All the instruments of the tabernacle in all the service thereof, and all the pins thereof, and all the pins of the court, shall be of brass. | Tutti gli utensili destinati al servizio del tabernacolo, tutti i suoi piuoli e tutti i piuoli del cortile saranno di bronzo. |
| 20 | And thou shalt command the children of Israel, that they bring unto thee pure olive oil beaten for the light, to cause a lamp to burn continually. | Ordinerai ai figli d'Israele che ti portino dell'olio di oliva puro di olive schiacciate, per la luce del candelabro, per tenere le lampade continuamente accese. |
| 21 | In the tent of meeting, without the veil which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall keep it in order from evening to morning before Jehovah: it shall be a statue for ever throughout their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel. | Nella tenda di convegno, fuori del velo che sta davanti alla testimonianza, Aaronne e i suoi figli terranno le lampade accese, perché ardano dalla sera al mattino davanti all'Eterno. Questo sarà uno statuto perenne tra i figli d'Israele per tutte le future generazioni. |
