In like manner thou shalt deal with thy vineyard, [and] with thy oliveyard. | ma il settimo anno la lascerai riposare e rimarrà incolta, affinché ne godano i poveri del tuo popolo; e le bestie della campagna mangeranno quel che essi lasceranno. Lo stesso farai della tua vigna e dei tuoi ulivi. |
| 12 | Six days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day thou shalt rest; that thine ox and thine ass may have rest, and the son of thy handmaid, and the sojourner, may be refreshed. | Per sei giorni farai il tuo lavoro ma il settimo giorno ti riposerai, affinché il tuo bue e il tuo asino possano riposarsi, e il figlio della tua serva e il forestiero possano riprendere energia. |

| 15 | The feast of unleavened bread shalt thou keep: seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, as I commanded thee, at the time appointed in the month Abib (for in it thou camest out from Egypt); and none shall appear before me empty: | Osserverai la festa degli azzimi. Per sette giorni mangerai pane senza lievito. come ti ho ordinato al tempo stabilito nel mese di Abib, perché in quello tu uscisti dall'Egitto; e nessuno comparirà davanti a me a mani vuote. |
| 16 | and the feast of harvest, the first-fruits of thy labors, which thou sowest in the field: and the feast of ingathering, at the end of the year, when thou gatherest in thy labors out of the field. | Osserverai anche la festa della mietitura. delle primizie del tuo lavoro, di quello che hai seminato nei campi; e la festa della raccolta. alla fine dell'anno quando raccoglierai dai campi i frutti del tuo lavoro. |
| 17 | Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Lord Jehovah. | Tre volte all'anno tutti i tuoi maschi compariranno davanti al Signore, l'Eterno. |
| 18 | Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread; neither shall the fat of my feast remain all night until the morning. | Non offrirai il sangue della mia vittima col pane lievitato; e il grasso dei sacrifici della mia festa non rimarrà fino al mattino. |
| 19 | The first of the first-fruits of thy ground thou shalt bring into the house of Jehovah thy God. Thou shalt not boil a kid in it mother`s milk. | Porterai alla casa dell'Eterno, il tuo DIO, le primizie dei primi frutti della terra. Non cuocerai il capretto nel latte di sua madre. |

Non farai ciò che essi fanno; ma li distruggerai interamente e spezzerai le loro colonne. |
| 25 | And ye shall serve Jehovah your God, and he will bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. | Servite all'Eterno, il vostro DIO, ed egli benedirà il tuo pane e la tua acqua; ed io allontanerò la malattia di mezzo a te. |
| 26 | There shall none cast her young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil. | Nel tuo paese non ci sarà alcuna donna che abortisca, né alcuna donna sterile. Io farò completo il numero dei tuoi giorni. |
| 27 | I will send my terror before thee, and will discomfit all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee. | Io manderò davanti a te il mio terrore e metterò in rotta ogni popolo presso il quale arriverai, e farò voltare le spalle davanti a te a tutti i tuoi nemici. |
| 28 | And I will send the hornet before thee, which shall drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite, from before thee. | E manderò davanti a te i calabroni, che scacceranno gli Hivvei, i Cananei e gli Hittei davanti a te. |
| 29 | I will not drive them out from before thee in one year, lest the land become desolate, and the beasts of the field multiply against thee. | Non li scaccerò davanti a te in un anno, affinché il paese non diventi un deserto e le bestie dei campi non si moltiplichino contro di te. |
| 30 | By little and little I will drive them out from before thee, until thou be increased, and inherit the land. | Li scaccerò davanti a te a poco a poco, affinché tu cresca di numero e prenda possesso del paese. |
| 31 | And I will set thy border from the Red Sea even unto the sea of the Philistines, and from the wilderness unto the River: for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand: and thou shalt drive them out before thee. | E fisserò i tuoi confini dal Mar Rosso al mare dei Filistei e dal deserto fino al Fiume; poiché io darò nelle tue mani gli abitanti del paese e tu li scaccerai davanti a te |
| 32 | Thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor with their gods. | Non farai alleanza alcuna con loro, né coi loro dei. |
| 33 | They shall not dwell in thy land, lest they make thee sin against me; for if thou serve their gods, it will surely be a snare unto thee. | Essi non abiteranno nel tuo paese, perché non ti facciano peccare contro di me: tu serviresti ai loro dei e questo ti sarebbe un laccio. |
