| 6 | And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments. | Et faisant miséricorde en mille générations à ceux qui m'aiment, et qui gardent mes commandements. | e uso benignità a migliaia, a quelli che mi amano e osservano i miei comandamenti. |
| 7 | Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain. | Tu ne prendras point le Nom de l'Eternel ton Dieu en vain; car l'Eternel ne tiendra point pour innocent, celui qui aura pris son Nom en vain. | Non userai il nome dell'Eterno, il tuo DIO, invano, perché l'Eterno non lascerà impunito chi usa il suo nome invano. |
| 8 | Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. | Souviens-toi du jour du repos, pour le sanctifier. | Ricordati del giorno di sabato per santificarlo. |
| 9 | Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: | Tu travailleras six jours, et tu feras toute ton oeuvre; | Lavorerai sei giorni e in essi farai ogni tuo lavoro; |
| 10 | But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: | Mais le septième jour est le repos de l'Eternel ton Dieu. Tu ne feras aucune oeuvre en ce jour-là, ni toi, ni ton fils, ni ta fille, ni ton serviteur, ni ta servante, ni ton bétail, ni ton étranger qui est dans tes portes. | ma il settimo giorno è sabato, sacro all'Eterno, il tuo DIO; non farai in esso alcun lavoro, né tu, né tuo figlio, né tua figlia, né il tuo servo, né la tua serva, né il tuo bestiame, né il forestiero che è dentro alle tue porte; |

| 15 | Thou shalt not steal. | Tu ne déroberas point. | Non ruberai. |
| 16 | Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. | Tu ne diras point faux Témoignage contre ton prochain. | Non farai falsa testimonianza contro il tuo prossimo. |
| 17 | Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's. | Tu ne convoiteras point la maison de ton prochain; tu ne convoiteras point la femme de ton prochain, ni son serviteur, ni sa servante, ni son boeuf, ni son âne, ni aucune chose qui soit à ton prochain. | Non desidererai la casa del tuo prossimo; non desidererai la moglie del tuo prossimo, né il suo servo, né la sua serva, né il suo bue, né il suo asino, né cosa alcuna che sia del tuo prossimo. |
| 18 | And all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar off. | Or tout le peuple apercevait les tonnerres, les éclairs, le son du cor, et la montagne fumante; et le peuple voyant cela tremblait, et se tenait loin. | Ora tutto il popolo udiva i tuoni, il suono della tromba e vedeva i lampi è il monte fumante. | 19 | And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God speak with us, lest we die. | Et ils dirent à Moïse: parle, toi, avec nous, et nous écouterons; mais que Dieu ne parle point avec nous, de peur que nous ne mourions. | Perciò essi dissero a Mosè: Parla tu con noi e noi ti ascolteremo, ma non ci parli DIO perché non abbiamo a morire. |
| 20 | And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not. | Et Moïse dit au peuple: ne craignez point; car Dieu est venu pour vous éprouver, et afin que sa crainte soit devant vous, et que vous ne péchiez point. | Mosè disse al popolo: Non temete, perché DIO è venuto per provarvi, e affinché il timore di lui vi sia sempre davanti, e così non pecchiate. |
| 21 | And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was. | Le peuple donc se tint loin, mais Moïse s'approcha de l'obscurité dans laquelle Dieu était. | Il popolo si teneva dunque a distanza, ma Mosè si avvicinò alla densa oscurità dov'era DIO. |
| 22 | And the LORD said unto Moses, Thus thou shalt say unto the children of Israel, Ye have seen that I have talked with you from heaven. | Et l'Eternel dit à Moïse: tu diras ainsi aux enfants d'Israël: vous avez vu que je vous ai parlé des cieux: | Poi l'Eterno disse a Mosè: Dirai così ai figli d'Israele: "Voi stessi avete visto che ho parlato con voi dal cielo. |
| 23 | Ye shall not make with me gods of silver, neither shall ye make unto you gods of gold. | Vous ne vous ferez point avec moi de Dieux d'argent, ni de Dieux d'or. | Non farete altri dei accanto a me; non vi farete dei d'argento o dei d'oro. |
| 24 | An altar of earth thou shalt make unto me, and shalt sacrifice thereon thy burnt offerings, and thy peace offerings, thy sheep, and thine oxen: in all places where I record my name I will come unto thee, and I will bless thee. | Tu me feras un autel de terre, sur lequel tu sacrifieras tes holocaustes, et tes oblations de prospérités, ton menu et ton gros bétail; en quelque lieu que ce soit que je mettrai la mémoire de mon Nom, je viendrai là à toi, et je te bénirai. | Farai per me un altare di terra e su questo offrirai i tuoi olocausti, i tuoi sacrifici di ringraziamento, le tue pecore e i tuoi buoi; in ogni luogo in cui farò si che il mio nome sia ricordato, verrò a te e ti benedirò. |
| 25 | And if thou wilt make me an altar of stone, thou shalt not build it of hewn stone: for if thou lift up thy tool upon it, thou hast polluted it. | Que si tu me fais un autel de pierres, ne les taille point; car si tu fais passer le fer dessus, tu le souilleras. | E se farai per me un altare di pietra, non lo costruirai con pietre tagliate; perché alzando su di esse lo scalpello le contamineresti. |
| 26 | Neither shalt thou go up by steps unto mine altar, that thy nakedness be not discovered thereon. | Et tu ne monteras point à mon autel par des degrés, de peur que ta nudité ne soit découverte en y montant. | E non salirai al mio altare per mezzo di gradini, affinché su di esso non si scopra la tua nudità". |
