| 17 | Tu ne convoiteras point la maison de ton prochain ; tu ne convoiteras point la femme de ton prochain, ni son serviteur, ni sa servante, ni son boeuf, ni son âne, ni rien de ce qui appartient à ton prochain. | Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor`s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor`s wife, nor his man-servant, nor his maid-servant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is thy neighbor`s. | Non desidererai la casa del tuo prossimo; non desidererai la moglie del tuo prossimo, né il suo servo, né la sua serva, né il suo bue, né il suo asino, né cosa alcuna che sia del tuo prossimo. |

| 20 | Moïse répondit au peuple : "Ne vous effrayez pas, car c'est pour vous mettre à l'épreuve que Dieu est venu, et pour que sa crainte vous soit présente, afin que vous ne péchiez pas." | And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before you, that ye sin not. | Mosè disse al popolo: Non temete, perché DIO è venuto per provarvi, e affinché il timore di lui vi sia sempre davanti, e così non pecchiate. |
| 21 | Et le peuple resta à distance ; mais Moïse s'approcha de la nuée où était Dieu. | And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was. | Il popolo si teneva dunque a distanza, ma Mosè si avvicinò alla densa oscurità dov'era DIO. |
| 22 | Et Yahweh dit à Moïse : "Tu parleras ainsi aux enfants d'Israël : vous avez vu que je vous ai parlé du ciel. | And Jehovah said unto Moses, Thus thou shalt say unto the children of Israel, Ye yourselves have seen that I have talked with you from heaven. | Poi l'Eterno disse a Mosè: Dirai così ai figli d'Israele: "Voi stessi avete visto che ho parlato con voi dal cielo. |
| 23 | Vous ne ferez point à côté de moi des dieux d'argent et vous ne ferez point des dieux d'or. | Ye shall not make [other gods] with me; gods of silver, or gods of gold, ye shall not make unto you. | Non farete altri dei accanto a me; non vi farete dei d'argento o dei d'oro. |
| 24 | Tu m'élèveras un autel de terre, sur lequel tu offriras tes holocaustes et tes sacrifices pacifiques, tes brebis et tes boeufs. Dans tous les lieux où j'aurai fait souvenir de mon nom, je viendrai vers toi, et je te bénirai. | An altar of earth thou shalt make unto me, and shalt sacrifice thereon thy burnt-offerings, and thy peace-offerings, thy sheep, and thine oxen: in every place where I record my name I will come unto thee and I will bless thee. | Farai per me un altare di terra e su questo offrirai i tuoi olocausti, i tuoi sacrifici di ringraziamento, le tue pecore e i tuoi buoi; in ogni luogo in cui farò si che il mio nome sia ricordato, verrò a te e ti benedirò. |
| 25 | Si tu m'élèves un autel de pierre, tu ne le construiras point en pierres taillées, car, en levant ton ciseau sur la pierre, tu la rendrais profane. | And if thou make me an altar of stone, thou shalt not build it of hewn stones; for if thou lift up thy tool upon it, thou hast polluted it. | E se farai per me un altare di pietra, non lo costruirai con pietre tagliate; perché alzando su di esse lo scalpello le contamineresti. |
| 26 | Tu ne monteras point par des degrés à mon autel, afin que ta nudité n'y soit pas découverte. | Neither shalt thou go up by steps unto mine altar, that thy nakedness be not uncovered thereon. | E non salirai al mio altare per mezzo di gradini, affinché su di esso non si scopra la tua nudità". |
