The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come. The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart; and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil [to come].Il giusto muore ma nessuno vi bada; gli uomini pii sono portati via, e nessuno considera che il giusto è portato via davanti al male.
He shall enter into peace: they shall rest in their beds, each one walking in his uprightness. He entereth into peace; they rest in their beds, each one that walketh in his uprightness.
Mais vous, approchez ici, fils de l'enchanteresse, Race de l'adultère et de la prostituée !But draw near hither, ye sons of the sorceress, the seed of the adulterer and the whore. But draw near hither, ye sons of the sorceress, the seed of the adulterer and the harlot.
N'êtes-vous pas des enfants de péché, Une race de mensonge,Against whom do ye sport yourselves? against whom make ye a wide mouth, and draw out the tongue? are ye not children of transgression, a seed of falsehood.Against whom do ye sport yourselves? against whom make ye a wide mouth, and put out the tongue? are ye not children of transgression, a seed of falsehood,Di chi vi burlate?
S'échauffant près des térébinthes, sous tout arbre vert, Égorgeant les enfants dans les vallées, Sous des fentes de rochers ?Enflaming yourselves with idols under every green tree, slaying the children in the valleys under the clifts of the rocks?ye that inflame yourselves among the oaks, under every green tree; that slay the children in the valleys, under the clefts of the rocks?voi, che vi infiammate fra le querce sotto ogni albero verdeggiante, che scannate i figli nelle valli, nelle fessure delle rocce?
Among the smooth stones of the stream is thy portion; they, they are thy lot: even to them hast thou poured a drink offering, thou hast offered a meat offering. Should I receive comfort in these?Among the smooth [stones] of the valley is thy portion; they, they are thy lot; even to them hast thou poured a drink-offering, thou hast offered an oblation. Shall I be appeased for these things? Potrei io trovare conforto in queste cose?
Upon a lofty and high mountain hast thou set thy bed: even thither wentest thou up to offer sacrifice.Upon a high and lofty mountain hast thou set thy bed; thither also wentest thou up to offer sacrifice.
Behind the doors also and the posts hast thou set up thy remembrance: for thou hast discovered thyself to another than me, and art gone up; thou hast enlarged thy bed, and made thee a covenant with them; thou lovedst their bed where thou sawest it.And behind the doors and the posts hast thou set up thy memorial: for thou hast uncovered [thyself] to another than me, and art gone up; thou hast enlarged thy bed, and made thee a covenant with them: thou lovedst their bed where thou sawest it.Hai posto i tuoi simboli idolatri dietro le porte e dietro gli stipiti.
And thou wentest to the king with ointment, and didst increase thy perfumes, and didst send thy messengers far off, and didst debase thyself even unto hell. And thou wentest to the king with oil, and didst increase thy perfumes, and didst send thine ambassadors far off, and didst debase thyself even unto Sheol.
Thou art wearied in the greatness of thy way; yet saidst thou not, There is no hope: thou hast found the life of thine hand; therefore thou wast not grieved.Thou wast wearied with the length of thy way; yet saidst thou not, It is in vain: thou didst find a quickening of thy strength; therefore thou wast not faint.
And of whom hast thou been afraid or feared, that thou hast lied, and hast not remembered me, nor laid it to thy heart? have not I held my peace even of old, and thou fearest me not?And of whom hast thou been afraid and in fear, that thou liest, and hast not remembered me, nor laid it to thy heart? have not I held my peace even of long time, and thou fearest me not?
Je vais publier ta droiture, Et tes oeuvres ne te profiteront pas.I will declare thy righteousness, and thy works; for they shall not profit thee.I will declare thy righteousness; and as for thy works, they shall not profit thee.
When thou criest, let thy companies deliver thee; but the wind shall carry them all away; vanity shall take them: but he that putteth his trust in me shall possess the land, and shall inherit my holy mountain; When thou criest, let them that thou hast gathered deliver thee; but the wind shall take them, a breath shall carry them all away: but he that taketh refuge in me shall possess the land, and shall inherit my holy mountain.
On dira : Frayez, frayez, préparez le chemin, Enlevez tout obstacle du chemin de mon peuple !And shall say, Cast ye up, cast ye up, prepare the way, take up the stumblingblock out of the way of my people. And he will say, Cast ye up, cast ye up, prepare the way, take up the stumbling-block out of the way of my people.E si dirà: Appianate, appianate, preparate la via, rimuovete gli ostacoli dalla via del mio popolo!.
For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones. For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite.
For I will not contend for ever, neither will I be always wroth: for the spirit should fail before me, and the souls which I have made. For I will not contend for ever, neither will I be always wroth; for the spirit would faint before me, and the souls that I have made.
For the iniquity of his covetousness was I wroth, and smote him: I hid me, and was wroth, and he went on frowardly in the way of his heart. For the iniquity of his covetousness was I wroth, and smote him; I hid [my face] and was wroth; and he went on backsliding in the way of his heart.
I have seen his ways, and will heal him: I will lead him also, and restore comforts unto him and to his mourners.I have seen his ways, and will heal him: I will lead him also, and restore comforts unto him and to his mourners.
Je les guérirai.I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the LORD; and I will heal him.I create the fruit of the lips: Peace, peace, to him that is far off and to him that is near, saith Jehovah; and I will heal him.Io creo il frutto delle labbra. Pace, pace a chi è lontano e a chi è vicino, dice l'Eterno.
But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt. But the wicked are like the troubled sea; for it cannot rest, and its waters cast up mire and dirt.
There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked. There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.Non c'è pace per gli empi, dice il mio DIO.
