| 1 | Now will I sing to my wellbeloved a song of my beloved touching his vineyard. | 2 | And he fenced it, and gathered out the stones thereof, and planted it with the choicest vine, and built a tower in the midst of it, and also made a winepress therein: and he looked that it should bring forth grapes, and it brought forth wild grapes. | Et il l'environna d'une haie, et en ôta les pierres, et la planta de ceps exquis; il bâtit aussi une tour au milieu d'elle, et y tailla une cuve; or il s'attendait qu'elle produirait des raisins, mais elle a produit des grappes sauvages. | La circondò con una siepe, ne tolse via le pietre, vi piantò viti di ottima qualità, vi costruì in mezzo una torre e vi scavò un torchio. | 3 | And now, O inhabitants of Jerusalem, and men of Judah, judge, I pray you, betwixt me and my vineyard. | Maintenant donc vous habitants de Jérusalem, et vous hommes de Juda, jugez, je vous prie, entre moi et ma vigne. | Or dunque, o abitanti di Gerusalemme e uomini di Giuda, giudicate fra me e la mia vigna. |

| 5 | And now go to; I will tell you what I will do to my vineyard: I will take away the hedge thereof, and it shall be eaten up; and break down the wall thereof, and it shall be trodden down: | Maintenant donc que je vous fasse entendre, je vous prie, ce que je m'en vais faire à ma vigne: J'ôterai sa haie, et elle sera broutée; je romprai sa cloison, et elle sera foulée. | Ma ora vi farò sapere ciò che sto per fare alla mia vigna: rimuoverò la sua siepe e sarà interamente divorata, abbatterò il suo muro e sarà calpestata. |

| 7 | For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah his pleasant plant: and he looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry. | Or la maison d'Israël est la vigne de l'Eternel des armées, et les hommes de Juda sont la plante en laquelle il prenait plaisir; il en a attendu la droiture, et voici le saccagement; la justice, et voici la clameur. | Or la vigna dell'Eterno degli eserciti è la casa d'Israele, e gli uomini di Giuda sono la piantagione della sua delizia. | 8 | Woe unto them that join house to house, that lay field to field, till there be no place, that they may be placed alone in the midst of the earth! | Malheur à ceux qui joignent maison à maison, et qui approchent un champ de l'autre, jusques à ce qu'il n'y ait plus d'espace, et que vous vous rendiez seuls habitants du pays. | Guai a quelli che aggiungono casa a casa, che uniscono campo a campo, finché non vi sia più spazio, e così rimaniate soli ad abitare in mezzo al paese. |

| 10 | Yea, ten acres of vineyard shall yield one bath, and the seed of an homer shall yield an ephah. | Même dix journaux de vigne ne feront qu'un Bath, et la semence d'un Homer ne fera qu'un Epha. | Poiché dieci iugeri di vigna produrranno solo un bato, e un homer di seme produrrà solo un'efa. |
| 11 | Woe unto them that rise up early in the morning, that they may follow strong drink; that continue until night, till wine inflame them! | Malheur à ceux qui se lèvent de bon matin, qui recherchent la cervoise, qui demeurent jusqu'au soir, et jusqu'à ce que le vin les échauffe. | Guai a quelli che si alzano al mattino presto per correre dietro a bevande inebrianti e si attardano fino a sera finché il vino li infiammi! |
| 12 | And the harp, and the viol, the tabret, and pipe, and wine, are in their feasts: but they regard not the work of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hands. | La harpe, la musette, le tambour, la flûte, et le vin sont dans leurs festins; et ils ne regardent point l'oeuvre de l'Eternel, et ne voient point l'ouvrage de ses mains. | Nei loro banchetti vi è la cetra, l'arpa, il tamburello, il flauto e il vino, ma non prestano attenzione all'opera dell'Eterno e non considerano ciò che ha fatto con le sue mani. |
| 13 | Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst. | Mon peuple est emmené captif, parce qu'il n'a point eu de connaissance; et les plus honorables d'entr'eux sont des pauvres, morts de faim, et leur multitude est asséchée de soif. | Perciò il mio popolo va in cattività per mancanza di conoscenza, la sua nobiltà muore di fame e la sua folla sarà arsa dalla sete. |
| 14 | Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it. | C'est pourquoi le sépulcre s'est élargi, et a ouvert sa gueule sans mesure; et sa magnificence y descendra, sa multitude, sa pompe, et ceux qui s'y réjouissent. | Perciò lo Sceol, ha dilatato le sue fauci e ha aperto in modo smisurato la sua bocca, e in esso scenderanno la sua gloria, la sua folla, il suo frastuono e chi in essa festeggia. |
| 15 | And the mean man shall be brought down, and the mighty man shall be humbled, and the eyes of the lofty shall be humbled: | Ceux du commun seront humiliés, et les personnes de qualité seront abaissées, et les yeux des hautains seront abaissés. | L'uomo comune sarà umiliato, l'uomo importante sarà abbassato e gli occhi dei superbi saranno umiliati. |
| 16 | But the LORD of hosts shall be exalted in judgment, and God that is holy shall be sanctified in righteousness. | Et l'Eternel des armées sera haut élevé en jugement, et le Dieu Fort, le Saint sera sanctifié dans la justice. | Ma l'Eterno degli eserciti sarà esaltato nel giudizio, e il Dio santo si mostrerà santo nella giustizia. |

| 19 | That say, Let him make speed, and hasten his work, that we may see it: and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know it! | Qui disent: qu'il se hâte, et qu'il fasse venir son oeuvre bientôt, afin que nous le voyions; et que le conseil du Saint d'Israël s'avance, et qu'il vienne; et nous saurons ce que c'est. | e dicono: Faccia presto, realizzi l'opera sua, affinché la possiamo vedere. Si avvicini e si compia il disegno del Santo d'Israele, affinché lo possiamo conoscere. |
| 20 | Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! | Malheur à ceux qui appellent le mal, bien, et le bien, mal; qui font les ténèbres, lumière, et la lumière, ténèbres; qui font l'amer, doux, et le doux, amer. | Guai a quelli che chiamano bene il male, e male il bene che cambiano le tenebre in luce e la luce in tenebre, che cambiano l'amaro in dolce e il dolce in amaro! |

| 23 | Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him! | Qui justifient le méchant pour des présents, et qui ôtent à chacun des justes sa justice. | che assolvono il malvagio per un regalo e privano il giusto del suo diritto!. |
| 24 | Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel. | C'est pourquoi comme le flambeau de feu consume le chaume, et la flamme consume la balle, ils seront ainsi consumés; leur racine sera comme la pourriture, et leur fleur sera détruite comme la poussière, parce qu'ils ont rebuté la Loi de l'Eternel des armées, et rejeté par mépris la parole du Saint d'Israël. | Perciò, come una lingua di fuoco divora la stoppia e la fiamma consuma la paglia, così la loro radice sarà come marciume e il loro fiore sarà portato via come polvere, perché hanno rigettato la legge dell'Eterno degli eserciti e hanno disprezzato la parola del Santo d'Israele. |
| 25 | Therefore is the anger of the LORD kindled against his people, and he hath stretched forth his hand against them, and hath smitten them: and the hills did tremble, and their carcases were torn in the midst of the streets. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still. | C'est pourquoi la colère de l'Eternel s'est embrasée contre son peuple, et il a étendu sa main sur lui, et l'a frappé; et les montagnes en ont croulé, et leurs corps morts ont été mis en pièces au milieu des rues. Malgré tout cela il n'a point fait cesser sa colère, mais sa main est encore étendue. | Per questo l'ira dell'Eterno si è accesa contro il suo popolo; egli ha steso la sua mano contro di lui e lo ha colpito così i monti hanno tremato e i loro cadaveri giacciono come spazzatura in mezzo alle strade; malgrado ciò la sua ira non si è placata e la sua mano rimane distesa. |
| 26 | And he will lift up an ensign to the nations from far, and will hiss unto them from the end of the earth: and, behold, they shall come with speed swiftly: | Et il élèvera l'enseigne vers les nations éloignées, et sifflera à chacune d'elles depuis les bouts de la terre; et voici chacune viendra promptement et légèrement. | Egli alzerà una bandiera per le nazioni lontane e fischierà loro dalle estremità della terra, ed ecco, esse verranno velocemente e prontamente. |
| 27 | None shall be weary nor stumble among them; none shall slumber nor sleep; neither shall the girdle of their loins be loosed, nor the latchet of their shoes be broken: | Il n'y aura pas un d'eux qui soit las, ni qui bronche, ni qui sommeille, ni qui dorme, et la ceinture de leurs reins ne sera point déliée, et la courroie de leur soulier ne sera point rompue. | Nessuno fra esse sarà stanco o vacillerà, nessuno sonnecchierà o dormirà, la cintura dei loro lombi, non si scioglierà, né si romperà il legaccio dei loro calzari. |
| 28 | Whose arrows are sharp, and all their bows bent, their horses' hoofs shall be counted like flint, and their wheels like a whirlwind: | Leurs flèches seront aiguës, et tous leurs arcs tendus; les cornes des pieds de leurs chevaux seront tout comme autant de cailloux, et les roues de leurs chariots comme un tourbillon. | Le loro frecce sono acuminate e tutti i loro archi sono tesi; gli zoccoli dei loro cavalli sembreranno pietre e le ruote dei loro carri un turbine. |
| 29 | Their roaring shall be like a lion, they shall roar like young lions: yea, they shall roar, and lay hold of the prey, and shall carry it away safe, and none shall deliver it. | Leur rugissement sera comme celui du vieux lion, ils rugiront comme des lionceaux; ils bruiront, et raviront la proie; ils l'emporteront, et il n'y aura personne qui la leur ôte. | Il loro ruggito sarà come quello di un leone, ruggiranno come leoncelli; sì, ruggiranno, afferreranno la preda e la porteranno via al sicuro e nessuno gliela strapperà. |
| 30 | And in that day they shall roar against them like the roaring of the sea: and if one look unto the land, behold darkness and sorrow, and the light is darkened in the heavens thereof. | En ce temps-là on mènera un bruit sur lui, semblable au bruit de la mer, et il regardera vers la terre, mais voici il y aura des ténèbres, et la calamité viendra avec la lumière; il y aura des ténèbres au ciel sur elle. | In quel giorno ruggiranno contro Giuda, come rugge il mare; a guardare il paese, ecco tenebre e angoscia, e la luce sarà oscurata dalle nuvole. |
