| 9 | By this therefore shall the iniquity of Jacob be purged; and this is all the fruit to take away his sin; when he maketh all the stones of the altar as chalkstones that are beaten in sunder, the groves and images shall not stand up. | Ainsi donc sera expiée l'iniquité de Jacob, et voici tout le fruit du pardon de son péché : Quand il aura mis les pierres des autels en poudre, comme des pierres à chaux, les aschérahs et les images du Soleil ne se relèveront plus. |

Car ce n'est pas un peuple sage ; c'est pourquoi celui qui l'a fait n'en aura point pitié, et celui qui l'a formé ne lui fera pas grâce. |
| 12 | And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall beat off from the channel of the river unto the stream of Egypt, and ye shall be gathered one by one, O ye children of Israel. | Et il arrivera en ce jour-là, que Yahweh secouera le blé depuis le cours du Fleuve jusqu'au torrent d'Egypte, et vous serez recueillis un à un, enfants d'Israël. |
| 13 | And it shall come to pass in that day, that the great trumpet shall be blown, and they shall come which were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and the outcasts in the land of Egypt, and shall worship the LORD in the holy mount at Jerusalem. | Et il arrivera, en ce jour-là, que sonnera la grande trompette, et ceux qui étaient perdus au pays d'Assur, et ceux qui étaient bannis au pays d'Égypte, reviendront et se prosterneront devant Yahweh, sur la sainte montagne, à Jérusalem. |
