| 4 | Car ainsi m'a dit l'Éternel: Je resterai tranquille, et je regarderai de ma demeure, comme une chaleur sereine sur la verdure, comme une nuée de rosée dans la chaleur de la moisson. | For thus hath Jehovah said unto me, I will be still, and I will behold in my dwelling-place, like clear heat in sunshine, like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest. |
| 5 | Car avant la moisson, lorsque la floraison est finie et que la fleur devient un raisin vert qui mûrit, il coupera les pousses avec des serpes, et il ôtera et retranchera les sarments. | For before the harvest, when the blossom is over, and the flower becometh a ripening grape, he will cut off the sprigs with pruning-hooks, and the spreading branches will he take away [and] cut down. |
