La colère de l'Éternel, ton Dieu, s'enflammerait contre toi, et il t'exterminerait de dessus la terre. | for Jehovah thy God in the midst of thee is a jealous God; lest the anger of Jehovah thy God be kindled against thee, and he destroy thee from off the face of the earth. | (perché l'Eterno, il tuo DIO, che sta in mezzo a te, è un Dio geloso); altrimenti l'ira dell'Eterno, del tuo DIO, si accenderebbe contro di te e ti farebbe scomparire dalla faccia della terra. |

| 17 | Mais vous observerez les commandements de l'Éternel, votre Dieu, ses ordonnances et ses lois qu'il vous a prescrites. | Ye shall diligently keep the commandments of Jehovah your God, and his testimonies, and his statutes, which he hath commanded thee. | Osserverete diligentemente i comandamenti dell'Eterno, il vostro DIO, i suoi precetti e i suoi statuti che egli vi ha ordinato. |
| 18 | Tu feras ce qui est droit et ce qui est bien aux yeux de l'Éternel, afin que tu sois heureux, et que tu entres en possession du bon pays que l'Éternel a juré à tes pères de te donner, | And thou shalt do that which is right and good in the sight of Jehovah; that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest go in and possess the good land which Jehovah sware unto thy fathers, | perciò farai ciò che è giusto e buono agli occhi dell'Eterno, affinché tu prosperi ed entri ad occupare il buon paese che l'Eterno giurò di dare ai tuoi padri, |

| 20 | Lorsque ton fils te demandera un jour : Que signifient ces préceptes, ces lois et ces ordonnances, que l'Éternel, notre Dieu, vous a prescrits ? | When thy son asketh thee in time to come, saying, What mean the testimonies, and the statutes, and the ordinances, which Jehovah our God hath commanded you? | Quando in avvenire tuo figlio ti domanderà: "Che significano questi precetti, statuti e decreti, che l'Eterno, il nostro DIO, vi ha comandato?", |
| 21 | tu diras à ton fils : Nous étions esclaves de Pharaon en Égypte, et l'Éternel nous a fait sortir de l'Égypte par sa main puissante. | then thou shalt say unto thy son, We were Pharaoh`s bondmen in Egypt: and Jehovah brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand; | tu risponderai a tuo figlio: "Eravamo schiavi del Faraone in Egitto e l'Eterno ci fece uscire dall'Egitto con mano potente. |
| 22 | L'Éternel a opéré, sous nos yeux, des miracles et des prodiges, grands et désastreux, contre l'Égypte, contre Pharaon et contre toute sa maison ; | and Jehovah showed signs and wonders, great and sore, upon Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his house, before our eyes; | Inoltre l'Eterno operò sotto i nostri occhi segni e prodigi grandi e tremendi contro l'Egitto, contro il Faraone e contro tutta la sua casa. |

| 24 | L'Éternel nous a commandé de mettre en pratique toutes ces lois, et de craindre l'Éternel, notre Dieu, afin que nous fussions toujours heureux, et qu'il nous conservât la vie, comme il le fait aujourd'hui. | And Jehovah commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear Jehovah our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as at this day. | Così l'Eterno ci comandò di mettere in pratica tutti questi statuti, temendo l'Eterno, il nostro DIO, per avere sempre prosperità perché egli ci conservasse in vita, come è oggi. |
| 25 | Nous aurons la justice en partage, si nous mettons soigneusement en pratique tous ces commandements devant l'Éternel, notre Dieu, comme il nous l'a ordonné. | And it shall be righteousness unto us, if we observe to do all this commandment before Jehovah our God, as he hath commanded us. | E questa sarà la nostra giustizia, se abbiamo cura di mettere in pratica tutti questi comandamenti davanti all'Eterno, il nostro DIO, come egli ci ha ordinato". |
