| 2 | Et que tu te convertiras à l'Éternel ton Dieu, et que tu obéiras à sa voix, de tout ton cœur et de toute ton âme, toi et tes enfants, selon tout ce que je te commande aujourd'hui; | and shalt return unto Jehovah thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thy heart, and with all thy soul; | e ritornerai all'Eterno, il tuo DIO, e ubbidirai alla sua voce, tu e i tuoi figli, con tutto il tuo cuore e con tutta la tua anima, secondo tutto ciò che oggi ti comando, |
| 3 | Alors l'Éternel ton Dieu ramènera tes captifs et aura compassion de toi, et il te rassemblera de nouveau d'entre tous les peuples parmi lesquels l'Éternel ton Dieu t'aura dispersé. | that then Jehovah thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the peoples, whither Jehovah thy God hath scattered thee. | l'Eterno, il tuo DIO, ti farà ritornare dalla schiavitù, avrà pietà di te e ti raccoglierà di nuovo fra tutti i popoli, fra i quali l'Eterno, il tuo DIO, ti aveva disperso. |
| 4 | Quand tes dispersés seraient au bout des cieux, de là l'Éternel ton Dieu te rassemblera, et de là il te retirera. | If [any of] thine outcasts be in the uttermost parts of heaven, from thence will Jehovah thy God gather thee, and from thence will he fetch thee: | Anche se fossi stato scacciato all'estremità del cielo, l'Eterno, il tuo DIO, ti raccoglierà di là e di là ti prenderà. |
| 5 | Et l'Éternel ton Dieu te ramènera au pays que possédèrent tes pères, et tu le posséderas; il te fera du bien, et te multipliera plus que tes pères. | and Jehovah thy God will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers. | L'Eterno, il tuo DIO, ti ricondurrà nel paese che i tuoi padri possedettero e tu lo possederai; ed egli ti farà del bene e ti moltiplicherà più dei tuoi padri. |
| 6 | Et l'Éternel ton Dieu circoncira ton cœur, et le cœur de ta postérité, pour que tu aimes l'Éternel ton Dieu de tout ton cœur et de toute ton âme, afin que tu vives. | And Jehovah thy God will circumcise thy heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love Jehovah thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live. | L'Eterno, il tuo DIO, circonciderà il tuo cuore e il cuore dei tuoi discendenti, affinché tu ami l'Eterno, il tuo DIO, con tutto il tuo cuore e con tutta la tua anima, e così tu viva. |
| 7 | Et l'Éternel ton Dieu mettra toutes ces imprécations sur tes ennemis, et sur ceux qui te haïssent et qui t'auront persécuté. | And Jehovah thy God will put all these curses upon thine enemies, and on them that hate thee, that persecuted thee. | E l'Eterno, il tuo DIO, farà cadere tutte queste maledizioni sui tuoi nemici e su tutti quelli che ti odiano e ti hanno perseguitato. |
| 8 | Mais toi, tu te convertiras, et tu obéiras à la voix de l'Éternel, et tu pratiqueras tous ses commandements que je te prescris aujourd'hui. | And thou shalt return and obey the voice of Jehovah, and do all his commandments which I command thee this day. | Tu invece ritornerai e ubbidirai alla voce dell'Eterno e metterai in pratica tutti questi comandamenti che oggi ti prescrivo. |
| 9 | Et l'Éternel ton Dieu te fera abonder en biens dans toutes les oeuvres de ta main, dans le fruit de tes entrailles, dans le fruit de ton bétail et dans le fruit de ton sol; car l'Éternel prendra de nouveau plaisir à te faire du bien, comme il y a pris plaisir pour tes pères, | And Jehovah thy God will make thee plenteous in all the work of thy hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, for good: for Jehovah will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers; | L'Eterno, il tuo DIO, ti farà prosperare grandemente in tutta l'opera delle tue mani, nel frutto del tuo grembo, nel frutto del tuo bestiame e nel frutto del tuo suolo; poiché l'Eterno si compiacerà di nuovo nel farti del bene, come si compiacque nel farlo ai tuoi padri, |
| 10 | Quand tu obéiras à la voix de l'Éternel ton Dieu, pour garder ses commandements et ses statuts écrits dans ce livre de la loi; quand tu te convertiras à l'Éternel ton Dieu de tout ton cœur et de toute ton âme. | if thou shalt obey the voice of Jehovah thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law; if thou turn unto Jehovah thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul. | perché ubbidirai alla voce dell'Eterno, il tuo DIO, osservando i suoi comandamenti e i suoi statuti scritti in questo libro della legge, perché sarai ritornato all'Eterno, il tuo DIO, con tutto il tuo cuore e con tutta la tua anima. |
| 11 | Car ce commandement que je te prescris aujourd'hui n'est point trop élevé au-dessus de toi, et n'est pas éloigné. | For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not too hard for thee, neither is it far off. | Questo comandamento che oggi ti prescrivo non è troppo difficile per te, né troppo lontano da te. |
| 12 | Il n'est pas dans les cieux, pour qu'on dise: Qui montera pour nous aux cieux, et nous l'apportera, et nous le fera entendre, pour que nous le pratiquions? | It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, and make us to hear it, that we may do it? | Non è in cielo, perché tu dica: "Chi salirà per noi in cielo per portarcelo e farcelo ascoltare, perché lo mettiamo in pratica?". |
| 13 | Il n'est point non plus au delà de la mer, pour qu'on dise: Qui passera pour nous au delà de la mer, et nous l'apportera, et nous le fera entendre, pour que nous le pratiquions? | Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, and make us to hear it, that we may do it? | non è di là dal mare, perché tu dica: "Chi passerà per noi di là dal mare per portarcelo e farcelo ascoltare, perché lo mettiamo in pratica?". |
| 14 | Car cette parole est fort près de toi, dans ta bouche et dans ton cœur, afin que tu l'accomplisses. | But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it. | Ma la parola è molto vicina a te; è nella tua bocca e nel tuo cuore, perché tu la metta in pratica. |
| 15 | Regarde, j'ai mis aujourd'hui devant toi la vie et le bien, la mort et le mal. | See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; | Vedi, io pongo oggi davanti a te la vita e il bene, la morte e il male; |
| 16 | Car je te commande aujourd'hui d'aimer l'Éternel ton Dieu, de marcher dans ses voies, et d'observer ses commandements, ses statuts et ses ordonnances, afin que tu vives, et que tu multiplies, et que l'Éternel ton Dieu te bénisse, au pays où tu vas pour le posséder. | in that I command thee this day to love Jehovah thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his ordinances, that thou mayest live and multiply, and that Jehovah thy God may bless thee in the land whither thou goest in to possess it. | perciò oggi io ti comando di amare l'Eterno, il tuo DIO, di camminare nelle sue vie, di osservare i suoi comandamenti, i suoi statuti e i suoi decreti, affinché tu viva e ti moltiplichi; e l'Eterno, il tuo DIO, ti benedirà nel paese che stai per andare ad occupare. |
| 17 | Mais si ton cœur se détourne, et que tu n'obéisses pas, et que tu te laisses aller à te prosterner devant d'autres dieux et à les servir, | But if thy heart turn away, and thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them; | Ma se il tuo cuore si volge altrove, e se tu non ubbidisci e ti lasci trascinare a prostrarti davanti ad altri dèi e a servirli, |
| 18 | Je vous déclare aujourd'hui que vous périrez certainement; vous ne prolongerez point vos jours sur la terre où tu vas entrer en passant le Jourdain, pour la posséder. | I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish; ye shall not prolong your days in the land, whither thou passest over the Jordan to go in to possess it. | io vi dichiaro oggi che certamente perirete, che non prolungherete i vostri giorni nel paese, che state per entrare ad occupare, attraversando il Giordano. |
| 19 | Je prends aujourd'hui les cieux et la terre à témoin contre vous, que j'ai mis devant toi la vie et la mort, la bénédiction et la malédiction. Choisis donc la vie, afin que tu vives, toi et ta postérité, | I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that I have set before thee life and death, the blessing and the curse: therefore choose life, that thou mayest live, thou and thy seed; | Io prendo oggi a testimoni contro di voi il cielo e la terra, che io ti ho posto davanti la vita e la morte, la benedizione e la maledizione; scegli dunque la vita, perché possa vivere, tu e i tuoi discendenti, |
| 20 | En aimant l'Éternel ton Dieu, en obéissant à sa voix, et en demeurant attaché à lui; car c'est lui qui est ta vie et la longueur de tes jours; en sorte que tu habites sur le sol que l'Éternel a juré de donner à tes pères, Abraham, Isaac et Jacob. | to love Jehovah thy God, to obey his voice, and to cleave unto him; for he is thy life, and the length of thy days; that thou mayest dwell in the land which Jehovah sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them. | e possa amare l'Eterno, il tuo DIO, ubbidire alla sua voce e tenerti stretto a lui, poiché egli è la tua vita e la lunghezza dei tuoi giorni, affinché tu possa abitare nel paese che l'Eterno giurò di dare ai tuoi padri, ad Abrahamo, Isacco e Giacobbe. |
