| 14 | Quand tu seras entré dans le pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne, et que tu le possèderas et y habiteras, et que tu diras: J'établirai un roi sur moi, comme toutes les nations qui sont autour de moi: | When thou art come unto the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee, and shalt possess it, and shalt dwell therein, and shalt say, I will set a king over me, like all the nations that are round about me; | Quando entrerai nel paese che l'Eterno, il tuo DIO, ti dà e ne prenderai possesso e l'abiterai, se dici: "Voglio costituire sopra di me un re come tutte le nazioni che mi circondano". |

| 20 | en sorte que son coeur ne s'élève pas au-dessus de ses frères, et qu'il ne s'écarte pas du commandement, ni à droite ni à gauche; afin qu'il prolonge ses jours dans son royaume, lui et ses fils, au milieu d'Israël. | that his heart be not lifted up above his brethren, and that he turn not aside from the commandment, to the right hand, or to the left: to the end that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he and his children, in the midst of Israel. | perché il suo cuore non si innalzi sopra i suoi fratelli ed egli non devii da questo comandamento né a destra né a sinistra, e prolunghi così i suoi giorni nel suo regno, lui e i suoi figli, in mezzo a Israele. |
