| 3 | Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul. | Tu n'écouteras point les paroles de ce prophète, ni de ce songeur de songes, car l'Eternel votre Dieu vous éprouve, pour savoir si vous aimez l'Eternel votre Dieu de tout votre coeur et de toute votre âme. | tu non darai ascolto alle parole di quel profeta o di quel sognatore di sogni, perché l'Eterno, il vostro DIO, vi mette alla prova per sapere se amate l'Eterno, il vostro DIO, con tutto il vostro cuore e con tutta la vostra anima. |
| 4 | Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him. | Vous marcherez après l'Eternel votre Dieu, vous le craindrez, vous garderez ses commandements, vous obéirez à sa voix, vous le servirez, et vous vous attacherez à lui. | Seguirete l'Eterno, il vostro DIO, lui temerete, osserverete i suoi comandamenti, ubbidirete alla sua voce, lo servirete e rimarrete stretti a lui. |
| 5 | And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken to turn you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee. | Mais on fera mourir ce prophète-là ou ce songeur de songes; parce qu'il a parlé de révolte contre l'Eternel votre Dieu, qui vous a tirés hors du pays d'Egypte, et vous a rachetés de la maison de servitude, pour vous faire sortir de la voie que l'Eternel votre Dieu vous a prescrite, afin que vous y marchiez; ainsi tu extermineras le méchant du milieu de toi. | Ma quel profeta o quel sognatore di sogni sarà messo a morte, perché ha parlato in modo da farvi allontanare dall'Eterno, il vostro DIO, che vi ha fatto uscire dal paese d'Egitto e vi ha redenti dalla casa di schiavitù, per trascinarti fuori dalla via nella quale l'Eterno, il tuo DIO, ti ha ordinato di camminare. In questo modo estirperai il male in mezzo a te. |
| 6 | If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers; | Quand ton frère, fils de ta mère, ou ton fils, ou ta fille, ou ta femme bien-aimée, ou ton intime ami, qui t'est comme ton âme, t'incitera, en te disant en secret: Allons, et servons d'autres dieux, que tu n'as point connus, ni tes pères; | e tuo fratello, figlio di tua madre, tuo figlio, tua figlia, la moglie che riposa sul tuo seno o l'amico che ti è caro come la tua stessa anima ti incita in segreto, dicendo: "Andiamo a servire altri dèi", che né tu né i tuoi padri avete mai conosciuto, |
| 7 | Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth; | D'entre les dieux des peuples qui sont autour de vous, soit près ou loin de toi, depuis un bout de la terre jusqu'à l'autre: | divinità dei popoli che vi circondano, vicini a te o da te lontani, da una estremità della terra all'altra estremità della terra, |
| 8 | Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him: | N'aie point de complaisance pour lui, ne l'écoute point, que ton oeil ne l'épargne point, ne lui fais point de grâce, et ne le cache point. | non cedere a lui e non dargli ascolto; l'occhio tuo non abbia pietà per lui; non risparmiarlo, non nasconderlo. |
| 9 | But thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people. | Mais tu ne manqueras point de le faire mourir; ta main sera la première sur lui pour le mettre à mort, et ensuite la main de tout le peuple. | Ma tu lo dovrai uccidere; la tua mano sia la prima a levarsi contro di lui, per metterlo a morte; poi venga la mano di tutto il popolo. |
| 10 | And thou shalt stone him with stones, that he die; because he hath sought to thrust thee away from the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage. | Et tu l'assommeras de pierres, et il mourra, parce qu'il a cherché, de t'éloigner de l'Eternel ton Dieu, qui t'a tiré hors du pays d'Egypte, de la maison de servitude. | Tu lo lapiderai con pietre ed egli morirà, perché ha cercato di farti allontanare dall'Eterno, il tuo DIO che ti fece uscire dal paese d'Egitto, dalla casa di schiavitù. |

| 13 | Certain men, the children of Belial, are gone out from among you, and have withdrawn the inhabitants of their city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which ye have not known; | Quelques méchants garnements sont sortis du milieu de toi, qui ont incité les habitants de leur ville, en disant: Allons et servons d'autres dieux, que vous n'avez point connus. | che uomini perversi sono usciti di mezzo a te e hanno sedotto gli abitanti della loro città dicendo: "Andiamo a servire altri dèi", che voi non avete mai conosciuto, |
| 14 | Then shalt thou enquire, and make search, and ask diligently; and, behold, if it be truth, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought among you; | Alors tu chercheras, tu t'informeras, tu t'enquerras soigneusement; et si tu trouves que ce qu'on a dit soit véritable et certain, et qu'une telle abomination ait été faite au milieu de toi; | tu farai indagini, investigherai e interrogherai con cura; e se è vero e certo che tale abominio è stato realmente commesso in mezzo a te, |
| 15 | Thou shalt surely smite the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein, and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword. | Tu ne manqueras pas de faire passer les habitants de cette ville au tranchant de l'épée; et tu la détruiras à la façon de l'interdit, avec tout ce qui y sera, faisant passer même ses bêtes au tranchant de l'épée. | allora passerai a fil di spada gli abitanti di quella città, votando allo sterminio essa e tutto ciò che vi è, e passerai a fil di spada anche il suo bestiame. |
| 16 | And thou shalt gather all the spoil of it into the midst of the street thereof, and shalt burn with fire the city, and all the spoil thereof every whit, for the LORD thy God: and it shall be an heap for ever; it shall not be built again. | Et tu assembleras au milieu de sa place tout son butin, et tu brûleras entièrement au feu cette ville et tout son butin, devant l'Eternel ton Dieu; et elle sera à perpétuité un monceau de ruines, sans être jamais rebâtie. | Poi ammasserai tutto il suo bottino in mezzo alla piazza e brucerai col fuoco la città e l'intero suo bottino davanti all'Eterno, il vostro DIO; essa rimarrà un cumulo di rovine per sempre e non sarà mai più ricostruita. |
| 17 | And there shall cleave nought of the cursed thing to thine hand: that the LORD may turn from the fierceness of his anger, and shew thee mercy, and have compassion upon thee, and multiply thee, as he hath sworn unto thy fathers; | Et rien de l'interdit ne demeurera en ta main, afin que l'Eternel se départe de l'ardeur de sa colère, et qu'il te fasse miséricorde, et ait pitié de toi, et qu'il te multiplie, comme il a juré à tes pères. | Perciò nulla di ciò che è votato allo sterminio si attaccherà alle tue mani, affinché l'Eterno desista dall'ardore della sua ira e ti usi misericordia, abbia pietà di te e ti moltiplichi, come giurò ai tuoi padri, |
| 18 | When thou shalt hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep all his commandments which I command thee this day, to do that which is right in the eyes of the LORD thy God. | Parce que tu auras obéi à la voix de l'Eternel ton Dieu, pour garder tous ses commandements que je te prescris aujourd'hui, afin que tu fasses ce que l'Eternel ton Dieu approuve et trouve droit. | perché tu hai dato ascolto alla voce dell'Eterno, il tuo DIO, osservando tutti i suoi comandamenti che oggi ti prescrivo e facendo ciò che è giusto agli occhi dell'Eterno, il tuo DIO. |
