| 27 | Le danger qui en résulte, ce n'est pas seulement que notre industrie ne tombe en discrédit ; c'est encore que le temple de la grande déesse Diane ne soit tenu pour rien, et même que la majesté de celle qui est révérée dans toute l'Asie et dans le monde entier ne soit réduite à néant. | So that not only this our craft is in danger to be set at nought; but also that the temple of the great goddess Diana should be despised, and her magnificence should be destroyed, whom all Asia and the world worshippeth. | Et il n'y a pas seulement de danger pour nous que notre métier ne vienne à être décrié, mais aussi que le Temple de la grande déesse Diane ne soit plus rien estimé, et qu'il n'arrive que sa majesté, laquelle toute l'Asie et le monde universel révère, ne soit anéantie. | and not only is there danger that this our trade come into disrepute; but also that the temple of the great goddess Diana be made of no account, and that she should even be deposed from her magnificence whom all Asia and the world worshippeth. |
