| 12 | Mais du temps que Gallion était Proconsul d'Achaïe, les Juifs tous d'un commun accord s'élevèrent contre Paul, et l'amenèrent devant le siège judicial, | But when Gallio was proconsul of Achaia, the Jews with one accord rose up against Paul and brought him before the judgment-seat, | Ma, mentre Gallione era proconsole dell'Acaia, i Giudei insorsero tutti d'accordo contro Paolo e lo condussero al tribunale, |

| 14 | Et comme Paul voulait ouvrir la bouche, Gallion dit aux Juifs: ô Juifs! s'il était question de quelque injustice, ou de quelque crime, je vous supporterais autant qu'il serait raisonnable; | But when Paul was about to open his mouth, Gallio said unto the Jews, If indeed it were a matter of wrong or of wicked villany, O ye Jews, reason would that I should bear with you: | Come Paolo stava per aprire la bocca, Gallione disse ai Giudei: Se si trattasse di qualche ingiustizia o misfatto, o Giudei, io vi ascolterei pazientemente, secondo la ragione; |
| 15 | Mais s'il est question de paroles et de mots, et de votre Loi, vous y mettrez ordre vous-mêmes: car je ne veux point être juge de ces choses. | but if they are questions about words and names and your own law, look to it yourselves; I am not minded to be a judge of these matters. | ma se sono questioni che riguardano parole, nomi e la vostra legge, vedetevela voi, perché io non voglio essere giudice di tali cose. |

| 17 | Alors tous les Grecs ayant saisi Sosthènes, qui était le Principal de la Synagogue, le battaient devant le siège judicial, sans que Gallion s'en mît en peine. | And they all laid hold on Sosthenes, the ruler of the synagogue, and beat him before the judgment-seat. And Gallio cared for none of these things. | Allora tutti i Greci presero Sostene capo della sinagoga, e lo percossero davanti al tribunale. Ma Gallione non si curava di queste cose. |

| 26 | Il commença donc à parler avec hardiesse dans la Synagogue; et quand Priscille et Aquile l'eurent entendu, ils le prirent avec eux, et lui expliquèrent plus particulièrement la voie de Dieu. | and he began to speak boldly in the synagogue. But when Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God more accurately. | Egli cominciò a parlare francamente nella sinagoga. | 28 | Car il convainquait publiquement les Juifs avec une grande véhémence, démontrant par les Ecritures que Jésus était le Christ. | for he powerfully confuted the Jews, [and that] publicly, showing by the scriptures that Jesus was the Christ. | Egli infatti confutava con grande vigore i Giudei pubblicamente, dimostrando per mezzo delle Scritture che Gesù è il Cristo. |
