| 3 | Tu es entré chez des hommes incirconcis, et tu as mangé avec eux. | Saying, Thou wentest in to men uncircumcised, and didst eat with them. | dicendo: Tu sei entrato in casa di uomini incirconcisi e hai mangiato con loro!. |

| 5 | J'étais en prière dans la ville de Joppé, et je vis dans une extase une vision, savoir un vase descendant comme une grande toile dévalée du ciel par les quatre coins; | I was in the city of Joppa praying: and in a trance I saw a vision, A certain vessel descend, as it had been a great sheet, let down from heaven by four corners; and it came even to me: | Io stavo pregando nella città di Ioppe, quando fui rapito in estasi ed ebbi una visione: un oggetto, simile a un gran lenzuolo tenuto per i quattro capi, scendeva come se fosse calato giù dal cielo e giunse fino a me. |
| 6 | et elle vint jusqu'à moi; et y ayant jeté les yeux, je considérais, et je vis les quadrupèdes de la terre, et les bêtes sauvages, et les reptiles, et les oiseaux du ciel; | Upon the which when I had fastened mine eyes, I considered, and saw fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air. | Guardandovi attentamente dentro scorsi e vidi quadrupedi, fiere, rettili della terra e uccelli del cielo. |

| 8 | Et je dis: Non point, Seigneur; car jamais chose impure ou immonde n'entra dans ma bouche. | But I said, Not so, Lord: for nothing common or unclean hath at any time entered into my mouth. | Ma io dissi: "Niente affatto, Signore, poiché non mi è mai entrato in bocca nulla di impuro o di contaminato". |
| 9 | Et une voix répondit pour la seconde fois du ciel: Ce que Dieu a purifié, toi, ne le tiens pas pour impur. | But the voice answered me again from heaven, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common. | Ma la voce mi rispose per la seconda volta dal cielo: "Le cose che Dio ha purificato, non farle tu impure". |
| 10 | Et cela eut lieu par trois fois, et tout fut de nouveau retiré dans le ciel. | And this was done three times: and all were drawn up again into heaven. | E ciò accadde per tre volte, poi ogni cosa fu di nuovo ritirata in cielo. |
| 11 | Et voici, aussitôt, trois hommes qui avaient été envoyés de Césarée vers moi, se trouvèrent devant la maison où j'étais. | And, behold, immediately there were three men already come unto the house where I was, sent from Caesarea unto me. | In quello stesso momento tre uomini, mandati a me da Cesarea, si presentarono alla casa dove mi trovavo. |
| 12 | Et l'Esprit me dit d'aller avec eux sans hésiter; et les six frères que voici vinrent avec moi, et nous entrâmes dans la maison de cet homme. | And the Spirit bade me go with them, nothing doubting. Moreover these six brethren accompanied me, and we entered into the man's house: | E lo Spirito mi disse di andare con loro, senza avere alcuna esitazione. Or con me vennero anche questi sei fratelli, e così entrammo nella casa di quell'uomo. |
| 13 | Et il nous raconta comme il avait vu dans sa maison l'ange qui, se tenant là, lui avait dit: Envoie à Joppé, et fais venir Simon qui est surnommé Pierre, | And he shewed us how he had seen an angel in his house, which stood and said unto him, Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon, whose surname is Peter; | Egli ci raccontò come aveva visto presentarsi un angelo in casa sua e dirgli: "Manda degli uomini a Ioppe e fa' chiamare Simone, soprannominato Pietro. |
| 14 | te dira des choses par lesquelles tu seras sauvé, toi et toute ta maison. | Who shall tell thee words, whereby thou and all thy house shall be saved. | Egli ti dirà parole, per mezzo delle quali sarai salvato tu e tutta la tua casa". |
| 15 | Et comme je commençais à parler, l'Esprit Saint tomba sur eux, comme aussi il est tombé sur nous au commencement. | And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning. | Avevo appena cominciato a parlare quando lo Spirito Santo discese su di loro, come era sceso al principio su di noi. |
| 16 | Et je me souvins de la parole du Seigneur, comme il a dit: Jean a baptisé avec de l'eau, mais vous, vous serez baptisés de l'Esprit Saint. | Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost. | Mi ricordai allora della parola del Signore che diceva: "Giovanni ha battezzato con acqua, ma voi sarete battezzati con lo Spirito Santo". |
| 17 | Si donc Dieu leur a fait le même don qu'à nous qui avons cru au Seigneur Jésus Christ, qui étais-je, moi, pour pouvoir l'interdire à Dieu? | Forasmuch then as God gave them the like gift as he did unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ; what was I, that I could withstand God? | Se dunque Dio ha dato loro lo stesso dono che abbiamo ricevuto noi, che abbiamo creduto nel Signore Gesù Cristo, chi ero io da potermi opporre a Dio?. |
| 18 | Et ayant ouï ces choses, ils se turent, et glorifièrent Dieu disant: Dieu a donc en effet donné aux nations la repentance pour la vie! | When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life. | Udite queste cose, essi si calmarono e glorificavano Dio, dicendo: Dio dunque ha concesso il ravvedimento anche ai gentili per ottenere la vita!. |
| 19 | Ceux donc qui avaient été dispersés par la tribulation qui arriva à l'occasion d'Étienne, passèrent jusqu'en Phénicie, et à Chypre, et à Antioche, n'annonçant la parole à personne, si ce n'est à des Juifs seulement. | Now they which were scattered abroad upon the persecution that arose about Stephen travelled as far as Phenice, and Cyprus, and Antioch, preaching the word to none but unto the Jews only. | Or coloro che erano stati dispersi a motivo della persecuzione iniziata con Stefano, arrivarono fino alla Fenicia, a Cipro e ad Antiochia, annunziando la parola a nessun altro, se non ai soli Giudei. |
| 20 | Mais quelques-uns d'entre eux étaient des Cypriotes et des Cyrénéens, qui, étant venus à Antioche, parlaient aussi aux Grecs, annonçant le Seigneur Jésus; | And some of them were men of Cyprus and Cyrene, which, when they were come to Antioch, spake unto the Grecians, preaching the LORD Jesus. | Or alcuni di loro originari di Cipro e di Cirene, arrivati ad Antiochia, iniziarono a parlare ai Greci, annunziando il Signore Gesù. |
| 21 | et la main du Seigneur était avec eux; et un grand nombre, ayant cru, se tournèrent vers le Seigneur. | And the hand of the Lord was with them: and a great number believed, and turned unto the Lord. | E la mano del Signore era con loro; e un gran numero credette e si convertì al Signore. |
| 22 | Et le bruit en vint aux oreilles de l'assemblée qui était à Jérusalem; et ils envoyèrent Barnabas pour passer jusqu'à Antioche; | Then tidings of these things came unto the ears of the church which was in Jerusalem: and they sent forth Barnabas, that he should go as far as Antioch. | La notizia di questo pervenne agli orecchi della chiesa che era in Gerusalemme; ed essi inviarono Barnaba, perché andasse fino ad Antiochia. |
| 23 | lequel, y étant arrivé et ayant vu la grâce de Dieu, se réjouit; et il les exhortait tous à demeurer attachés au Seigneur de tout leur coeur, | Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord. | Quando egli giunse, vista la grazia di Dio, si rallegrò e esortava tutti a rimanere fedeli al Signore con fermo proponimento di cuore, |
| 24 | car il était homme de bien et plein de l'Esprit Saint et de foi; et une grande foule fut ajoutée au Seigneur. | For he was a good man, and full of the Holy Ghost and of faith: and much people was added unto the Lord. | perché egli era un uomo dabbene, pieno di Spirito Santo e di fede. E un gran numero di persone fu aggiunto al Signore. |
| 25 | Et il s'en alla à Tarse, pour chercher Saul; | Then departed Barnabas to Tarsus, for to seek Saul: | Poi Barnaba partì per andare a Tarso in cerca di Saulo e, trovatolo, lo condusse ad Antiochia. |
| 26 | et l'ayant trouvé, il le mena à Antioche. Et il leur arriva que, pendant un an tout entier, ils se réunirent dans l'assemblée et enseignèrent une grande foule, - et que ce fut à Antioche premièrement que les disciples furent nommés chrétiens. | And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch. | E per un anno intero essi si radunarono con la chiesa e ammaestrarono un gran numero di gente; e, per la prima volta ad Antiochia, i discepoli furono chiamati Cristiani. |

| 28 | Et l'un d'entre eux, nommé Agabus, se leva et déclara par l'Esprit, qu'une grande famine aurait lieu dans toute la terre habitée, laquelle aussi eut lieu sous Claude. | And there stood up one of them named Agabus, and signified by the Spirit that there should be great dearth throughout all the world: which came to pass in the days of Claudius Caesar. | E uno di loro, di nome Agabo, si alzò e per lo Spirito predisse che ci sarebbe stata una grande carestia in tutto il mondo; e questa avvenne poi sotto Claudio Cesare. |
| 29 | Et les disciples, chacun selon ses ressources, déterminèrent d'envoyer quelque chose pour le service des frères qui demeuraient en Judée: | Then the disciples, every man according to his ability, determined to send relief unto the brethren which dwelt in Judaea: | Allora i discepoli, ciascuno secondo le proprie possibilità, decisero di mandare una sovvenzione ai fratelli che abitavano in Giudea. |
| 30 | ce qu'ils firent aussi, l'envoyant aux anciens par les mains de Barnabas et de Saul. | Which also they did, and sent it to the elders by the hands of Barnabas and Saul. | E questo essi fecero, inviandola agli anziani per mezzo di Barnaba e di Saulo. |
