| 8 | Et vous entourerez le roi de tous côtés, chacun ses armes à la main; et celui qui entrera dans les rangs sera mis à mort; et soyez avec le roi quand il sortira et quand il entrera. | And ye shall compass the king round about, every man with his weapons in his hand; and he that cometh within the ranks, let him be slain: and be ye with the king when he goeth out, and when he cometh in. | Voi vi metterete tutt'intorno al re, ognuno con le sue armi in mano; e chiunque cercherà di penetrare tra le vostre file sia messo a morte. | 11 | Et les coureurs se tinrent là, chacun ses armes à la main, depuis le côté droit de la maison jusqu'au côté gauche de la maison, vers l'autel et vers la maison, auprès du roi, tout autour. | And the guard stood, every man with his weapons in his hand, from the right side of the house to the left side of the house, along by the altar and the house, by the king round about. | Le guardie, ognuna con le sue armi in pugno, si disposero dal lato sud del tempio, fino al lato nord del tempio, vicino all'altare e vicino al tempio, tutt'intorno al re. |
| 12 | Et on fit sortir le fils du roi, et on mit sur lui la couronne et le témoignage; et ils le firent roi, et l'oignirent, et frappèrent des mains, et dirent: Vive le roi! | Then he brought out the king`s son, and put the crown upon him, and [gave him] the testimony; and they made him king, and anointed him; and they clapped their hands, and said, [Long] live the king. | Poi Jehoiada condusse fuori il figlio del re, gli pose in testa il diadema e gli consegnò la legge. | 14 | Et elle regarda, et voici, le roi se tenait sur l'estrade, suivant l'usage, et les chefs et les trompettes étaient auprès du roi, et tout le peuple du pays se réjouissait et sonnait des trompettes. Et Athalie déchira ses vêtements, et s'écria: Conspiration! Conspiration! | and she looked, and, behold, the king stood by the pillar, as the manner was, and the captains and the trumpets by the king; and all the people of the land rejoiced, and blew trumpets. Then Athaliah rent her clothes, and cried, Treason! treason! | Guardò e vide il re in piedi sul palco, secondo l'usanza; i capitani e trombettieri erano accanto al re, mentre tutto il popolo del paese era in festa e suonava le trombe. | 15 | Et Jehoïada, le sacrificateur, commanda aux chefs de centaines qui étaient préposés sur l'armée, et leur dit: Faites-la sortir en dehors des rangs, et celui qui la suivra mettez-le à mort par l'épée; car le sacrificateur dit: Qu'elle ne soit pas mise à mort dans la maison de l'Éternel. | And Jehoiada the priest commanded the captains of hundreds that were set over the host, and said unto them, Have her forth between the ranks; and him that followeth her slay with the sword. For the priest said, Let her not be slain in the house of Jehovah. | Ma il sacerdote Jehoiada ordinò ai capi di centinaia, che comandavano l'esercito, e disse loro: Fatela uscire di mezzo alle file, e chiunque la segue sia ucciso di spada!. | 16 | Et ils lui firent place; et elle alla par le chemin de l'entrée des chevaux dans la maison du roi, et là elle fut mise à mort. | So they made way for her; and she went by the way of the horses` entry to the king`s house: and there was she slain. | Così essi la afferrarono e, come ella giunse alla casa del re per la strada della porta dei cavalli, là fu uccisa. |
| 17 | Et Jehoïada fit une alliance entre l'Éternel et le roi et le peuple, qu'ils seraient le peuple de l'Éternel, - et entre le roi et le peuple. | And Jehoiada made a covenant between Jehovah and the king and the people, that they should be Jehovah`s people; between the king also and the people. | Poi Jehoiada fece un patto tra l'Eterno, il re e il popolo, perché Israele fosse il popolo dell'Eterno; fece pure un patto fra il re e il popolo. |
| 18 | Et tout le peuple du pays entra dans la maison de Baal, et ils la démolirent; ses autels et ses images, ils les brisèrent entièrement; et ils tuèrent devant les autels Matthan, sacrificateur de Baal. Et le sacrificateur établit des gardes sur la maison de l'Éternel. | And all the people of the land went to the house of Baal, and brake it down; his altars and his images brake they in pieces thoroughly, and slew Mattan the priest of Baal before the altars. And Athaliah they had slain with the sword at the king`s house. | Così il popolo del paese fu in festa e la città rimase tranquilla, perché avevano ucciso con la spada Athaliah nella casa del re. |
