| 11 | Puis on immola la pâque; et les sacrificateurs répandaient le sang reçu des mains des Lévites, et les Lévites dépouillaient les victimes. | And they killed the passover, and the priests sprinkled [the blood which they received] of their hand, and the Levites flayed them. | Quindi immolarono la Pasqua, i sacerdoti spruzzavano il sangue con le loro mani, mentre i Leviti scuoiavano gli animali. |
| 12 | Ils mirent à part les holocaustes, pour les donner aux gens du peuple, suivant les divisions des maisons de leurs pères, afin de les offrir à l'Éternel, selon qu'il est écrit au livre de Moïse; ils firent de même pour les boeufs. | And they removed the burnt-offerings, that they might give them according to the divisions of the fathers` houses of the children of the people, to offer unto Jehovah, as it is written in the book of Moses. And so did they with the oxen. | Così misero da parte gli olocausti per distribuirli ai figli del popolo, secondo le divisioni delle case paterne, perché li offrissero all'Eterno, come sta scritto nel libro di Mosè. | 13 | Et ils firent cuire la pâque au feu, selon l'ordonnance; et ils firent cuire les choses consacrées, dans des chaudières, des chaudrons et des poêles; et ils s'empressaient de les distribuer à tous les gens du peuple. | And they roasted the passover with fire according to the ordinance: and the holy offerings boiled they in pots, and in caldrons, and in pans, and carried them quickly to all the children of the people. | Poi arrostirono gli agnelli della Pasqua sul fuoco secondo le norme prescritte; ma le altre offerte consacrate le cossero in pentole, in caldaie e in tegami e le distribuirono immediatamente a tutti i figli del popolo. |

| 17 | Les enfants d'Israël qui s'y trouvèrent, célébrèrent donc la pâque, en ce temps-là, et la fête des pains sans levain, pendant sept jours. | And the children of Israel that were present kept the passover at that time, and the feast of unleavened bread seven days. | I figli d'Israele, che erano presenti, celebrarono allora la Pasqua e la festa degli azzimi per sette giorni. |
| 18 | On n'avait point célébré de pâque semblable en Israël, depuis les jours de Samuel, le prophète; et aucun des rois d'Israël n'avait célébré une pâque pareille à celle que célébrèrent Josias, les sacrificateurs et les Lévites, tout Juda et Israël, qui s'y trouvèrent avec les habitants de Jérusalem. | And there was no passover like to that kept in Israel from the days of Samuel the prophet; neither did any of the kings of Israel keep such a passover as Josiah kept, and the priests, and the Levites, and all Judah and Israel that were present, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem. | In Israele non era stata celebrata una Pasqua come quella dai giorni del profeta Samuele. | 20 | Après tout cela, quand Josias eut réparé le temple, Néco, roi d'Égypte, monta pour faire la guerre à Carkémish, sur l'Euphrate; et Josias sortit à sa rencontre. | After all this, when Josiah had prepared the temple, Neco king of Egypt went up to fight against Carchemish by the Euphrates: and Josiah went out against him. | Dopo tutto questo, quando Giosia ebbe rimesso in ordine il tempio, Neko, re d'Egitto, salì per combattere a Karkemish sull'Eufrate; e Giosia gli mosse contro. |
| 21 | Mais Néco lui envoya des messagers, pour lui dire: Qu'y a-t-il entre moi et toi, roi de Juda? Ce n'est pas à toi que j'en veux aujourd'hui, mais à une maison avec laquelle je suis en guerre; et Dieu m'a dit de me hâter. Cesse de t'opposer à Dieu, qui est avec moi, de peur qu'il ne te détruise. | But he sent ambassadors to him, saying, What have I to do with thee, thou king of Judah? [I come] not against thee this day, but against the house wherewith I have war; and God hath commanded me to make haste: forbear thee from [meddling with] God, who is with me, that he destroy thee not. | Ma Neko gli mandò messaggeri a dirgli: Che c'è fra me e te, o re di Giuda? Puis il fut enseveli dans les tombeaux de ses pères, et tous ceux de Juda et de Jérusalem pleurèrent Josias. | So his servants took him out of the chariot, and put him in the second chariot that he had, and brought him to Jerusalem; and he died, and was buried in the sepulchres of his fathers. And all Judah and Jerusalem mourned for Josiah. | I suoi servi perciò lo tolsero dal suo carro, lo misero su un secondo carro che aveva e lo portarono a Gerusalemme.
