| 6 | Que nul n'entre dans la maison de l'Éternel, sinon les sacrificateurs et les Lévites de service: ceux-ci entreront, car ils sont consacrés; et tout le peuple fera la garde de l'Éternel. | But let none come into the house of Jehovah, save the priests, and they that minister of the Levites; they shall come in, for they are holy: but all the people shall keep the charge of Jehovah. | Ma nessuno entri nella casa dell'Eterno, tranne i sacerdoti e i Leviti di servizio; questi possono entrare, perché sono consacrati, ma tutto il popolo si atterrà all'ordine dell'Eterno. |
| 7 | Et les Lévites environneront le roi de tous côtés, tenant chacun leurs armes à la main, et quiconque entrera dans la maison, sera mis à mort; et vous serez avec le roi quand il entrera et quand il sortira. | And the Levites shall compass the king round about, every man with his weapons in his hand; and whosoever cometh into the house, let him be slain: and be ye with the king when he cometh in, and when he goeth out. | I Leviti faranno cerchio attorno al re da tutti i lati, ciascuno con le sue armi in mano; chiunque entra nel tempio sarà messo a morte; voi invece starete col re, quando entrerà e quando uscirà. |
| 8 | Les Lévites et tout Juda, firent donc tout ce que Jéhojada, le sacrificateur, avait commandé. Ils prirent chacun leurs gens, tant ceux qui entraient en service au sabbat, que ceux qui en sortaient; car Jéhojada, le sacrificateur, ne congédia point les classes. | So the Levites and all Judah did according to all that Jehoiada the priest commanded: and they took every man his men, those that were to come in on the sabbath; with those that were to go out on the sabbath; for Jehoiada the priest dismissed not the courses. | I Leviti, e tutto Giuda fecero esattamente come il sacerdote Jehoiada aveva comandato; ciascuno prese i suoi uomini, quelli che entravano in servizio di sabato, e quelli che uscivano di servizio il sabato, perché il sacerdote Jehoiada non aveva licenziato le classi uscenti. |
| 9 | Et Jéhojada, le sacrificateur, donna aux chefs de centaines les lances, les boucliers et les rondelles qui provenaient du roi David, et qui étaient dans la maison de Dieu. | And Jehoiada the priest delivered to the captains of hundreds the spears, and bucklers, and shields, that had been king David`s, which were in the house of God. | Il sacerdote Jehoiada diede ai capi di centinaia le lance e gli scudi piccoli e grandi che erano appartenuti al re Davide e che si trovavano nella casa di DIO. |
| 10 | Puis il rangea tout le peuple, chacun tenant ses armes à la main, auprès du roi tout à l'entour, depuis le côté droit du temple jusqu'au côté gauche du temple, le long de l'autel et du temple. | And he set all the people, every man with his weapon in his hand, from the right side of the house to the left side of the house, along by the altar and the house, by the king round about. | Dispose quindi tutto il popolo, ciascuno con la sua arma in mano, dal lato destro al lato sinistro del tempio; lungo l'altare, e accanto al tempio, intorno al re. |
| 11 | Alors ils firent sortir le fils du roi, et mirent sur lui la couronne et le témoignage; et ils l'établirent roi, et Jéhojada et ses fils l'oignirent, et dirent: Vive le roi! | Then they brought out the king`s son, and put the crown upon him, and [gave him] the testimony, and made him king: and Jehoiada and his sons anointed him; and they said, [Long] live the king. | Allora fecero uscire il figlio del re, gli posero in testa la corona, gli consegnarono la legge e lo proclamarono re; poi Jehoiada e i suoi figli lo unsero e gridarono: Viva il re!. |
| 12 | Mais Athalie, entendant le bruit du peuple qui courait et célébrait le roi, vint vers le peuple, dans la maison de l'Éternel. | And when Athaliah heard the noise of the people running and praising the king, she came to the people into the house of Jehovah: | Quando Athaliah udì il rumore del popolo che accorreva acclamando il re andò verso il popolo nella casa dell'Eterno. |
| 13 | Elle regarda, et voici, le roi était debout près de sa colonne, à l'entrée, et les capitaines et les trompettes étaient près du roi, et tout le peuple du pays était dans la joie, et l'on sonnait des trompettes; et les chantres, avec des instruments de musique, dirigeaient les chants de louanges. Alors Athalie déchira ses vêtements et dit: Conspiration! conspiration! | and she looked, and, behold, the king stood by his pillar at the entrance, and the captains and the trumpets by the king; and all the people of the land rejoiced, and blew trumpets; the singers also [played] on instruments of music, and led the singing of praise. Then Athaliah rent her clothes, and said, Treason! treason! | Guardò, ed ecco il re stava in piedi sul suo palco all'ingresso, i capitani e i trombettieri erano accanto al re, tutto il popolo del paese gioiva e suonava le trombe e i cantori con i loro strumenti musicali guidavano la lode. | 14 | Et le sacrificateur Jéhojada fit sortir les chefs de centaines qui commandaient l'armée, et leur dit: Menez-la hors des rangs, et que celui qui la suivra soit mis à mort par l'épée! Car le sacrificateur avait dit: Ne la mettez point à mort dans la maison de l'Éternel. | And Jehoiada the priest brought out the captains of hundreds that were set over the host, and said unto them, Have her forth between the ranks; and whoso followeth her, let him be slain with the sword: for the priest said, Slay her not in the house of Jehovah. | Ma il sacerdote Jehoiada fece uscire i capi di centinaia che comandavano l'esercito e disse loro: Fatela uscire di mezzo alle file, e chiunque la segue sia ucciso di spada!. Il sacerdote infatti aveva detto: Non permettete che sia uccisa nella casa dell'Eterno. |
| 15 | Ils mirent donc la main sur elle, et elle revint, par l'entrée de la porte des chevaux, dans la maison du roi; et là ils la firent mourir. | So they made way for her; and she went to the entrance of the horse gate to the king`s house: and they slew her there. | Così essi la afferrarono e, come ella giunse alla casa del re per la strada della porta dei cavalli, lì fu uccisa. |
| 16 | Puis Jéhojada, tout le peuple et le roi, firent une alliance, pour être le peuple de l'Éternel. | And Jehoiada made a covenant between himself, and all the people, and the king, that they should be Jehovah`s people. | Poi Jehoiada fece un patto tra sé, tutto il popolo e il re, perché Israele fosse il popolo dell'Eterno. |

Et ils la démolirent; ils brisèrent ses autels et ses images, et ils tuèrent devant les autels Matthan, sacrificateur de Baal. | And all the people went to the house of Baal, and brake it down, and brake his altars and his images in pieces, and slew Mattan the priest of Baal before the altars. | Allora tutto il popolo andò al tempio di Baal, e lo demolì: fece interamente a pezzi i suoi altari e le sue immagini e uccise davanti agli altari Mattan, sacerdote di Baal. |

| 20 | Il prit les chefs de centaines, et les hommes considérables, et ceux qui étaient en autorité sur le peuple, et tout le peuple du pays; et il fit descendre le roi, de la maison de l'Éternel, et ils entrèrent par la porte supérieure dans la maison du roi, et ils firent asseoir le roi sur le trône royal. | And he took the captains of hundreds, and the nobles, and the governors of the people, and all the people of the land, and brought down the king from the house of Jehovah: and they came through the upper gate unto the king`s house, and set the king upon the throne of the kingdom. | Prese quindi i capi di centinaia, i nobili, quelli che avevano autorità sul popolo e tutto il popolo del paese e fece scendere il re dalla casa dell'Eterno, passando quindi per la porta superiore, giunsero al palazzo reale e fecero sedere il re sul trono del re. |
