| 3 | And Ahab king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat king of Judah, Wilt thou go with me to Ramothgilead? | 5 | Therefore the king of Israel gathered together of prophets four hundred men, and said unto them, Shall we go to Ramothgilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And they said, Go up; for God will deliver it into the king's hand. | Alors le roi d'Israël assembla les prophètes, au nombre de quatre cents, et leur dit: Irons-nous à la guerre contre Ramoth de Galaad, ou y renoncerai-je? Et ils répondirent: Monte, et Dieu la livrera entre les mains du roi. | Allora il re d'Israele convocò i profeti, quattrocento uomini, e disse loro: Dobbiamo andare a combattere contro Ramoth di Galaad, oppure devo rinunciarvi?. Quelli risposero: Va' pure, perché DIO la darà nelle mani del re. |
| 6 | But Jehoshaphat said, Is there not here a prophet of the LORD besides, that we might enquire of him? | Mais Josaphat dit: N'y a-t-il point ici encore quelque prophète de l'Éternel, par qui nous puissions le consulter? | Ma Giosafat disse: Non c'è qui un altro profeta dell'Eterno che possiamo consultare?. |
| 7 | And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, There is yet one man, by whom we may enquire of the LORD: but I hate him; for he never prophesied good unto me, but always evil: the same is Micaiah the son of Imla. And Jehoshaphat said, Let not the king say so. | Et le roi d'Israël dit à Josaphat: Il y a encore un homme par qui on peut consulter l'Éternel; mais je le hais, car il ne me prophétise rien de bon, mais toujours du mal; c'est Michée, fils de Jimla. Et Josaphat dit: Que le roi ne parle pas ainsi! | Il re d'Israele rispose a Giosafat: C'è ancora un uomo, Mikaiah, figlio di Imla, per mezzo del quale si potrebbe consultare l'Eterno; io però lo odio perché non profetizza mai nulla di buono nei miei confronti, ma soltanto del male. | 8 | And the king of Israel called for one of his officers, and said, Fetch quickly Micaiah the son of Imla. | Alors le roi d'Israël appela un officier, et dit: Fais promptement venir Michée, fils de Jimla. | Allora il re d'Israele chiamò un eunuco e gli disse: Fa' venire subito Mikaiah, figlio di Imla. |

| 10 | And Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah had made him horns of iron, and said, Thus saith the LORD, With these thou shalt push Syria until they be consumed. | Alors Tsidkija, fils de Kénaana, s'étant fait des cornes de fer, dit: Ainsi a dit l'Éternel: Avec ces cornes tu heurteras les Syriens, jusqu'à les détruire. | Sedekia, figlio di Kenaanah, che si era fatto delle corna di ferro, disse: Così dice l'Eterno: "Con queste corna trafiggerai i Siri, fino a distruggerli completamente". |
| 11 | And all the prophets prophesied so, saying, Go up to Ramothgilead, and prosper: for the LORD shall deliver it into the hand of the king. | Et tous les prophètes prophétisaient de même, en disant: Monte à Ramoth de Galaad, et tu réussiras, et l'Éternel la livrera entre les mains du roi. | Tutti i profeti profetizzavano allo stesso modo, dicendo: Sali contro Ramoth di Galaad e riuscirai, perché l'Eterno la darà nelle mani del re. |
| 12 | And the messenger that went to call Micaiah spake to him, saying, Behold, the words of the prophets declare good to the king with one assent; let thy word therefore, I pray thee, be like one of their's, and speak thou good. | Or le messager qui était allé appeler Michée, lui parla, et lui dit: Voici, les prophètes prédisent tous d'une voix du bien au roi; je te prie, que ta parole soit semblable à celle de chacun d'eux, et annonce du bien. | Il messaggero, che era andato a chiamare Mikaiah, gli parlò, dicendo: Ecco, le parole dei profeti sono concordi nel dichiarare cose buone al re; ti prego quindi che la tua parola sia come la parola di ognuno di loro; dichiara anche tu cose buone. |
| 13 | And Micaiah said, As the LORD liveth, even what my God saith, that will I speak. | Mais Michée répondit: L'Éternel est vivant! je dirai ce que mon Dieu dira. | Ma Mikaiah rispose: Come è vero che l'Eterno vive, qualunque cosa il mio DIO dirà io la dichiarerò. |
| 14 | And when he was come to the king, the king said unto him, Micaiah, shall we go to Ramothgilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And he said, Go ye up, and prosper, and they shall be delivered into your hand. | Il vint donc vers le roi, et le roi lui dit: Michée, irons-nous à la guerre contre Ramoth de Galaad, ou y renoncerai-je? Et il répondit: Montez, vous réussirez, et ils seront livrés entre vos mains. | Come giunse davanti al re, il re gli disse: Mikaiah, dobbiamo andare a combattere contro Ramoth di Galaad, oppure devo rinunciarvi?. | 15 | And the king said to him, How many times shall I adjure thee that thou say nothing but the truth to me in the name of the LORD? | Et le roi lui dit: Combien de fois t'adjurerai-je de ne me dire que la vérité au nom de l'Éternel? | Allora il re gli disse: Quante volte ti devo scongiurare di non dirmi se non la verità nel nome dell'Eterno?. |
| 16 | Then he said, I did see all Israel scattered upon the mountains, as sheep that have no shepherd: and the LORD said, These have no master; let them return therefore every man to his house in peace. | Et il répondit: J'ai vu tout Israël dispersé par les montagnes, comme un troupeau de brebis qui n'a point de pasteur; et l'Éternel a dit: Ces gens n'ont point de seigneur; que chacun retourne en paix dans sa maison! | Mikaiah rispose: Ho visto tutto Israele disperso sui monti, come pecore che non hanno pastore; e l'Eterno ha detto: "Essi non hanno più padrone; se ne torni ciascuno in pace a casa sua". |
| 17 | And the king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, Did I not tell thee that he would not prophesy good unto me, but evil? | Alors le roi d'Israël dit à Josaphat: Ne t'ai-je pas dit qu'il ne prophétise rien de bon quand il s'agit de moi, mais seulement du mal? | Il re d'Israele disse a Giosafat: Non ti avevo io detto che nei miei confronti costui non avrebbe profetizzato nulla di buono, ma soltanto del male?. |
| 18 | Again he said, Therefore hear the word of the LORD; I saw the LORD sitting upon his throne, and all the host of heaven standing on his right hand and on his left. | Et Michée dit: C'est pourquoi, écoutez la parole de l'Éternel: J'ai vu l'Éternel assis sur son trône, et toute l'armée des cieux se tenant à sa droite et à sa gauche. | Allora Mikaiah disse: Perciò ascolta la parola dell'Eterno. Io ho visto l'Eterno assiso sul suo trono, mentre tutto l'esercito celeste stava alla sua destra e alla sua sinistra. |
| 19 | And the LORD said, Who shall entice Ahab king of Israel, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead? And one spake saying after this manner, and another saying after that manner. | Et l'Éternel dit: Qui est-ce qui séduira Achab, roi d'Israël, afin qu'il monte et qu'il périsse à Ramoth de Galaad? Et l'un répondait d'une façon et l'autre d'une autre. | L'Eterno disse: "Chi sedurrà Achab, re d'Israele, perché salga e perisca a Ramoth di Galaad?". Chi rispose in un modo e chi in un altro. |
| 20 | Then there came out a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will entice him. And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? | Alors un esprit s'avança et se tint devant l'Éternel, et dit: Moi, je le séduirai. L'Éternel lui dit: Comment? | Allora si fece avanti uno spirito che si presentò davanti all'Eterno e disse: "Lo sedurrò io". L'Eterno gli disse: "In che modo?". |
| 21 | And he said, I will go out, and be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And the Lord said, Thou shalt entice him, and thou shalt also prevail: go out, and do even so. | Il répondit: Je sortirai, et je serai un esprit de mensonge dans la bouche de tous ses prophètes. Et l'Éternel dit: Tu le séduiras, et même tu en viendras à bout. Sors, et fais ainsi. | Egli rispose: "lo uscirò e sarò spirito di menzogna in bocca a tutti i suoi profeti". L'Eterno gli disse: "Riuscirai certamente a sedurlo; va' e fa' così". |
| 22 | Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of these thy prophets, and the LORD hath spoken evil against thee. | Maintenant donc, voici, l'Éternel a mis un esprit de mensonge dans la bouche de tes prophètes que voilà; et l'Éternel a prononcé du mal contre toi. | Perciò ecco, l'Eterno ha posto uno spirito di menzogna in bocca a questi tuoi profeti, ma l'Eterno pronuncia sciagura contro di te. |
| 23 | Then Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah came near, and smote Micaiah upon the cheek, and said, Which way went the Spirit of the LORD from me to speak unto thee? | Alors Tsidkija, fils de Kénaana, s'approcha, et frappa Michée sur la joue, et dit: Par quel chemin l'Esprit de l'Éternel s'est-il éloigné de moi pour te parler? | Allora Sedekia, figlio di Kenaanah, si avvicinò e diede uno schiaffo a Mikaiah, e disse: Per dove è passato lo Spirito dell'Eterno quando è uscito da me per parlare a te?. |
| 24 | And Micaiah said, Behold, thou shalt see on that day when thou shalt go into an inner chamber to hide thyself. | Et Michée répondit: Voici, tu le verras au jour où tu iras de chambre en chambre pour te cacher! | Mikaiah rispose: Ecco, lo vedrai il giorno in cui andrai in una stanza interna a nasconderti!. |
| 25 | Then the king of Israel said, Take ye Micaiah, and carry him back to Amon the governor of the city, and to Joash the king's son; | Alors le roi d'Israël dit: Prenez Michée, et menez-le vers Amon, capitaine de la ville, et vers Joas, fils du roi. | Allora il re d'Israele disse: Prendete Mikaiah e conducetelo da Amon, governatore della città, e da Joas figlio del re, |
| 26 | And say, Thus saith the king, Put this fellow in the prison, and feed him with bread of affliction and with water of affliction, until I return in peace. | Et vous direz: Ainsi a dit le roi: Mettez cet homme en prison, et nourrissez-le du pain de l'affliction et de l'eau de l'affliction, jusqu'à ce que je revienne en paix. | e dite loro: Così dice il re: "Mettete costui in prigione e nutritelo con pane e acqua di afflizione, finché ritornerò sano e salvo". |
| 27 | And Micaiah said, If thou certainly return in peace, then hath not the LORD spoken by me. And he said, Hearken, all ye people. | Et Michée dit: Si jamais tu reviens en paix, l'Éternel n'aura point parlé par moi. Et il dit: Vous tous, peuples, entendez! | Mikaiah disse: Se tu dovessi mai ritornare sano e salvo, significa che l'Eterno non ha parlato per mio mezzo. E aggiunse: Ascoltate, o voi popoli tutti!. |
| 28 | So the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat the king of Judah went up to Ramothgilead. | Le roi d'Israël monta donc avec Josaphat, roi de Juda, à Ramoth de Galaad. | Il re d'Israele e Giosafat, re di Giuda, salirono dunque contro Ramoth di Galaad. |
| 29 | And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, I will disguise myself, and I will go to the battle; but put thou on thy robes. So the king of Israel disguised himself; and they went to the battle. | Et le roi d'Israël dit à Josaphat: Je me déguiserai pour aller au combat; mais toi, revêts-toi de tes habits. Ainsi le roi d'Israël se déguisa; et ils allèrent au combat. | Il re d'Israele disse a Giosafat: Io mi travestirò e poi andrò a combattere, ma tu indossa i tuoi abiti reali. Così il re d'Israele si travestì e andarono a combattere. |
| 30 | Now the king of Syria had commanded the captains of the chariots that were with him, saying, Fight ye not with small or great, save only with the king of Israel. | Or le roi des Syriens avait donné cet ordre aux chefs de ses chars, disant: Vous n'attaquerez ni petit ni grand, mais seulement le roi d'Israël. | Ora il re di Siria, aveva dato quest'ordine ai capitani dei suoi carri, dicendo: Non combattete contro nessuno piccolo o grande, ma solamente contro il re d'Israele. |
| 31 | And it came to pass, when the captains of the chariots saw Jehoshaphat, that they said, It is the king of Israel. Therefore they compassed about him to fight: but Jehoshaphat cried out, and the LORD helped him; and God moved them to depart from him. | Sitôt donc que les chefs des chars eurent vu Josaphat, ils dirent: C'est le roi d'Israël! et ils l'environnèrent pour l'attaquer; mais Josaphat cria, et l'Éternel le secourut, et Dieu les éloigna de lui. | Così, quando i capitani dei carri scorsero Giosafat, dissero: Quello è il re d'Israele. Quindi lo circondarono per attaccarlo; ma Giosafat lanciò un grido, e l'Eterno gli venne in aiuto; DIO li indusse ad allontanarsi da lui. |
| 32 | For it came to pass, that, when the captains of the chariots perceived that it was not the king of Israel, they turned back again from pursuing him. | Et quand les chefs des chars virent que ce n'était pas le roi d'Israël, ils se détournèrent de lui. | Quando i capitani dei carri si resero conto che non era il re d'Israele, smisero di inseguirlo. |
| 33 | And a certain man drew a bow at a venture, and smote the king of Israel between the joints of the harness: therefore he said to his chariot man, Turn thine hand, that thou mayest carry me out of the host; for I am wounded. | Alors un homme tira de son arc tout au hasard, et frappa le roi d'Israël entre les jointures de la cuirasse; et le roi dit au cocher: Tourne, et mène-moi hors des rangs; car je suis blessé. | Ma un uomo tirò a caso una freccia con il suo arco e colpì il re d'Israele tra le maglie della corazza; per cui il re disse al suo cocchiere: Gira e portami fuori dalla mischia, perché sono ferito. |
| 34 | And the battle increased that day: howbeit the king of Israel stayed himself up in his chariot against the Syrians until the even: and about the time of the sun going down he died. | Or, en ce jour-là le combat fut acharné; et le roi d'Israël demeura dans son char, vis-à-vis des Syriens, jusqu'au soir; et il mourut vers le coucher du soleil. | Ma la battaglia fu così aspra quel giorno che il re fu costretto a rimanere sul suo carro di fronte ai Siri fino alla sera, e al tramonto del sole morì. |
