Au contraire, il a agi pour ton bien ; | il a exposé sa vie, il a frappé le Philistin, et Yahweh a opéré par lui une grande délivrance pour tout Israël. Tu l'as vu, et tu t'en es réjoui; pourquoi te rendrais-tu coupable du sang d'un innocent, en faisant mourir David sans raison ? » | And Jonathan spake good of David unto Saul his father, and said unto him, Let not the king sin against his servant, against David; because he hath not sinned against thee, and because his works have been to thee-ward very good: | Gionathan dunque parlò a Saul suo padre in favore di Davide e gli disse: Non pecchi il re contro il suo servo contro Davide, perché egli non ha peccato contro di te, e perché le sue imprese ti sono state di grande utilità. |

| 7 | Jonathan appela David, et lui rapporta toutes ces paroles ; puis il l'amena auprès de Saül, en présence de qui David fut comme auparavant. | La guerre ayant recommencé, David sortit contre les Philistins et leur livra bataille; il leur fit éprouver une grande défaite, et ils s'enfuirent devant lui. | And Jonathan called David, and Jonathan showed him all those things. And Jonathan brought David to Saul, and he was in his presence, as beforetime. | Allora Gionathan chiamò Davide e gli riferì tutte queste cose. David prit la fuite et s'échappa pendant la nuit. | Saül envoya des messagers à la maison de David, pour s'assurer de lui et le faire mourir au matin; mais Michol, femme de David, l'en informa, en disant : « Si tu ne t'échappes pas cette nuit, demain tu es mis à mort. » | And Saul sought to smite David even to the wall with the spear; but he slipped away out of Saul`s presence, and he smote the spear into the wall: and David fled, and escaped that night. | Saul cercò d'inchiodare Davide al muro con la lancia, ma Davide fuggì davanti a Saul, ed egli conficcò la lancia nel muro. Mais Mical, femme de David, l'en informa et lui dit : Si tu ne te sauves pas cette nuit, demain tu es mort. | Michol fit descendre David par la fenêtre, et David s'en alla et s'enfuit, et il fut sauvé. | And Saul sent messengers unto David`s house, to watch him, and to slay him in the morning: and Michal, David`s wife, told him, saying, If thou save not thy life to-night, to-morrow thou wilt be slain. | Saul allora inviò messaggeri a casa di Davide per sorvegliarlo e ucciderlo il mattino dopo; ma Mikal, moglie di Davide, lo avvertì della cosa, dicendo: Se non ti metti in salvo questa notte, domani sarai morto. |

| 16 | Ces gens revinrent, et voici, le théraphim était dans le lit, et une peau de chèvre à son chevet. | Et Saül dit à Michol : « Pourquoi m'as-tu trompé ainsi, et as-tu laissé aller mon ennemi, pour qu'il fût sauvé ? » Michol répondit à Saül : « Il m'a dit : Laisse-moi aller, ou je te tue. » | And when the messengers came in, behold, the teraphim was in the bed, with the pillow of goats` [hair] at the head thereof. | Quando i messaggeri arrivarono, ecco che nel letto c'era l'idolo di casa con una coltre di pelo di capra al posto del capo. |
| 17 | Saül dit à Mical : Pourquoi m'as-tu trompé de la sorte, et as-tu laissé partir mon ennemi qui s'est échappé ? Mical répondit à Saül : Il m'a dit : Laisse moi aller, ou je te tue ! | C'est ainsi que David prit la fuite et fut sauvé. Il se rendit auprès de Samuel à Rama, et lui raconta tout ce que Saül lui avait fait. Puis il alla avec Samuel demeurer à Naioth. | And Saul said unto Michal, Why hast thou deceived me thus, and let mine enemy go, so that he is escaped? And Michal answered Saul, He said unto me, Let me go; why should I kill thee? | Allora Saul disse a Mikal: Perché mi hai ingannato in questo modo e hai fatto fuggire il mio nemico, permettendogli di mettersi in salvo?. Puis il alla avec Samuel demeurer à Najoth. | On le fit savoir à Saül, en disant : « Voici que David est à Naioth, en Rama. » | Now David fled, and escaped, and came to Samuel to Ramah, and told him all that Saul had done to him. And he and Samuel went and dwelt in Naioth. | Davide dunque fuggì e si mise in salvo; andò da Samuele a Ramah e gli raccontò tutto ciò che Saul gli aveva fatto. Poi lui e Samuele andarono a stare a Naioth. |
| 19 | On le rapporta à Saül, en disant : Voici, David est à Najoth, près de Rama. | Aussitôt Saül envoya des messagers pour prendre David; ils virent la troupe de prophètes qui prophétisaient, et Samuel était debout, les présidant; et l'Esprit de Dieu fut sur les envoyés de Saül, qui eux aussi prophétisèrent. | And it was told Saul, saying, Behold, David is at Naioth in Ramah. | La cosa fu riferita a Saul: Ecco, Davide è a Naioth di Ramah. |
| 20 | Saül envoya des gens pour prendre David. Ils virent une assemblée de prophètes qui prophétisaient, ayant Samuel à leur tête. L'esprit de Dieu saisit les envoyés de Saül, et ils se mirent aussi à prophétiser eux-mêmes. | On l'annonça à Saül, et il envoya d'autres messagers, et eux aussi prophétisèrent. Pour la troisième fois, Saül envoya des messagers, et eux aussi prophétisèrent. | And Saul sent messengers to take David: and when they saw the company of the prophets prophesying, and Samuel standing as head over them, the Spirit of God came upon the messengers of Saul, and they also prophesied. | Allora Saul inviò messaggeri per prendere Davide; ma quando essi videro l'assemblea dei profeti che profetizzavano, con Samuele che teneva la presidenza, lo Spirito di DIO investì i messaggeri di Saul che si misero anch'essi a profetizzare. |

Arrivé à la grande citerne qui est à Sacho, il demanda : « Où sont Samuel et David ? » On lui répondit : « Voici, ils sont à Naioth en Rama. » | And when it was told Saul, he sent other messengers, and they also prophesied. And Saul sent messengers again the third time, and they also prophesied. | Riferirono la cosa a Saul, che inviò altri messaggeri, i quali pure si misero a profetizzare. On lui répondit : Ils sont à Najoth, près de Rama. | Et il se dirigea là, vers Naioth en Rama. L'Esprit de Dieu fut aussi sur lui, et il allait et il prophétisait, jusqu'à son arrivée à Naioth en Rama. | Then went he also to Ramah, and came to the great well that is in Secu: and he asked and said, Where are Samuel and David? And one said, Behold, they are at Naioth in Ramah. | Allora si recò egli stesso a Ramah e giunto alla grande cisterna che è a Seku, chiese: Dove sono Samuele e Davide?. C'est pourquoi l'on dit : Saül est-il aussi parmi les prophètes ? | David s'enfuit de Naioth en Rama et, étant venu, il dit devant Jonathas : « Qu'ai-je fait ? Quel est mon crime, quel est mon péché devant ton père, pour qu'il en veuille à ma vie ? » | And he also stripped off his clothes, and he also prophesied before Samuel, and lay down naked all that day and all that night. Wherefore they say, Is Saul also among the prophets? | Anch'egli si spogliò delle sue vesti, e anch'egli profetizzò davanti a Samuele e rimase sdraiato nudo per terra tutto quel giorno e tutta quella notte. Per questo si dice: E' anche Saul tra i profeti?. |
