| 1 | My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. | 27 | But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. | Mais l'onction que vous avez reçue de lui, demeure en vous; et vous n'avez pas besoin que personne vous enseigne; mais comme cette même onction vous enseigne toutes choses, et qu'elle est véritable, et qu'elle n'est point un mensonge, demeurez en lui, selon qu'elle vous a enseignés. | Ma quanto a voi, l'unzione che avete ricevuto da lui dimora in voi e non avete bisogno che alcuno v'insegni; ma, come la sua unzione v'insegna ogni cosa ed è verace e non è menzogna, dimorate in lui come essa vi ha insegnato. |
| 28 | And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. | Maintenant donc, petits enfants, demeurez en lui, afin que, quand il paraîtra, nous ayons de la confiance et que nous ne soyons pas confus devant lui à son avènement. | Ora dunque, figlioletti, dimorate in lui affinché, quando egli apparirà, noi possiamo avere fiducia e alla sua venuta non veniamo svergognati davanti a Lui. |
| 29 | If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him. | Si vous savez qu'il est juste, sachez que quiconque pratique la justice, est né de lui. | Se voi sapete che egli è giusto, sappiate che chiunque pratica la giustizia, è nato da lui. |
