| 1 | On entend dire de toutes parts qu'il y a parmi vous de l'impudicité, et une telle impudicité que, même parmi les Gentils, elle est inouïe; c'est que quelqu'un d'entre vous a la femme de son père. | It is actually reported that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not even among the Gentiles, that one [of you] hath his father`s wife. | Si ode dappertutto dire che tra di voi vi è fornicazione, e una tale fornicazione che non è neppure nominata fra i gentili, cioè che uno tiene con sé la moglie del padre. |
| 2 | Et vous êtes enflés d'orgueil! Et vous n'avez pas, au contraire, été dans l'affliction, afin que celui qui a commis cette action fût retranché du milieu de vous? | And ye are puffed up, and did not rather mourn, that he that had done this deed might be taken away from among you. | E vi siete addirittura gonfiati e non avete piuttosto fatto cordoglio, affinché colui che ha commesso una tale azione fosse tolto di mezzo a voi. |
| 3 | Pour moi, absent de corps, mais présent d'esprit, j'ai déjà jugé, comme si j'étais présent, celui qui a commis une telle action: | For I verily, being absent in body but present in spirit, have already as though I were present judged him that hath so wrought this thing, | Ora io, assente nel corpo ma presente nello spirito, ho già giudicato, come se fossi presente, colui che ha commesso ciò. |

| 5 | Qu'un tel homme soit livré à l’adversité de la loi, pour la destruction de la chair, afin que l'âme soit sauvé au jour du Seigneur Jésus. | to deliver such a one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. | ho deciso che quel tale sia dato in mano di Satana a perdizione della carne, affinché lo spirito sia salvato nel giorno del Signor Gesù. |
| 6 | Il ne vous convient pas de vous glorifier. Ne savez-vous pas qu'un peu de levain fait lever toute la pâte? | Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump? | Il vostro vanto non è buono. Non sapete che un po' di lievito fa fermentare tutta la pasta? |
| 7 | Purgez donc le vieux levain, afin que vous deveniez une nouvelle pâte, comme vous êtes sans levain; car Christ, notre Pâque, a été immolé pour nous. | Purge out the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, even as ye are unleavened. For our passover also hath been sacrificed, [even] Christ: | Togliete via dunque il vecchio lievito affinché siate una nuova pasta, come ben siete senza lievito, la nostra pasqua infatti, cioè Cristo, è stata immolata per noi. |
| 8 | C'est pourquoi, célébrons la fête, non avec le vieux levain, ni avec un levain de malice et de méchanceté, mais avec les pains sans levain de la sincérité et de la vérité. | wherefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. | Celebriamo perciò la festa non con vecchio lievito, né con lievito di malvagità e di malizia, ma con azzimi di sincerità e di verità. |
| 9 | Je vous ai écrit dans ma lettre de ne pas avoir de relation avec les dépravés; | I wrote unto you in my epistle to have no company with fornicators; | Vi ho scritto nella mia epistola di non immischiarvi con i fornicatori, |
| 10 | Non pas absolument avec les dépravés de ce monde, ou avec les matérialistes et les profiteurs, ou les idolâtres; autrement, il vous faudrait sortir du monde; | not at all [meaning] with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous and extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world: | ma non intendevo affatto con i fornicatori di questo mondo, o con gli avari, o con i ladri, o con gli idolatri, perché altrimenti dovreste uscire dal mondo. |
| 11 | Mais ce que je vous ai écrit, c'est que si quelqu'un qui se nomme frère est dépravé, ou égoïste, ou idolâtre, ou médisant, ou ivrogne, ou profiteur, vous n'ayez pas de relation avec lui, vous ne mangiez pas même avec un tel homme. | but as it is, I wrote unto you not to keep company, if any man that is named a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such a one no, not to eat. | Ma ora vi ho scritto di non mescolarvi con chi, facendosi chiamare fratello, sia un fornicatore, o un avaro o un idolatra, o un oltraggiatore, o un ubriacone, o un ladro; con un tale non dovete neppure mangiare. |
| 12 | En effet, qu'ai-je à juger ceux du dehors? N'est-ce pas à vous de juger ceux du dedans? | For what have I to do with judging them that are without? Do not ye judge them that are within? | Tocca forse a me giudicare quelli di fuori? Non giudicate voi quelli di dentro? |
| 13 | Quant à ceux du dehors, Dieu les jugera. Retranchez donc le méchant du milieu de vous. | But them that are without God judgeth. Put away the wicked man from among yourselves. | Ora è Dio che giudica quelli di fuori. Perciò togliete il malvagio di mezzo a voi. |
