| 2 | Et moi, de toute ma force, j'ai préparé, pour la maison de mon Dieu, de l'or pour ce qui doit être d'or, et de l'argent pour ce qui doit être d'argent, et de l'airain pour ce qui doit être d'airain, du fer pour ce qui doit être de fer, et du bois pour ce qui doit être de bois, des pierres d'onyx et des pierres à enchâsser, des pierres brillantes et des pierres de diverses couleurs, et toutes sortes de pierres précieuses, et du marbre blanc en abondance. | Now I have prepared with all my might for the house of my God the gold for the [things of] gold, and the silver for the [things of] silver, and the brass for the [things of] brass, the iron for the [things of] iron, and wood for the [things of] wood; onyx stones, and [stones] to be set, stones for inlaid work, and of divers colors, and all manner of precious stones, and marble stones in abundance. | Con tutte le mie possibilità ho fatto preparare per la casa del mio DIO oro per le cose d'oro, argento perle cose d'argento, bronzo per le cose di bronzo, ferro per le cose di ferro, legno per le cose di legno, pietre d'onice e pietre da incastonare, pietre brillanti e di diversi colori, ogni sorta di pietre preziose e marmo in gran quantità. |

Who then offereth willingly to consecrate himself this day unto Jehovah? | l'oro per le cose d'oro, l'argento per le cose d'argento e per tutti i lavori da eseguirsi a mano da abili artigiani. | 6 | Et les chefs des pères, et les chefs des tribus d'Israël, et les chefs des milliers et des centaines, et les chefs des affaires du roi, offrirent volontairement, | Then the princes of the fathers` [houses], and the princes of the tribes of Israel, and the captains of thousands and of hundreds, with the rulers over the king`s work, offered willingly; | Allora i capi delle case paterne i capi delle tribù d'Israele, i capi delle migliaia e delle centinaia e gli amministratori degli affari del re fecero delle offerte volontarie, |

| 8 | Et ceux chez qui se trouvaient des pierres précieuses les donnèrent au trésor de la maison de l'Éternel, entre les mains de Jekhiel, le Guershonite. | And they with whom [precious] stones were found gave them to the treasure of the house of Jehovah, under the hand of Jehiel the Gershonite. | Chiunque possedeva pietre preziose, le consegnò nelle mani di Jehiel, il Gherhonita, perché fossero riposte nel tesoro della casa dell'Eterno. |
| 9 | Et le peuple se réjouit de ce qu'ils avaient offert volontairement, car ils offraient volontairement, d'un coeur parfait, à l'Éternel; et aussi le roi David en eut une grande joie. | Then the people rejoiced, for that they offered willingly, because with a perfect heart they offered willingly to Jehovah: and David the king also rejoiced with great joy. | Il popolo si rallegrò delle loro offerte volontarie, perché avevano fatto quelle offerte all'Eterno con tutto il cuore; anche il re Davide si rallegrò grandemente. |
| 10 | Et David bénit l'Éternel aux yeux de toute la congrégation, et David dit: Béni sois-tu, Éternel, Dieu d'Israël, notre père, de tout temps et à toujours! | Wherefore David blessed Jehovah before all the assembly; and David said, Blessed be thou, O Jehovah, the God of Israel our father, for ever and ever. | Così Davide benedisse l'Eterno davanti a tutta l'assemblea e disse: Benedetto sei tu, o Eterno, DIO di Israele, nostro padre, per tutta l'eternità. |
| 11 | A toi, Éternel, est la grandeur, et la force, et la gloire, et la splendeur, et la majesté; car tout, dans les cieux et sur la terre, est à toi. A toi, Éternel, est le royaume et l'élévation, comme Chef sur toutes choses; | Thine, O Jehovah, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heavens and in the earth [is thine]; thine is the kingdom, O Jehovah, and thou art exalted as head above all. | Tua, o Eterno è la grandezza, la potenza, la gloria, lo splendore, la maestà, perché tutto ciò che è in cielo e sulla terra è tuo. Tuo, o Eterno, è il regno, e tu ti innalzi sovrano sopra ogni cosa. |
| 12 | et les richesses et la gloire viennent de toi, et tu domines sur toutes choses; et la puissance et la force sont en ta main, et il est en ta main d'agrandir et d'affermir toutes choses. | Both riches and honor come of thee, and thou rulest over all; and in thy hand is power and might; and in thy hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all. | Da te vengono la ricchezza e la gloria; tu domini su tutto; nella tua mano, sono la forza e la potenza, e tu hai il potere di rendere grande e di dare forza a tutti. |
| 13 | Et maintenant, ô notre Dieu, nous te célébrons, et nous louons ton nom glorieux. | Now therefore, our God, we thank thee, and praise thy glorious name. | Ora dunque, o DIO nostro, noi ti ringraziamo e celebriamo il tuo nome glorioso. |
| 14 | Et qui suis-je, et qui est mon peuple, que nous ayons le pouvoir d'offrir ainsi volontairement? car tout vient de toi; et ce qui vient de ta main, nous te le donnons. | But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly after this sort? for all things come of thee, and of thine own have we given thee. | Ma chi sono io e chi è il mio popolo, che siamo in grado di offrirti tutto questo spontaneamente? Tutte le cose infatti vengono da te, e noi ti abbiamo semplicemente dato ciò che abbiamo ricevuto dalla tua mano. |
| 15 | Car nous sommes étrangers devant toi, et des hôtes, comme tous nos pères; nos jours sont comme l'ombre, sur la terre, et il n'y a pas d'espérance de demeurer ici-bas. | For we are strangers before thee, and sojourners, as all our fathers were: our days on the earth are as a shadow, and there is no abiding. | Poiché noi siamo stranieri e pellegrini davanti a te come furono i nostri padri. I nostri giorni sulla terra sono come un'ombra e non c'è speranza. |
| 16 | Éternel, notre Dieu, toute cette abondance que nous avons préparée afin de te bâtir une maison pour ton saint nom, est de ta main, et tout est à toi. | O Jehovah our God, all this store that we have prepared to build thee a house for thy holy name cometh of thy hand, and is all thine own. | O Eterno, DIO nostro, tutta questa abbondanza di cose che abbiamo preparato per costruire un tempio a te, al tuo santo nome, viene dalla tua mano, è tutto tuo. |
| 17 | Et je sais, ô mon Dieu, que tu sondes le coeur, et que tu prends plaisir à la droiture: moi, dans la droiture de mon coeur, j'ai offert volontairement toutes ces choses; et maintenant, j'ai vu avec joie que ton peuple qui se trouve ici t'a offert volontairement. | I know also, my God, that thou triest the heart, and hast pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of my heart I have willingly offered all these things: and now have I seen with joy thy people, that are present here, offer willingly unto thee. | lo so o mio DIO, che tu provi il cuore e ti compiaci della rettitudine. Perciò nella rettitudine del mio cuore ti ho offerto spontaneamente tutte queste cose, e ora vedo con gioia il tuo popolo, che è qui presente fare le sue offerte spontaneamente. |
| 18 | Éternel, Dieu d'Abraham, d'Isaac, et d'Israël, nos pères, garde ceci à toujours dans l'imagination des pensées du coeur de ton peuple, et dirige leurs coeurs vers toi. | O Jehovah, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Israel, our fathers, keep this for ever in the imagination of the thoughts of the heart of thy people, and prepare their heart unto thee; | O Eterno DIO di Abrahamo, di Isacco e di Israele, nostri padri, mantieni sempre queste disposizioni e pensieri nel cuore del tuo popolo e dirigi i loro cuori verso di te; |
| 19 | Et donne à mon fils Salomon un coeur parfait, pour garder tes commandements, tes témoignages et tes statuts, et pour tout faire, et pour bâtir le palais que j'ai préparé. | and give unto Solomon my son a perfect heart, to keep thy commandments, thy testimonies, and thy statutes, and to do all these things, and to build the palace, for which I have made provision. | e da' a Salomone, mio figlio, un cuore integro, perché osservi i tuoi comandamenti, i tuoi precetti e i tuoi statuti, perché faccia tutte queste cose e costruisca il tempio per il quale ho fatto i preparativi. |
| 20 | Et David dit à toute la congrégation: Bénissez l'Éternel, votre Dieu. Et toute la congrégation bénit l'Éternel, le Dieu de leurs pères; et ils s'inclinèrent, et se prosternèrent devant l'Éternel et devant le roi. | And David said to all the assembly, Now bless Jehovah your God. And all the assembly blessed Jehovah, the God of their fathers, and bowed down their heads, and worshipped Jehovah, and the king. | Poi Davide disse a tutta l'assemblea: Ora benedite l'Eterno, il vostro DIO. Tutta l'assemblea allora benedisse l'Eterno, il DIO dei loro padri; si inchinarono e si prostrarono davanti all'Eterno e davanti al re. |
| 21 | Et, le lendemain de ce jour, ils sacrifièrent des sacrifices à l'Éternel, et offrirent des holocaustes à l'Éternel: mille taureaux, mille béliers, mille agneaux, et leurs libations; et des sacrifices en abondance pour tout Israël. | And they sacrificed sacrifices unto Jehovah, and offered burnt-offerings unto Jehovah, on the morrow after that day, even a thousand bullocks, a thousand rams, and a thousand lambs, with their drink-offerings, and sacrifices in abundance for all Israel, | Il giorno dopo immolarono sacrifici all'Eterno e gli offrirono olocausti: mille torelli, mille montoni, mille agnelli con le relative libazioni, e numerosi sacrifici per tutto Israele. |
| 22 | Et ils mangèrent et burent devant l'Éternel ce jour-là, avec une grande joie; et pour la seconde fois ils établirent roi Salomon, fils de David, et l'oignirent pour l'Éternel comme prince, et Tsadok comme sacrificateur. | and did eat and drink before Jehovah on that day with great gladness. And they made Solomon the son of David king the second time, and anointed him unto Jehovah to be prince, and Zadok to be priest. | In quel giorno mangiarono e bevvero davanti all'Eterno con grande gioia; e per la seconda volta proclamarono re Salomone, figlio di Davide e lo unsero davanti all'Eterno perché fosse principe e Tsadok perché fosse sacerdote. |
| 23 | Et Salomon s'assit sur le trône de l'Éternel, comme roi à la place de David, son père, et il prospéra; et tout Israël lui obéit. | Then Solomon sat on the throne of Jehovah as king instead of David his father, and prospered; and all Israel obeyed him. | Poi Salomone sedette sul trono dell'Eterno come re al posto di Davide, suo padre; prosperò e tutto Israele gli ubbidì. |
| 24 | Et tous les chefs et les hommes forts, et aussi tous les fils du roi David, se soumirent au roi Salomon. | And all the princes, and the mighty men, and all the sons likewise of king David, submitted themselves unto Solomon the king. | Tutti i capi, gli uomini prodi e anche tutti i figli del re Davide si sottomisero al re Salomone. |
| 25 | Et l'Éternel agrandit Salomon à un très-haut degré aux yeux de tout Israël, et lui donna une majesté royale telle qu'aucun roi avant lui n'en avait eu en Israël. | And Jehovah magnified Solomon exceedingly in the sight of all Israel, and bestowed upon him such royal majesty as had not been on any king before him in Israel. | Così l'Eterno rese assai grande Salomone davanti a tutto Israele e gli diede una maestà regale che nessun altro re prima di lui in Israele aveva mai avuto. |
| 26 | Et David, fils d'Isaï, régna sur tout Israël. | Now David the son of Jesse reigned over all Israel. | Ora Davide, figlio di Isai, regnò su tutto Israele. |
| 27 | Et les jours qu'il régna sur Israël furent quarante ans: à Hébron, il régna sept ans; et, à Jérusalem, il régna trente-trois ans. | And the time that he reigned over Israel was forty years; seven years reigned he in Hebron, and thirty and three [years] reigned he in Jerusalem. | Il tempo che regnò sopra Israele fu di quarant'anni: a Hebron regnò sette anni, e a Gerusalemme regnò trentatré anni. |
| 28 | Et il mourut en bonne vieillesse, rassasié de jours, de richesses, et de gloire; et Salomon, son fils, régna à sa place. | And he died in a good old age, full of days, riches, and honor: and Solomon his son reigned in his stead. | Morì molto vecchio d'età, sazio di giorni, di ricchezze e di gloria. Al suo posto regnò suo figlio Salomone. |

| 30 | avec tout son règne et sa puissance, et les temps qui passèrent sur lui, et sur Israël, et sur tous les royaumes des pays. | with all his reign and his might, and the times that went over him, and over Israel, and over all the kingdoms of the countries. | con tutto ciò che riguarda il suo regno, la sua potenza e i fatti che accaddero a lui a Israele e a tutti i regni degli altri paesi. |
