Ainsi David prépara, avant sa mort, ces choses en abondance. | And David said, Solomon my son is young and tender, and the house that is to be builded for Jehovah must be exceeding magnificent, of fame and of glory throughout all countries: I will therefore make preparation for it. Fortifie-toi et prends courage; ne crains point, et ne t'effraie de rien. | Then shalt thou prosper, if thou observe to do the statutes and the ordinances which Jehovah charged Moses with concerning Israel: be strong, and of good courage; fear not, neither be dismayed. | Allora prospererai, se avrai cura di mettere in pratica gli statuti e i decreti che l'Eterno prescrisse a Mosè per Israele. Sii forte e coraggioso, non temere e non sgomentarti. |

| 18 | L'Eternel votre Dieu n'est-il pas avec vous, et ne vous a-t-il pas donné du repos de tous côtés? car il a livré entre mes mains les habitants du pays, et le pays a été soumis devant l'Eternel, et devant son peuple. | Is not Jehovah your God with you? and hath he not given you rest on every side? for he hath delivered the inhabitants of the land into my hand; and the land is subdued before Jehovah, and before his people. | Non è forse l'Eterno, il vostro DIO con voi, e non vi ha dato riposo tutt'intorno?
